      Wilderness dream to life.
Bush2City is indeed an outstanding safari company that excels in bringing your wilderness dreams to life. I was thoroughly impressed by our experience with them; we were fortunate to witness the big five animals and gained valuable insights into their behaviors, thanks to our knowledgeable tour guide. #2024

Best trip of our lives - we will be back!
Maliwaza at Bush 2 City helped us plan our first trip to Tanzania for our honeymoon, and it was truly the adventure of a lifetime (and we both travel quite a lot!). She was patient and detailed throughout the process and we loved working with her. She helped us accommodate all our requests, including a fantastic hot air balloon experience over Ndutu. Our itinerary was Arusha > Tarangire > Serengeti (2 days) > Ndutu > Ngorongoro and we loved every minute. Our charming guide and masterful driver was Hussein, who soon became a friend; he is so knowledgeable about each park and all its animals, an incredible spotter, and generally wonderful company through the long drives - we hope to see more of Tanzania with him in the future! Of the lodges we stayed at, our favorites were the Melia Arusha, the Melia Serengeti, the Serena Lodge Ngorongoro (best view ever) and the Escarpment Lodge in Tarangire (favorite of all!). All had out of this world views, great service, and were very comfortable. As vegetarians we were worried about meals, and each location really tried their best to accommodate our requests. Most importantly - the safari. We had some absolutely incredible sightings, from a just born giraffe, to 2 lion cubs just a couple weeks old, more lions than we could count, and cheetahs up close. It was unbelievable, and going in early March also meant we saw the great migration, many young, and enjoyed the parks when they were far less busy. We have only been back home 5 days and are already trying to see when we can return - it felt like something right out of a movie. Huge thank you to Maliwaza and Hussein!

      Tanzanian trip of a lifetime!
The holiday was a trip of a lifetime, a 15 night tour of Northern Tanzania - it was truly incredible. I fully appreciate how difficult it is for bush 2 city to organise all component parts, e.g. vehicle, driver, direction of travel, location of petrol stations, park permits including timings, activities, hotels etc…. We had 2 hotels let us down at the last minute (3 weeks before travelling) but Maliwaza persevered to find us alternative accommodation which is not easy for all the reasons I have detailed. The driver Nicxon was amazing, he took great pride in trying to find quiet secluded spots in the parks and wanted to find the best sightings he could for us. February was a great month to go as it was relatively quiet, I.e. a lot of the time only us viewing animals and we only had 4 short rain showers which didn’t affect anything. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the landscapes are all so different and breathtaking. We will definitely return!

Spectacular Tanzania Safari with Bush 2 City Adventures!!!!!!
My husband and I just returned from the most spectacular safari in Tanzania with Bush 2 City Adventure. Jackson Solomon, the Owner/Operator, provided us with a thorough and detailed plan for our 8 day Safari and was dedicated to answering all of our questions in a timely matter. Extremely professional and very trustworthy. We were met at the airport in Arusha and from that moment on, our guide, Hussein, went out of his way to make our trip a once in a lifetime experience. Hussein was always on time and made sure we were well taken care of. The luxury camps they chose for our stays, far exceeded our expectations. From the amazing accommodations to the great food, it was fantastic!! The staff who run the camps and lodges, are some of the kindest and accommodating people you will ever meet. As we traveled through Tarangire National Park, to Centra Serengeti and the Ndutu Area, we were overwhelmed with the incredible landscape and the bounty of animals we saw. Hussein had a incredible gift of spotting wildlife and was incredibly patient, as we ask him dozens of times to stop for photos. He went out of his way to make sure we saw the most spectacular animals on our journey and was extremely knowledgeable about the various animals, birds and plants. By the end of our journey in the Ngorongoro Crater, we didn't just have a guide we had gained a friend. When you spend all day with your guide, it's essential that they have the patience and personality to be able to make your trip the very best. Bush 2 City Adventures, goes out of their way to make sure they hire the best. We did have a mechanical problem with our Jeep and Jackson was quick to send a replacement. A safari for most people is a trip of a lifetime and I can say you can rest easily booking with Bush 2 City Adventures. Many thanks Will and Donna

