Overview
Sintra and Cascais boast many iconic sights, including Pena Palace and the Cabo da Roca, but it can be hard to visit all these dispersed sites in a day. Travel with ease to the most notable landmarks via air-conditioned vehicle, and enjoy a private tour with undivided attention from your professional guide. Save time finding a meeting point with hotel pickup and drop-off from your Lisbon accommodation included.
What to Expect

Begin your day with pick-up from your Lisbon hotel by air-conditioned vehicle. As you head for the Sintra hills, admire the forest and listen as your private guide explains the region’s history. Arrive to Pena Palace and Park and select between a guided tour of the historic site’s exterior or interior (entrance fees not included).

Next, head to Sintra Old Town to browse its shops or try some Portuguese delicacies (own expense). Then, visit the Cabo da Roca, the westernmost tip of Europe, and admire the cliff views of the Atlantic, before travelling to Cascais Bay on the Portuguese Riviera. Pause for lunch (own expense) and use your free time to stroll on the beach, take a swim or sample some local ice-cream.

Finally, relax on the drive back to Lisbon and gaze at views of the Estoril coast. Conclude your trip with drop off back to your hotel.
