It was our second time doing the Canyoneering with the same Travel Agency. Communication with them is easy and the tour guides that accompanied us were highly accomodating. We enjoyed our trip thanks to them. No hassle in booking and there are various payment options.

We had a nice canyoneering adventure when we were in Cebu. Kuya Glen, the tour guide, is so nice. Very funny mga banat nya. 😂 ang galing din nyang mag take ng pics and vids. And we are satisfied sa service lalo na ang babait ng mga taong nakausap namin. And very responsive sila sa mga tanong. Two thumbs up. One of our best experiences so far. 👍👍

This is the best agency we deal with when we had our canyoneering activity in Cebu. The staff are knowledgeable and will take care of you the whole time. We will still contact them next time we will be back in Cebu.

Their tour guides are very friendly. They are very knowledgeable how to use gadgets or devices to capture our best moments. The entire adventure was great. We would like to come back with the same team who facilitated our canyoneering adventure!

We booked our 2 tours on 20th of April 2019, which is an easter. Booked it 5 months way ahead since its a peak day and paid in full. It is for our family composed of 11 persons for oslobwhaleshark and canyoneering with kawasan falls and sumilon bluewaters day tour. Mark is our travel agent and he was very accommodating, very responsive and went above beyond his duties and most of all VERY PATIENT with our frequent changes. We requested for a refund for 2 persons since my auntie cant go and advises us that we cant refund the ticket part since it was already booked and will refund a very minimal amount only, which we do understand since we cancelled it a day before the tour. He went to our hotel on Sunday evening to personally hand over our refund, which we find it very excellent considering its Holiday. Over all, we enjoyed the tour that we availed. Local guides and the canyoneering guides was very friendly and good in taking our photos. Driver was on time and professional. Our tour went so smooth because of them. The cons is just the wait time in Oslob, which we waited for an hour and half. Mark already advises since it a peak day, which we have already anticapted for it. Kudos to this company for giving us so much personalize service with our family! Definitely we will recommend you to our friends here! :)

My fiancé and I went on a canyoneering adventure with Canyoneering Cebu, Badian Aventure group last October 2, 2016. The people I met and talked to from this Agency are very accommodating. That’s a huge plus to the BEST adventure they arranged for us. That’s why I’m going on this adventure again by the end of this month with my 15 year old daughter, and her friend. I have also booked a package for Osmena Peak Adventure. I am extremely happy with the service, so I stick with Canyoneering Cebu, Badian Adventure Group!!! Thanks guys!!!

We booked over Easter for 4 people. Booked 3 months in advance and paid in full as we had to. Emailed to confirm the time and they replied saying they do not do tours on Easter. I emailed 15 times over the next few months trying to get a refund for me and partner and our friends. Absolute rip off. I'm sure there is plenty of other good companies. Would still love my refund!

Amazing island hopping and canyoneering experience overall. The guides were friendly and accommodating. They made sure that we'd enjoy the trip to the fullest.

Magnificent place, excellent guides, challenging but fulfilling. Scenic road trip travelling to the place. Good food and would love to do this again.

We appreciate that they are ahead of time to pick us in the airport, accomodating driver, respectful and clean car.. Their service is also well coordinated.. If we are going to visit and tour the other places in Cebu, we will definitely contact them again.. We enjoyed our tour.. p.s. We also feel secured because their driver is excellent in driving and we feel that the driver is trustworthy thus we always leave our valuables in the car and nothing was lost..

Canyoneering is a must when you're in South Cebu. What made this experience the best was the quality of service they provided. Communication was good as they gave instructions as to where to go from the start. The habal ride is an adventure itself. It would be a loooooong walk but you'd appreciate the nature at it's finest. Hope we could maintain this beauty. The tour guides were really helpful, and cautious. They won't pressure you to jump if you really don't want to. Aaaand they would even take your amaaazing pics. :) overall great experience :)

At first I thought it would be boring but when we start little hike the adventure was started there. Amazing waterfalls and rivers. Clean and cold very refreshing water :) I love the tarzan rope there 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