Incredible experience with a local tour operator, but clarity on part of the itinerary could have been better
We had an incredible time in Africa. We made a sort of custom itinerary and the first park that Jackson contracted with in Naboisho conservancy (Masai Mara) was by far our favorite - accommodations were stunning and the game drives were truly amazing. We had excellent spotter/drivers and saw just about everything we could hope to see and did not endure the crowds that we heard might be encountered in the MM national park. The most difficult day was the day we left for Serengeti. We were not really told what the transportation would look like or how rigorous the travel day would be - just that we would be at our next destination camp in Serengeti by 2 p.m. for lunch. So we ate a light breakfast at around 8 a.m. and then did a game drive on the way to the airstrip. What we didn't know was that we would have a flight to a van ride, to the border, to another van ride, to an airstrip (where our flight was delayed two hours and it poured rain while we huddled in the steamy van and/or under a concrete bus shelter), and then arrived to Serenera airstrip very tired and very hungry but then had a 2.5 hour slosh through the mud to arrive at our camp, where we made it (after a couple times getting stuck in mud and towed out by tractor) at 8 p.m. So the 12 hours without any food wore our nerves a bit and seemed like short-sighted planning on the part of our tour operator. I will say we had very inclement weather (which was apparently not the norm for early January) which delayed everything and made the roads in Serengeti very difficult to navigate (we spent a lot of our time there getting stuck in mud and not seeing many animals). Weather is everything! But the camp was lovely and the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food was fantastic at that camp (Olmara). I could imagine that in dry season, it would be a perfect place to stay but it was very far from where the animals are so we had to drive long periods everyday (often getting stuck) for any sitings. Overall, I think Jackson did a great job and our drivers were awesome and kept a great attitude despite the less-than-ideal conditions. Nixon was upbeat and super friendly and Hussain took really great care of my 83-year old mom (who wanted to take him home after the safari was over!). Just know the weather can affect your plans to a great degree! For us it was very important to support a local company and Jackson built his operation from the ground up and aside from one glitchy day, we had a phenomenal experience. The staff was impeccable at every camp and the food was amazing.

      Wonderful Experience
We highly recommend Bush 2 City to help you plan your African Adventure!! We worked with Jackson Solomon, the principal, for more than 6 months to plan our trip. He was incredibly helpful and responsive in the planning stages, giving us a range of options including cost and understanding our trip objectives and desires. Jackson provided excellent customer service during the planning and patiently answered a series of emails with many questions, issues and concerns. Our group of six was extended family with different ages, abilities and desires and the trip was a hit with everyone! All of our travel arrangements between Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania were seamless. We were met in Entebbe Uganda and escorted though unfamiliar territory (customs/immigration, etc). A big thank you to all of our Safari guides – Gordon in Uganda, Samuel in Kenya and Nickson in Tanzania- they were wonderful, knowledgeable, and patient. They were all very knowledgeable about the wildlife and the best times and places to spot them as well as educating us about their communities. Seeing the mountain gorillas in Uganda was a highlight as well as the balloon ride over the Serengeti. All of the lodgings selected by Bush 2 City were very comfortable including the remote “bush camps.” All of the personnel in each of the bush camps were very friendly and welcoming, provided great service and became part of our family during our stays. they even prepared a special birthday celebration for one of our party. The food served at each lodging was great – even with vegetarian options and the coffee was always good! We would definitely use Bush 2 City again!!

