Overview
This 1.5-hour pizza cruise is a quick and convenient way to get an overview of Amsterdam—great for those with limited time. Departure times throughout the day allow you to fit the cruise into any sightseeing schedule, and a glass-enclosed boat provides panoramic views of Amsterdam’s Canal Ring, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Plus, pizza, Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, and unlimited soft and alcoholic drinks are included.
What to Expect

Board your glass-encased boat at a designated meeting point at the departure time chosen at checkout. Once you set sail, have your camera ready to capture unobstructed shots of the UNESCO-listed Amsterdam Canal Ring. Choose from six pizza options on the menu and wait for your freshly baked pizza to arrive. In the meantime, you'll be able to help yourself to unlimited soft drinks, beer, and wine from the bar.

You’ll pass top Amsterdam attractions, such as the Anne Frank House (Ann Frank Huis), Skinny Bridge (Magere Brug), and the Golden Bend (Gouden Bocht), all the while listening to commentary designed to contextualize your sightseeing experience. After an hour, your tour concludes at your original departure point.

Great way to explore the city by night

Good service team, drinks are okay and pizzas are good. I really liked the captains spirit and her way to spread funny AMS facts

Do not recommend

Although I was looking forward to this canal cruise for some time, the experience turned out to be very disappointing. The cruise itself was underwhelming with little to no information given about the surrounding area. Half the boat was sheltered meaning the view outside was...More

This was a really fun cruise for families with kids! We found it a bit difficult to find the boarding dock but after asking for directions several times we were able to find the correct dock and boat. Boarding is not first-come-first-gets-the-best-location. The location of...More

Defo a tour to think about doing

Last night I experienced this canal cruise. We got to the pier and had to fill in our order forms for our desired choice of food. From there we waited for everyone else to arrive for the cruise. Once on board we were provided with...More

Could have been great

This cruise, could have been very good, unfortunately the boat parked opposite the urinals, in 30c heat the smell was unbearable and then some of the pizzas were wrong so we had to wait there for about 10-15mins and eat our food which was not...More

It is right outside the train/metro station, so if you are traveling that way, you do not need to go near the red light district at all. So I agree with the others who have already replied.

I agree with the statements above, plus I am not sure that they have a place for the person in the wheelchair to be placed during the cruise.

They depart from Damrak Pier 5 - there are 2 Stromma departure areas, the most prominent of which is right by Centraal station, you need to walk the short distance onto Damrak where there is a single pier and reception area
