Response from Lochmara, Front Office Manager at Picton Shore Excursions - Marlborough Sounds Cruise and Lochmara Day visit
Responded 3 Jan 2020
Thank you for your review. we live in the beautiful green lush bush of the Marlborough Sounds and have a good average rainfall as depicted by the native trees that grow close to the water line. December is an unsettled time for weather and may be choose February for travelling NZ if weather is a priority The Observatory is an observatory not an aquarium and the stingray with all the other marine life are free to come and go, this is an observation of marine life in their own habitat, and anything or everything can happen depending on the day. We do hope you enjoyed the rest of your cruise.
