Truly Wonderful
We booked the Birthday Package directly from the website after first enquiring with the company regarding what was included in the vegetarian menu etc. Customer service is excellent, if you have a question about booking they will get back to you within 24 hours by email. I can't overstate how great our experience was, the crew and dining staff were attentive, polite and provided an excellent service. The food was delicious, we got the 7 course option, the birthday package included a large portion of cake and a bottle of champagne. There are plenty of additional options as well which are worth taking a look at when booking. The weather being changeable was well predicted by the crew of the ship and we avoided any rain, even though there was a storm in the distance. Truly an amazing experience, would definitely recommend!

Perfect Friday night cruise for a date

From booking to the cruise ending, the service by Royal Albatross team was excellent

Chloe from the bookings team was very helpful in changing my itinerary dates and responded quickly to my emails. The team on the ship was also great providing excellent service, my mum had motion sickness and were provided ginger teas immediately.

The cruise in the evening was also perfect, with the sea breeze and the night city lights. Perfect for anyone wanting to impress their dates. Would recommend this itinerary to anyone!

Sunset Dinner Cruise
Excellent vibes. Staff was friendly and attentive. We had the 7-course meal, anniversary package. We set sail at 6pm on the dot, and it was a smooth ride the whole time with maybe one or two bumps in the water. Food was great, service was great and the ambiance was wonderful! Will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Spectacular views to match the setting sunrise. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was lovely and the live music to match set the mood for a perfect night while drifting along the calm water. If i would to make one criticism, considering the price the menu should have featured more options. As for non-seafood lovers beware as the “meat” option features two seafood options which is unknown until served. I would recommend that the menu is released before boarding to allow guest to select a course best suited for their dietary restrictions. The pasta wasn’t fresh either. However, overall it was a lovely experience.

Also. No shoes allowed on board so they give you bath slippers which don’t protect your toes.

Sails are not up for the cruise.

Lastly, drinks are horrendously overpriced. A bottle of prosecco was more than $100.

Other than safety, customer service is our highest priority; We are always pleased to offer a replacement wine or meal if it’s not to our guests liking as our chefs freshly prepare the food onboard every day to ensure that it is of the highest quality. The severe space constraints onboard all sailing ships, does limit catering options but we note your requests and thank you for your recommendations. We feel our beverages menu is competitively priced compared to other fine dining establishments and the sails are deployed when the captain deems it safe and comfortable for our guests experience bearing in mind the wind strength and direction may cause the ship to heel over. We will always try our best to deploy some of the sails to give everyone onboard the experience of sailing. We strive to deliver an exceptional unique experience so we are always very disappointed if we miss the mark. We will examine your feedback closely so see if there is more, we can do, so thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We went as a family of 3 and ordered the 5 course meal and kids meal. The food was great, better than any fine dining restaurant where most of the food looks good but tastes average. I loved my vegetarian dishes as well. Kids meal was also lovely. Cherry on the top was the celebration cake which was heaven in taste.

The cruise experience was great and we were blessed with good weather. Check in was smooth and all parties were seated on the upper deck. There is not much movement allowed on the ship due to covid restrictions but you can enjoy within your space as well.

The staff was polite and quick. Washrooms were clean. Overall amazing team of people making the experience worthwhile.

Fantastic service and an excellent way to see the remote islands near Singapore
We had a great time. The food does not disappoint - every dish beautifully prepared and extremely tasty - we recommend the chicken! However, the service was the highlight. Anna and her cohorts could not do enough. Very relaxing and pleasant way to spend an evening. Seabreeze, great views, wine and great food - highly recommend.

Nice experience overall
Service is very attentive, the food was as described and fine, and the boat is clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and checkin was easy. Area of possible improvement Is that they could offer a complementary champagne , wine of beer to make the guests feel welcome. Cocktails are a bit high. But again overall very nice and so will be back.

🤩 Awesome
It started off with heavy rain but despite the weather we still manage to sail off with the necessary gears up. Thankfully, the weather is kind to us with a good weather and nice view and experience for us. It will be great if the weather was good to begin but the food and service was impeccable. 👍🏻 Thanks for the lovely experience for Boxing Day and Birthday celebration.

MUST experience at least once!

The Sunset Sail - Dinner Cruise was a birthday surprise for my most wonderful fiancé and the experience from start to end truly did not disappoint! The fiancé actually had tears and it was such a memorable experience for the two of us!

Special mention and heartfelt gratitude to Veronica for her patient help from booking of the tickets to even checking on the status of my booking and making special arrangements. She truly went well beyond the extra mile and was truly the icing on the cake.

Thank you so much Royal Albatross (we sailed on 16/10) once again for the impeccable service from the moment I booked our tickets till when we disembarked. Our heartfelt thanks and we look forward to sailing with you again!

A Truly Great Experience

A lovely experience, romantic evening and with good safety management in place. We requested for a no pork/lard/alcohol meal and although they do not have a halal cert due to serving of alcohol, we are glad to get assurance that their food produce are from halal sources. The music played serene our way throughout the seamless journey through the sunset. Everywhere in the ship are clean and the staff are warm and friendly. Thank you again Royal Albatross for making our wedding anniversary and my hubby's birthday a truly great experience!
