We took the 08:30 from Cairns Central to Kuranda. After some shopping and lunch we headed to Smithfield by Sky Rail. Just a wonderful way to see the tropical rain forest.More

You can do lots of variations we were picked up at 8am went to departure station of sky rail , then we caught train all the way back to Cairns central late afternoon

I would book in advance and use a tour operator so you get transport from the town to the sky rail station and return from the station if you check out the Viator web site they have a number of options