Safari holiday - Kenya and Tanzania - thanks Bush2City !
We are a family of 5 (children 10, 11 & 13) - and just returned from a private 12 day safari with Bush2City. We travelled through Kenya and Tanzania (Lake Naivasha, Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Amboseli). Everything was managed perfectly (thanks Jackson). All transfers & connections were on time and all accommodation was exactly as planned - making the trip that much easier to enjoy. The guides were friendly, fun and knowledgeable. Special shout-out to Dan on our initial Kenyan leg - who was great and the perfect start to our journey. Aziz and Udis were equally great at navigating the weather and finding us the animals and adventure. Can also recommend this as a family holiday. We stayed in lodges (rather than tented camps) and that suited us well. The chance to see animals and nature of this kind is unique. I'm sure the children learnt more on this trip than a typical beach holiday -with many stories to tell - elephants, hippos, baboons, lions, cheetahs, dik diks, maasai culture ...... As for a tour group - we can certainly recommend Bush2City as someone to go with. They are based Tanzania and privately owned. Big enough with experience to provide the right service, but small enough to want to care and look after you. They were very responsive when we were planning and very reliable when it came to the actual trip. Top marks for B2C !

Just imagine Africa - It's better than that!
I picked Bush2City to help plan our 25th anniversary safari. We have traveled as a family, but never to anyplace so remote or unfamiliar. Maliwaza at B2C was helpful, kind and patient with all my stupid questions and obvious ignorance. Since she's in Tanzania she has current, real info and can answer questions directly and with authority. I really loved that. I wasn't getting a stock or canned response. I'd send my 9 millionth email of the day and the next AM I'd wake up to 'Jambo Martin', and a kind and thoughtful response. It took 10 revisions to get this quote done, but she never complained or showed impatience. The local guides we had were amazing. Both Charles and Aziz were hard working, friendly and knowledgeable. They tried their best to find the animals in incredibly challenging road conditions, and offered advice and guidance beyond just their job. I felt like we made friends, not just business. Aziz was funny, personable, and shared a lot about his life and family. That made the trip very special and we will never forget the kindness.

Maliwaza was amazing, helping us plan our beautiful 5 day Safari and always available to help and answer questions via WhatsApp and phone call, taking the time to check in on us and ensure we were having a great time, this was very much appreciated and she was a delight. We were blown away by the beauty and friendliness of the Tanzanian people. Our Safari Jeep and accommodations were brilliant, Maliwaza even ensured all places knew it was a special occasion to make it memorable, thank you!!! Our driver Aziz was simply brilliant, going out of his way to ensure we had everything we need. When we realised we didn't have an adaptor so he took us to a store and escorted us around to locate it. Always checking to see if we were okay, super knowledgeable and very respectful. He had over 25 years experience and it showed, we saw the big 5, the great migration and always felt he was doing everything in our best interest to have a magical time. We felt so safe with him and he far exceeded our expectations, a genuinely beautiful human and if we are ever back, we will be wanting to see our friend Aziz! Can't recommend B2C enough. Thank you! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

      Amazing 10 day safari
We visited 4 parks in 10 days and loved all of it. The lodges they chose were great and were more luxurious with every move. Jackson, the owner was quick to respond to all my needs and questions before the trip and it all went according to plan. Nixon, our tour guide was an amazing and knowledgeable host as he has been doing this for the past 15 years. He clearly loves his job. Personable with many stories about the area and also the Maasai. I highly recommend this small up and coming tour company

      Trip of a Lifetime
This was by far the best trip I have ever experienced. There are no words to describe the feeling of seeing these wild animals in their natural habitat. Our driver/guide, Aziz, was amazing. He did everything possible to find animals that were sometimes hidden in bushes or in the tall grass. He patiently gave us lots of time to observe the animals and shared his knowledge with us. Our tour organizer, Maliwaza Kazimoto, did a great job organizing the tour for us. I have celiac disease and must follow a strict gluten free diet. Maliwaza went to great lengths to ensure my safety. I highly recommend this company!

10 day safari from Ol Pejeta to Masai Mara
My wife, 3 kids and my 76 year mother spent 10 days with Bush2City in Ol Pejeta, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, Loita Hills and then finally to the Masai Mara to see the great migration. It was a once a lifetime experience in the company of our amazing driver Dickson Mutua who looked after our every last need. As we were 6 in total, we had the vehicle to ourselves and could determine when and where on the day itself which enabled us to be flexible depending on how we felt. The tour was well planned but it was the attention to detail from Dickson that made the difference to what was a most memorable tour. Thank you again to Bush2City and especially to Dickson.

