Overview
Discover a greener side of Oslo that most tourists miss on a guided group tour. Take the local ferry (own expense) to three different islands, including Hovedoya and Gressholmen, around the fjord. Explore villages, forests, sea cliffs, and other scenic spots. Be sure to bring your swimsuit and lunch for a swimming break and picnic at a secluded beach overlooking the fjord.

I’d recommend you to do this activity. The guides are nice (we had Linda and I don’t remember the other girl’s name, I’m sorry!). They both speak English and they’re always happy to repeat the explanations they give about the places you’re gonna see. It’s very nice because you

Merci Christelle. I am just back from a tour of the islands today and it sure is a lovely way to spend an afternoon. It is great you appreciated how well organized the tour is, as we really strive to have it run smoothly so the customers can see as much of each island as possible. Thanks for the good advice about comfortable shoes and clothing -- potential customers will find that useful. Je vous en remercie. Cordialement, Curtis

We joined this trip on a very hot and sunny day and it was absolutely beautiful! Such a great way to see the island. Martin was very entertaining and knowledgeable! I would recommend taking lunch with you though, as there wasn’t much available at the small shop on the island.

Thank you Victoria for the nice review and I will let Martin know you enjoyed his tour. Now that the season is winding down, the shop on the island is not replenishing its stock. So you offer good advice for others travelling at the end of our summer season. And anyone who takes a swim is a great customer in our book! Best regards, Curtis
