Incredible Trek
Nov 2019
My husband and I are avid travelers and we had touched down in almost every continent. We had always wanted to visit the Everest and thanks to Mosaic Adventure, we could finally do that. We decided to make the trip during autumn season as it was recommended and rightfully, we were exposed to some incredible sights from the very first day. We experienced breathtaking views of the Everest and interacted with some extremely friendly locals. The final trek to Kala Patthar is slightly exhausting but absolutely worth it as we were exposed to the most beautiful sunrise we have ever seen. The overall trip was phenomenal and worth every penny. We thank Mosaic Adventure team from the bottom of our hearts for their fantastic hospitality and an unforgettable trip.

Trip of a Lifetime!!
Jan 2020
Just returned from our 11 day EBC trek in January, and holy cow was it an amazing trip! Some of the best mountain views and terrain I've ever seen. I was worried about the difficulty of the trek, but our amazing guide, Ramesh, led us at a great pace to prevent any sickness. He was extremely knowledgeable about the region and could answer every question we asked. The views were incredible, but it wouldn't have been an as enjoyable trek without Ramesh. Definitely would recommend this trek to anyone who wants to experience the Himalayas, and be sure to ask for Ramesh!

Amazing Guide and Awesome Trek!!!
Jan 2020
Our guide Ramesh Adhikari was amazing!! He was very knowledgeable about the history and specific geographic names/features surrounding the Everest Base Camp trek. Also, Ramesh went well out of his way to ensure that I was enjoying my trek and fixed any problems that I was having. Ramesh is a great guy and I couldn't have asked for anything else from a guide. The EBC trek is awesome and has some spectacular views! Definitely recommend this trek and I hope you get paired up with Ramesh.

I did everest base camp trek in winter, the scenery and view were amazing! A big thanks to Mosaic adventures, when my first guide got sick on the second day they flew in another by helicopter so that I could continue without any problems or delay. The guide (Ramesh) is very kind and has a lot of knowledge of the region. We had a good time

Awesome adventure with Mosaic Adventure!
I went on the Everest base camp trek with some friends in November 2019. It was a challenging 12 days with plenty of amazing views. Our guide Pralhad Pokharel was awesome throughout the entire trek, he dealt with our struggles with professionalism and a great attitude, he really made the trip! Hope to trek again with you again in future Pralhad! Thanks so much Dan Martin

Great company, great guide and great trek!
Nov 2019
Great trek thanks to Mosaic Adventures. All initial queries prior to the trip were responded to rapidly. Everything went very smoothly, from being picked up at the airport to doing the actual trek. Our guide Santosh did a great job and made sure we were well looked after throughout! So happy we chose a local company and would definitely recommend Mosaic.

Everest Base Camp - Nov 2019
Nov 2019 • Friends
My friend and I have just go back from the 16-day Everest Base Camp trek with Mosaic Adventure, which has been the trip of a lifetime! Mosaic were extremely professional from start to finish, as well as good fun. Naturally when we arrived in Kathmandu we felt nervous about what we were about to undertake. I had never been on a long trek before, nor had I been that high, so was not sure if I would be fit enough or if I'd acclimatise well.... But everyday we got stronger and looking back we had nothing to worry about! The trip starts with a bus journey and short flight up to Lukla (mosaic made sure we sat on the left side of the plane to see views of the Himalayas!) From there we started walking up to Namche, beautiful walk through the valley next to the river, where you start to see the Himalayas peaking through. After Namche the acclimatisation day takes you up to view Everest for the first time, and you have a chance for a hot choc (or otherwise) at the highest hotel in the world overlooking Everest and the other peaks. We had wall to wall blue sky and the view was absolutely incredible. From there the landscape changes everyday as you go ever-higher, eventually out of the tree line and surrounded by peaks and wilderness. It's absolutely breathtaking, especially amongst the Buddhist flags, monasteries and Sherpa villages. The base camp day is challenging, my friend and I woke up early and did base camp after lunch, and then continued walking up Kala Pathar to watch the sun go down (most go the next day but we were feeling good). We called it the "gold medal" as all of Everest and the surrounding mountains turned a shade of gold as we watched the sun go down! Then the moon came up behind Everest - and the view made it all worth it! I'd 100% recommend Mosaic Adventure - they're so friendly, very knowledgeable and safe, and fun! We never had to worry about a thing, our guide made sure we stayed in some of the nicest places, had the best tables for lunches near the rivers/viewtops and new all the great panorama spots. Purna was our guide, he knows all the local staff and will look after you - so if you go with Mosaic I'd recommend him 100%, if we ever go back to Kathmandu for another hike we will be sure to go with Purna. If Purna is not available we met another guide called Raj who is also extremely knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Advice to other travellers: - Trust the mosaic guides and if you start to feel slightly ill make sure you're honest about it. They're extremely experienced and know what to do to look after you, including advising on the best foods and ensuring you're resting enough. - Go slow! Take in the views and enjoy it. This is both to ensure you get all the pictures you can and to make sure you accilimatise at the right pace! - Keep an open mind, this is Everest at 5000m, the teahouses are not going to be the Hilton... If you're able to get stuck in and think about the views and recognise where you are, instead of getting stuck with a drop toilet - this trip is for you! - Take layers - at the top it gets extremely cold. If you're going with mosaic they provide a thick down jacket and sleeping bag free of charge, we would heavily recommend doing this to make sure you're as comfortable as can be. - Have fun!!

The best Company in the Himalayas!
Nov 2019 • Friends
Everything was handled brilliantly from start to finish. Madhav answered all questions and organised everything perfectly. Our guide Pralhad was amazing. Constantly checking you were ok and making sure you were well looked after. His English is great and a great sense of humour too to get you through the hard bits. Tea houses were great and the food was also. I will recommend Mosaic to anyone going to the Himalayas. Cheers Mosaic and especially Pralhad!!