      10/10 Safari experience!
My husband and I were in Tanzania working as doctors in the hospital in Dar es Salaam when we decided quite last minute to go on safari to celebrate me being board certified physician. Our safari trip was from June 24th – June 30th 2023.   Trying to navigate through booking a Safari was initially overwhelming. After sending e-mails to different companies, it was bush2city that responded with kindness, patience and willingness to make the planning process as simple as possible. I read reviews from other people about bush2city on trip advisor that only spoke highly of the company and felt safe continuing med bush2city.  We were in contact med Maliwaza which was an absolute delight. She was extremely patient with our back-and-forth questions and changing of itinerary many times. She really made the process go very smoothly and she was able to create our dream 7-day safari adventure.  By the end of the process and after meeting her I now consider her a friend.   Our Safari adventure began when Aziz, our Safari guide, picked us up from Mount Kilimanjaro airport. We drove straight to Tarangire National Park and spent 2 days there. We spent 1 day at Lake Manyara National Park, 2 full days in Serengeti National Park, 1 day Ngorongoro crater. Our last day was spent visiting the Masai village and transport back to the airport. Although never a guarantee we were lucky to see the big five with a total of 3 leopards, 50 lions, 3 cheetahs, 2 black rhinos and more elephants and buffalos than we could remember. We also witnessed the great migration and tons of other animals. Aziz’s knowledge for not only the popular animals but even birds and other small animals was very impressive. Aziz was very respectful and easy to talk to. He had a great sense of humour, and we laughed a lot. He brought us to local restaurants and we were able to enjoy traditional Swahili food together! Just as Maliwaza became a friend after this experience so did Aziz! I would highly recommend booking with Bush2City!!

      Bush 2 City
We had such an amazing trip with Bush 2 City. Bush 2 City is a smaller company that truly cares about the experience of their customers. Our guide Solomon was truly an amazing guide and went above and beyond to make the experience a once in a lifetime trip for my girlfriend and I. You definitely have to go with Bush 2 City and Solomon.

      Africa trip
Maliwaza developed the itinerary for us modifying it as we requested. We feel she did a really good job for us, including helping with visas, WhatsApp and everything else. Everything went perfectly and we feel it was the best organized of any trip we have ever taken. The itinerary was perfect and the accommodations were incredible throughout. The trip was everything you could ask for and the driver/guides Dan and Azizi were fun, expert, accommodating and became friends. I wish they both lived next door. Hats off to Maliwaza and Bush to City.

Going on an African Safari is a bucket list item and a trip of a lifetime! There is a lot of research, planning, and a lot of money is involved. Therefore, be very careful who you book your tour with!
Our tour started in Kenya with our driver/guide Dixson who was with us for 5 days. On our first night of safari, we arrived at our scheduled lodge Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort which was an absolutely beautiful resort. Upon our arrival, we were told that we had no reservation at the property! We were shocked and very disappointed, and we were literally turned away! Not a good way to start out on our safari. This was not our driver’s fault, however the poor planning of our tour operator Bush 2 City. Our driver took us to another lodge quite some distance away arriving about 2 hours after dark around 8 p.m. This was a very nice small boutique lodge and all of the staff were wonderful. However, arriving late in the evening and in the dark was disappointing, especially since we were to have stayed at the beautiful resort that we were turned away from that was on our scheduled itinerary. We made the best of it and the following days in Kenya were amazing. The 2nd portion of our safari was Tanzania. This is when things went terribly wrong! On our 1st night, we had been turned away from TWO lodges due to not having a reservation! It took THREE attempts before we arrived at the lodge where our reservation was! On day 2 in Tanzania, our driver/guide Nickson flipped out and had a crazed lunatic meltdown! Nickson yelled and screamed at both of us on 2 occasions this day, unprovoked. We were nothing but polite and respectful to this man. When I politely and calmly told him that he should never raise his voice and yell at his customers he went into a lunatic rage! On this same day, Nickson did a couple of things that were appalling to us. Throwing water on a male lion that was sleeping to antagonize the lion was very disturbing! And driving the vehicle within inches of lions that were lying on the ground resting in what seemed like for the purpose of harassing the lions!
Can you imagine how excited we were to be on this once-in-a-lifetime trip and to be screamed at by our guide? If you ever encounter a driver by the name of Nickson in Tanzania, DO NOT GET INTO THE VEHICLE! THIS MAN IS DANGEROUS! Tragically this absolutely damaged our trip and our memories. For this reason - ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK WITH BUSH 2 CITY TOURS! Jackson the owner is a very nice man and tried to make the best of the remainder of our tour by arranging for us another driver/guide by the name of Barick who was an employee of Karibu Sametu Camp that we stayed at the night of Nickson’s raging meltdown. After experiencing the HELL of Nickson, Barick was an Angel! He was a nice man and the remainder of our tour in Tanzania was wonderful. Wrapping up the 2 last days of our tour back in Kenya we acquired a new driver/guide Edison. Edison was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable about photography and had endless knowledge of all kinds of animals. We would have loved to have Edison for all 12 days!
Unfortunately, one bad/lunatic driver has given us a bad memory experience for us. It is true, one bad apple can spoil the bunch. Bush to City changed some of our scheduled accommodations for lesser types of lodges after we were provided our day-by-day itinerary when we booked. Communication with this company was intermittent and sometimes poor prior to our arrival in Kenya. STAY AWAY FROM AND DO NOT BOOK WITH BUSH 2 CITY TOURS!

