Henry was a fantastic and extremely dedicated guide, he took us to 3 great locations and explained us everything we needed to know - Hoa Lu (ancient capital city), Trang An (1h30 boat ride) and Mua Cave (sightseeing panoramic view). I left Vietnam forty one years ago a young woman and returning an old lady .That’s why our tour guide Ivan, despite his responsibilities for a bus full of tourists and many activities at different places packed into a one day trip...has taken extra steps to insure that I can get on and off the bus, the boat... without breaking my old bones.
When it’s time to help put me on the bike ride at my persistence , he obviously concern:
“ The road here may not be good as roads in Texas”. He said.
“ Oh , don’t worry about me “ I tell him then almost skid off the gravel road and fell in a lake .
He cared. He is genuinely care for me and the tourist he chaperoned in the day trip.
To insure everyone well being on such a day with distance driving, congested traffic and maddening crowd ... is difficult
but he has done so day after day,
Tour guide also has to entertain tourists, make them laugh . So Ivan offers his cool, dry humor and yes, he is a natural.
Ivan(not his real name , he said) was younger than my son but I can feel the weight of family duty and obligations on his shoulder. A typical and sad reality for children born in a poor country like us.
I assumed he would earn a barely living working as a tour guide. But he performs his job exceptional well , like his whole livelihood depends on it.
Thanks, Ivan, for taking care of this old lady and a memorable experience .

Our trip was really fun and we definitely learnt a lot about Vietnamese cultures, traditions and religions from this trip. Our tour guide, Ivan speaks fluently in English too and even talks to us on the minibus, explaining and sharing some history of Vietnam.
After the day trip, one of our members dropped his wallet on the minibus before we got off at a restaurant for dinner. After notifying the tour agency, Ivan was kind enough to meet us personally at the restaurant to hand over the wallet so hats off to him! Also, thanks to the driver for driving us around for the day tour.

We did the single day tour of the Ninh Binh region with our tour guide Mung and we couldn't recommend it enough! From ancient temples, stunning landscapes and scenic boat rides through beautiful caves, the Ninh Binh province is one of the most breathtaking regions in all of Vietnam and Mung was honestly the best tour guide we could have asked for to show us around too. He was calm, patient and explained everything in great detail with a lot of clarity which made the whole experience a lot better.

Pick up on time, the tourguide is anthusiactic who took care us well and gave us a lot of information at the destinations. I like Trang An, it is the most beautiful place in Ninb Binh for me. The bus is comfortable. In total, it is a good trip.

Fantastic day spent touring the beautiful sights of Ninh Binh. We got picked up in a luxury bus hosted by the amazing English speaking tour guide Minh.
From start to finish we couldn’t fault the tour, Minh was so informative and gave us a great insight to the areas and places we were there to see.
He made everyone in our group feel included and also checked on our wellbeing and safety throughout.
The whole day was very well organised and was seem less from from the pick up to the drop off.
I can’t recommend this tour enough for anyone who wants to visit the Pearl of Ninh Binh and be looked after throughout.
If you are as lucky as we were and have Minh as your guide I can guarantee you will have the best day!! 5 stars completely, and also well deserved!!

Ninh Binh tour is a must visit. This countryside location with pagoda, boat trip and trek is perfect getaway. Our Trip was very well organized by our tour operator. On time pickup in a luxurious vehicle . Special mention for our tour guide Toan. He was amazing. He co-ordinated everything very well and kept the tour interesting by sharing some fun moments and quotes. Every activity was timely planned and we were back to our hotel in th evening. It was great experience.

Ninh Binh is truly beautiful and this trip offered interesting experiences like boat rides in caves, buffet on cruise, hiking, temple visits and so on! Our trip guide, Luca treated us with kindness and was such a humble person. You will immediately sense the cordial tone when you talk to him. Glad we took this trip!

I had an amazing time on this tour! Everything went smoothly from start to finish, thanks to the well-organized and efficiently planned itinerary. There was plenty of time to explore and enjoy each destination without feeling rushed.

This was the first time I've been on a tour and it was an amazing experience. We had the tour guide Hieu who was very knowledgeable and friendly making the experience above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in exploring Vietnam.

Our tour was fantastic thanks to our guide and driver! Happy kept us entertained and informed throughout the entire trip. And Lucky navigated the roads like a pro, making sure we had a smooth and comfortable ride. They were both so friendly and helpful, making our trip even more memorable. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better duo to show us around! We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great tour experience.

Hi, wondering how long the boat trip in the caves is please? Also roughly how low and how long are the tight squeeze parts? We have some in our group who are a little claustrophobic but can manage if the small tight squeeze part are short. Thanks
