Great short tour, our tour guide Annette was quite knowledgeable, learned a lot about the history of Florence. It was a small group which made it easier to listen and ask questions. Thoroughly enjoyed, wish we could have gone inside Il Duomo

Patrizia was the wonderful guide, a true font of knowledge, and local expert. She was kind, engaged, patient, and genuinely enjoyable. I loved this tour - I gained perspective and understanding that I never would have found by myself. I’m so grateful for all of Patrizia’s insights and guidance!!

Snails pace through the Accademia Gallery. In fact so slow, we decided to finish the tour on our own. The Statue of David and the Accademia Gallery is still worth visiting but I suggest getting a skip the line ticket in and getting a ticket to the dome at the top of the Duomo separate (this tour does not include the top of the Duomo)

This was our last tour for our Italy trip. We did Rome, Venice and then Florence. This was also our first small group tour, which we loved. We were a group of 9 - from ages of 20 to 75. We covered A LOT with A LOT of information. Perfect pace, perfect amount of time visiting each site and perfect tour guide. Marco was engaging and easy to understand. We enjoyed his jokes and the details he shared. This tour is a must!

We joined a party of 12 for this tour, our guide, Francesca was very knowledgeable, interesting, and fun! She showed us aspects of Florence that we wouldn't have seen for ourselves. price was quite high but as it included a skip the line admission to see Michelangelo's David it was worth the money. We would use Roman Guide tours again.

We used The Roman Guy multiple times during our honeymoon in Italy and were not disappointed. When planning, we failed to get tickets to the Academia to see the David sculpture in advance, and I was so bummed thinking we wouldn't be able to go. We booked these tickets the night before the tour, which allowed us to skip the line, and learn so much about the history and details of the sculpture. It is one of the most beautiful pieces of art I've ever seen, and hearing our tour guide describe all of the detail helped us learn and appreciate it so much more than if we had just gone on our own. The walking tour that followed was the perfect amount of time and helped us get our bearings in the city. Like with all of The Roman Guy tours, the groups are small enough that it really feels personal. Definitely recommend.

Good walk on the exterior of Florence streets … interesting and informative … David was clearly over-rated, due to the failures of scale from the damn sculptor … (short legs, large hands, large head, … it never ends)

We loved our walking tour with Patricia. She showed us most of the main sights in Florence. She gave great advice on good places to shop and eat. The highlight was the beautiful David statue at the Accademia. Patricia did a great job of explaining the sights with enthusiasm and clarity.
