Two days before the scheduled tour I confirmed the pickup and location time. On the scheduled day I sat for almost an hour waiting to be picked up. I then noticed that Viator app listed no bookings for me and this tour was moved to “Cancelled “ section.
I don’t necessarily mind the cancellation - stuff happens! But the fact that I was not informed is totally unprofessional. Every other cancelled tour sent me a formal email and text informing me of this.

We are verry sorry that u did not receive the cancellation email a day before. We cancelled it a day before because we not have any schedule for Friday. We don't know how you were able for book for Friday. Maybe there Glitch or error on site. next time we will be mindful and improve our service.

I had to cancel/reschedule because the tour guide was late picking me up because of “traffic”.
He did say I could request a refund and he would give me a free tour.

There isn’t much to see in Cebu but the two tour guides we had made the trip very pleasant. Two very polite and enthusiastic fellas.
The gardens were the highlight. It was good to get out of the horrible city into nature.

My partner and I had a great afternoon on this tour! Our guide, Bobby, was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable on the places we visited and we also liked learning about life in Cebu and the Philippines. The roads to the temples and gardens are tricky so it's best to leave it to a local. Bobby negotiated them with ease and we felt completely safe. We got some great pictures at the Sirao Garden. Temple of Leah at dusk was extra special. The views of Cebu City from here were beautiful. Would definitely recommend this tour. Huge thank you for making our last day in Cebu so memorable.