We booked a safari through Bush 2 City to visit Tanzania and have a Safari trip. Needless to say, our experience was very good and honestly exceeded our expectations. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He knew Tanzania's Wildlife in the back of his head and was also adept at recognizing them. The hotels also were pretty decent, the Camp in the middle of the forest was also a very good addition. If you were to book with them, ask for Beatus for your driver!

Amazing 15 Day Kenya/Tanzania Safari with Bush 2 City!!!

We had an incredible 15 day Kenya and Tanzania safari! Jackson has earned my full trust and respect - he set everything up, and then he came through in the clutch when our international flights into Kenya got completely fubared at the last minute and everything went sideways. With the trip on the line and us not knowing what was going to happen (arrival ended up being delayed by three full days, but we then extended the trip from 12 to 15 days), Jackson didn't even blink, he just said "don't worry about it, I'll take care of it." This had to entail a ***last minute*** rebooking of 5 different accommodations (lodges and tent camps throughout the Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Amboseli), airport meet and greet and transfers, a last minute schedule change for our guides in both Kenya and Tanzania, rescheduling a much-better-than-expected hot air balloon ride that we had on the books, and probably a whole lot of other stuff that I don't know anything about. I feared the worst, but he handled it all like it was nothing and once we arrived the entire trip absolutely went off without a hitch.

Had the opportunity to meet Jackson in person over lunch in Arusha and have to say that I couldn't have been more impressed with him and his entire team. We're already planning our next trip, and it will ~definitely~ be with Bush 2 City! Highly recommend with zero hesitation.

The vehicles - they couldn't have been better. Both vehicles we had were pop-top Toyota Landcruisers (the gold standard). Both were relatively new and were in great condition.

The guides - they were incredible. I'm a wildlife photographer based in Montana, USA, living in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem just a few miles from the border of the Park itself. So I spend a significant amount of time in the field, tracking and photographing grizzly bears and all of our local wildlife. Basically, I do this all the time. And I was shocked by how good our guides were. I'm not easily impressed, but I was thoroughly impressed by them. They were the best in every way - incredibly knowledgeable, personable, passionate, and professional... and really just as cool as could be. They were a huge part of our experience and we really had so much fun with them. They were in the know, had the inside track with everyone and everything, and put us on the spot time after time after time throughout the entire trip. They were respectful of the wildlife and the park regulations, while continually putting us on the spot. Could not have been better. They both exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

The wildlife - I couldn't even begin to list the wildlife or numbers involved. Saw the Big 5 several times over, far too many lions to count, lost count of the leopards (one incredible encounter right outside our tent one night), lost count of the the cheetahs (one on a fresh kill at sunset that I'll never forget), birdlife and raptors galore, 13 black rhinos(!), massive bull elephants, etc etc etc. The wildlife was truly nonstop.

