Our tour guide, Toan, is very efficient and quite informative particularly with the history and significance of the places. I found his sense of humor to be on the intelligent side😊 which we liked ( since we are a group of academicians). Speaks English quite well, too. Henry was a fantastic and extremely dedicated guide, he took us to 3 great locations and explained us everything we needed to know - Hoa Lu (ancient capital city), Trang An (1h30 boat ride) and Mua Cave (sightseeing panoramic view). Hoa Lu was disappointing but Tam Coc boat ride was amazing and made up for it. Otherwise I just wanted to congratulate Wendy on our tour yesterday on how well she handled what I thought to be a very difficult and rude group of people. The weather was (not unexpectedly) very wet and half of the group had a very bad attitude. I felt she handled the situation very well and stayed happy and positive making me laugh the whole day. Unfortunately the group did not want to do the bike ride due to the weather so I missed out on that but at least Wendy could get away from the negative people earlier 😂 Also, Wendy’s language skills were impressive! Plenty of food suitable for vegans at the buffet and Wendy went of her way to show me what was suitable.

We are not 'tours' types, however wanted to be able to experience the highlights of Ninh Binh in the day we had available. We were really impressed with the communication, fantastic! Prompt pick up and clear summary of the day.
Hannah our quide was attentive, organised & sharew her great knowledge of the area. Quian (not sure of spelling) was an exceptional driver - we felt safe. We took the luxury 16 seat coach which was nee & spotless.
A bit of a slow start (the mandatory stop at a commercial outlet) the day unfolded and was brilliant. Mua Caves and Lying Dragon Mountain were the highlights.
Highly recommend this professional and well run tour. Thank you, Meredith & Stu NZL

Had the best experience with Thao as my tour guide and Hieu as the driver. The tour was well organised, this was one of my favourite trips! Thao spoke great English and was able to keep track of everyone on the bus. We had sufficient time in all the spots we visited and she always made sure everyone was well taken care of. Even though the weather was really foggy, it was still a fantastic tour. The bus driver was great and drove smoothly and quickly on the bumpy roads, we even made it back to Hanoi earlier than planned. Thank you for such a great tour!

I can not recommend this Tour! The tour was not as aspected. Our Tourguide Amy was completely nervous, unorganised and spoke that fast that it was really hard to understand. An of course as Amy, most of her guest are no native speakers. Additionally she often mixed up her stories and sentences, which made it even harder to follow.
The whole day was a hustle, it did not feel like being on holiday, more like having to do many things in less time, overthink your time management! My suggestion is to start the tour earlier to have more time over the day. We started at about 8:45 from Hanoi after collecting 17 People from different hotels.
The restaurant we visited for lunch was really bad, quality and service. I unterstand that it has to be cheap for these tour prices, but here in Vietnam are some really good an cheap restaurants use them!
The Bike Tour was 35 Minutes at the end of the day and that fast, that 3 of the group got lost and our guide had to search for them. The bikes where not all in a average shape!
Overall a funny tour from a sarcastic view, but really not recommendable.
We paid 45$, but at the street the same tour ist sold for 79$ this is just not worth it!

The trip is very well planned. The activities were really fun and the scenery is stunning. The weather is great, cooling and windy. The most memorable would be the Trang A Cave, where a kind lady pedaled us around in her boat. The pictures were incredible, but it’s nothing compared to being in person. Mung, our guide, is really friendly and experienced. He’s made the trip so smooth and engaging. His explanation of Vietnam’s background has helped us gain a better understanding and appreciation for the country. Do note that the climb up the Dragon Mountain is a little challenging. Up and down took us around 30 mins. The steps are high, and some parts were slightly, just slightly slippery during raining season. Wear proper footwear. Otherwise, do challenge yourselves because the view is great at the top. The air is crisp and nice. (Photos were challenging to take because there were a lot of tourists at the top 🥲)

Booked a day trip to so many beautiful places. Had an amazing experience with all the activities. The tour guide Thao (willy) was very courteous and warm. He took his time with each member of the group and made sure of our comfort.
And a tip - Book him for your next journey and you will get to witness an amazing flute performance by him at the end of the trip.

We had a fantastic guide named Kenny—he spoke good English, was very knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. Overall, the tour was enjoyable, but keep in mind that the places visited are highly touristic, so expect large crowds.
The highlight for me was the 20-min cycling experience—we were in a small group, which allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful views.
The boat tour also offered great scenery; however, the staff on the boat were a bit pushy, asking for a ‘happy tip’ before the trip ended and trying to sell handmade items during the cruise. This made the atmosphere a little awkward.
That said, the organization of the trip was great. The itinerary was well-planned, and we visited many places without feeling rushed. There was enough time to enjoy everything.

Very happy with the trip. Everything was well prepared, I just had to come and enjoy the activities. Our tour guide Mr Ben (The Man) was very funny and cheerful throughout the trip which lighten up the whole mood. Recommended.

Great day trip to Ninh Binh! You really get your money’s worth, the trip was 7am-8pm, and you do so much during the trip. Our tour guide was Victor and he was amazing! So friendly, funny and passionate about the trip and places we were visiting. Thank you so much Victor for making our time in Ninh Binh amazing!

I am very lucky today as the tour company give me a very attractive and informative tour guide. Big thank you for Minh. He is explaining every we need, look after us very well and he aware of our group.
The transport are ok as Vietnam standard. We are in small group and the best thing is, everything just on time so we didn't missed anything on our tour.
The food was excellent, the buffet has many choices and nyummy.
I will for sure will recommend to my other friends and family who will come to Hanoi
