Family learned so much about Spanish Cuisine and made an amazing feast.
Jul 2021
Favorite experience on our recent family trip to Madrid. Walked to market and learned about the variety of foods in each booth as our chef purchased our supplies for our feast. We asked lots of questions and learned so much! Then the fun began and Eduardo demonstrated and talked us through the preparation of Sangria, Gazpacho and Paella while snaking on spanish olives and sipping on Sangria. So much information and good food!!! A must do experience.

Must do in Spain for Spanish food lovers
This was a super fun experience. I love Spanish food but I am not a cook in any way. I wanted to try and learn how to cook some tapas. It ended up being very easy and the food was delicious!!! Eduardo was a great teacher, full of interesting information and also funny. The other students in the class made in fun as well.

Wonderful cooking experience
Jul 2021 • Couples
I highly recommend this class, alone, with friends or even family. A very interesting tapas class, great atmosphere, a very dedicated chef... honestly the best cooking class I had ! No need for goods skills : the chef ensures to teach every technique !

We learnt how to cook a wide varieties of tapas : patatas bravas, tortilla de patatas, sangria, cider chorizo garlic shrimps and crema catalana.

The chef took the time to explain recipies step by step in english, told us interesting cultural and personal anecdotes... and of course gave us all little tips to ensure the success of all participants !

Thank you so much to cooking point and its skilled chef Eduardo for this wonderful moment !

Paella Cooking Class
We took the paella cooking class with Eduardo and it was great! We started the tour by going to the nearby market and picked up all the ingredients. The Cooking Point location was set up with everything we needed and the recipes were easy to follow. Eduardo was a great instructor and knowledgeable about Spanish cooking & ingredients. All covid precautions were followed. We made sangria, gazpacho, & paella mixta - all were delicious and was a very filling meal. The recipes can also be easily made at home. Would definitely recommend!

Madrid - all about the wonderful food.
Eduardo was a wonderful host. He brought us to the market and provided lots of background on the source of different types of food and then we returned to his lovely cooking studio where we created sangria, paella and gazpacho.

Would definitely recommend this experience to others.

Zoom class with family for the holidays was great!
Dec 2020
Chef Eduardo was very patient with us! We booked a Zoom paella cooking class for us and for our parents since we can't see them this holiday season. We loved the recipe and had a lot of fun learning new skills and being "together"

We attended an in-person class in Madrid a couple of years ago and enjoyed that, too. I'm so glad that they're offering Zoom classes and will be sure to mention it to my friends.

Learning to cook tapas
What a wonderful and great learning experience with Chef Eduardo. We not only learned how to make classic Spanish tapas, such as tortilla española, garlic shrimp, papas bravas and tomato bread but Chef Eduardo was so kind to include other tapas such eggplant with brava sauce, tortilla made with zucchini and mushrooms in garlic sauce as I had explained to Chef Eduardo that I was mainly a vegetarian and in a low carb diet. The sangria and the crema catalana was also excellent.
Highly recommend, thank you Chef Eduardo.