There's a lot of safari companies out there and I have to say that in the 15 days we were in the bush I didn't see a single one I would have rather been with. I will not hesitate to book with Bush 2 City again. The only thing I'll do differently is to give Jackson carte blanche to set it all up. The last minute tented camp he chose for us was better than all the accommodations that I picked myself and there was no discernable difference in price - just quality. #Respect

I booked a solo trip with Bush2City for the 12 day Best of Kenya and Tanzania Safari. I had done a ton of research on various tour company options and selected Bush2City based on reviews from other travelers. This trip was stunning - I am a photographer and got so many amazing shots of the terrain and animals. It was truely a life changing experience. The Serengeti balloon ride gliding over the tree tops. Watching the elephants and the graceful giraffes. My guides, Jaime and Danforth, were kind, very well informed as I the one who asks tons of questions and both great people! They made this trip wonderful. Jackson was an amazing organizer! Highly recommend!!

Bush2City arranged a 17 day private safari/tour in Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar. It included the major game parks and some R&R in Zanzibar. Jackson Solomon did an outstanding job organizing the tour. We had excellent accommodations and private land cruiser in both Kenya and Tanzania. Our tour guides in Kenya (Tonny) and Tanzania (Ally) were both outstanding and went out of their way to provide us with a total experience.

A group of us climbed the 6-day Machame route on Kilimanjaro and then went on a 5-day safari with Bush 2 City Adventures. The guides, porters and cooks on both the trek and the safari were simply outstanding - knowledgeable, professional and happy in their roles. Mohammed, our cook, prepared us incredibly delicious meals from his small cook tent. What a joy to get in to camp after a long day of hiking and have the tents set up, be greeted by a friendly porter, a basin of hot water, and a snack.

Apart from personal items, all equipment was supplied – tents, mattresses, a meal tent complete with tables and stools and a bathroom tent just for the clients. On the safari, where jeeps were transporting the equipment, the tents were larger and the mattresses thicker. We had first-rate, newer jeeps for the safari. Bush 2 City Adventures' rates are extremely reasonable and they are very straightforward about tips.

Jackson, the owner, explained that he grew up in a village close to Kilimanjaro and started as a porter as well. His philosophy is to pay those he employs well, be fair-minded and transparent and provide the best service possible. This attitude shows in all aspects of his business - his attention to detail, his ability to adapt to the needs of his clients, the respect he, his guides and porters get on the mountain and the way they treated us, the clients.

I was astounded by the number of companies selling safari and climbing packages in Tanzania. Many are British, Australian or American-based but we were very happy to be supporting a local company. We do this at home so why not abroad?

Our trip was fantastic in large part thanks to Bush 2 City Adventures and I would recommend them to my friends and family with no hesitation at all. If I ever go back to Tanzania, I’ll head straight to them for my arrangements.

I arrived at Mount Killamanjaeo International at 1am. And didn't meet my guide till about 2 in the morning. After greeting me he next asked if I ate. That might sound like a small thing, but it just shows the care this company gives it's guests. I got three hours sleep and he was there to get me on with my safari. He was thorough with his explanation of flora and fauna and everything else about Tanzania. The next day I was picked up for my Killamanjaeo climb and the two new guides again asked if I ate after my flight. That was a big concern of theirs . They too gave me mor than just a hike up the mountain, they gave me much more in history, language, music, ect. I made a few new friends.

We got back from a 12 day tour in Kenya and Tanzania and it was absolutely fabulous.

Jackson was so incredibly accommodating and helpful in planning our amazing safari. He responds super fast, gives great advice, and is extremely patient.

We had a guide waiting for us at the airport when we got in at 4 am. Then the same guide took us to the Giraffe Center, Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, and lunch at Carnivore later at 9 am. The following day, another Jackson showed up to explain to us what we were doing and how long the drive was between parks to prepare us. He answered all of our questions and introduced us to our guide Q. Q was extremely knowledgeable and really tried to find us everything we were looking for. He answered so many questions about animals and really helped us maximize our game drives there.

