    What to Expect
The Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car ride is a visually spectacular 3-mile (5.7-km) journey between Tung Chung Town Centre and Ngong Ping Village on Lantau Island. Use your voucher to redeem your pass (mobile admission accepted), and then pose for a photo taken by a photographer as soon as you board the cable car.

Watch as views of the South China Sea and the rolling grassland slopes of North Lantau Country Park replace the buzz of Hong Kong. Take in these serene and natural surroundings for which Lantau is famed, and see Tian Tan Buddha (Big Buddha) come into view on the Ngong Ping Plateau. At the top, enjoy admission to Po Lin Monastery and the giant wooden steles of the Wisdom Trail.

You have your choice of booking a one-way or round-trip ride on a standard cabin or glass-bottom Crystal Cabin. Or, select one type of cable car transport one way and the other for the return.

The 25mins ride one way was so much fun. We took the crystal (glass bottom) car one way and standard car on return. Great panoramic views of the mountains, sea, HK airport and the new HK-Macau-Zhuhai bridge/underwater tunnels.

The cable cars gave us many great views and picture opportunities, definitely recommend the crystal cabin so that you can see what you go over. It takes about 20-25 minutes one way and be ready to have your picture taken (twice for round trip) before your cable car leaves the

Enjoy the trip on the rope way, it well worth it. My wife and I greatly enjoyed our trip, it would have been better with more sun, but the line was shorter! The views are fantastic and the walk through the temple is well worth it. There are restaurants up tp including a 7/11

We arrived by MCR to this venue, it’s very easy to negotiate the transport, once out of the station it’s only 100 yards to the cable car station, there Was no Q on the day we arrived, however I suspect it was time of year and day we picked, at peak times or holidays etc I think

Recommended by a colleague and really pleased we went. Up on the glass bottomed cable car and return on standard cable car. Spectacular views from cable cars and from giant Buddha site. Had a delicious and affordable meal there. Highly recommend this trip.