Q handed us off to Vincent in Tanzania and he was an absolute hoot. We laughed so much and Vincent really tried so hard to help us find the elusive leopard. We had a lot of boxed lunches and Vincent would always try to find places with amazing views to eat our food. One of the best memories was visiting a preschool. The kids were so friendly and it was such a nice way to start the day.

I had an absolute blast and was so happy with the service that was provided by Bush 2 City.

We had an amazing experience using Bush 2 City Adventure as our tour operators. We arrived in Nairobi late due to flight issues and had to change our departure time, which was not an issue for our tour guide, Michael. Michael was very professional, friendly and did everything he could to make our experience memorable, to see a wide variety of animals, and to make us comfortable. We traveled around in Toyota Landcruisers from park to park which was at times very bumpy on the dirt roads, but gave us a unique experience to see the countryside and the way that the locals live each day.
Michael was very kind and caring towards our adult special needs daughter which was much appreciated. We had no issues at the border between Kenya and Tanzania thanks to the information we were given ahead of time by Bush 2 City. Once in Tanzania we had a new tour guide, Aziz who was equally amazing. He was very knowledgable about the birds in particular and helped us to appreciate the Serengeti fully. We had great success viewing every animal we wished to see and we loved the camps and lodges everywhere we stayed. I can't say enough about the amazing experience we had. The only downside would be the age of the vehicles due to the wear and tear they experience, but I know Bush 2 City is replacing some of their fleet in the near future. Of all of the tour companies we could have chosen, I am grateful that we chose Bush 2 City. They were very reasonably priced compared to others that we reached out to.

Me and my partner spent 13 days on a private safari tour of Kenya/Tanzania, organized through Bush2City Adventures and what an incredible experience it was.

We dealt with Jackson during the planning process, who was so quick to respond to all of our questions and optimize the itinerary to ensure we had the best experience on safari. He also provided guidance on how to obtain our Visas to enter Tanzania and Kenya and frequently checked in with us to ensure all our needs were met.

All of the guides we had were absolutely incredible. Nick took us around Nairobi on day one, then George took us to Lake Navaisha and Nakuru. Simon showed us the Masai Mara and Amboseli, and Nickson took us exploring around the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater.

They were all very experienced guides, each with over 10-15 years of experience running Safari tours. It was incredible how they would spot the animals from such far distances. I really appreciated how they would give additional context as to why the animals were behaving in certain ways or explain key facts about the animals.

The game drives were all incredible and I appreciated how the guides really tailored the experience to what we wanted. Sometimes they would let us go for longer drives when we weren’t ready to go back, they always had a nice stock of alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and often served us luxury hot lunches with wine or beer (which many other tour companies didn’t seem to do!).

Every game drive delivered some sort of new, interesting experience. We saw so many cool things like lion hunts, leopard bringing it’s prey up a tree, multiple Wildebeest river crossings (which was such a life experience to see!) baby rhino’s, baby lions, baby cheetahs, cheetahs feasting on a kill and the list goes on!

We also had a few add-on experiences to our package, all of which were just incredible. We visited the Giraffe Centre and Elephant Orphanage in Nairobi, as well as the Karen Blixen museum. We visited a Masaai tribe in the Mara, learning about how they live and their cultural traditions. We opted to do a hot air balloon ride in the Masai Mara and in the Serengeti, we had a beautiful dinner set-up in the middle of the wilderness (which was scary, but beautiful and felt safe since they had rangers patrolling and monitoring the area around us).

Without these incredible and very knowledgeable guides, we definitely would not have had such an amazing experience. I’ll also say that Bush2City has very new, clean and well maintained safari jeeps.

All the lodges and camps were so luxurious with incredible food and stunning views. The people at every lodge or luxury tented camp were so friendly and provided just the most incredible service.

I truly felt like this Luxury Safari was the experience of a lifetime and I credit Bush2City Adventures for making that happen! I’ll definitely be booking future African tours with them again. Thanks!
