Waited an hour at pickup point but the company never showed up, called them a bunch of times but they didn’t pick up the phone either. Been using TripAdvisor for many years and never had this experience before. Don’t book this.

It was my second time. But this time. God !! My God!! it was monday 19th aug it was so damn crowded. hot. wait times around 2 hrs. express pass cost a fortune. I mean its just to expensive . They want to rip off the tourist like anythin. some rides are not even worth waitin for 10 min also. for e.g the treasure hunt ride for kids. even the kids were not happy. we waited for around 40 min and it was so boring and no thrill. i mean you could make it more interesting. 2 rides were shut due to technical issues. the 2 main roller coaster. they should inform us prior at the ticket counter. this was very misleading. or else refund some amount back to us. Around 4.30 they open one of them and its a 200 min wait time. Its so annoyin. the food, transport everythin so expensive and then we have to wait for hours for each ride. its not acceptable that some rides are not workin and u charge a fortune. We loved the mummy ride the best.

The most frustrating thing about our day here was waiting in long queues (minimum 1 hour) to see carriages leaving half full. Especially when queuing in the single riders queue! It’s as if you weren’t allowed to ride together regardless. We knew it wouldn’t meet the same expectations as Florida but if you’re ok with this and have nothing better to, then it’s worth a visit!

Marie was an excellent tour guide. So friendly and helpful. Driver wasn’t very good staying the lane driving and up and down the whole way on the accelerator. The one back was also the same. Both distracted with their phones & looking around. The breakfast wasn’t that good but the experience with the animals was worth every cent. We had some extra animal come to breakfast. Orangutans, Macaws, Owl, penguins and an iguana. You cannot touch the animals except the iguanas side of the body. Great photo opportunities. The zoo itself was not as good as it was 30 years ago. There seems to be a lot of staff walking around not doing much. It would help if there was staff on each exhibition. I remember there was a recording or someone there talking about the Komono Dragons last time but this time nothing on any of them. It’s all about reading the signs. So it wasn’t a good experience because it was not educational. There was not one drink machine or shop that had sparkling water or normal water TBH, only soft drink and a few other choices! Most of the cafes and stops were only opening at midday. The gift shop prices were quite reasonable. Over all interactions with the zoo was the best part and the rest was below average. I was very disappointed as I had raved about it to my family.

The experience felt rushed and the volume of people made it difficult to keep track of our guide. Expectations were not met in terms of what was sold to us. Very disappointed.

It's an average attraction but not too bad..... The animals were not seen properly from the tram. Though concept was fascinating, the execution was not that great. The waiting period was quite long, it's better to walk as you can explore it better and can have an adventure. There is also a stage show of nocturnal animals within the same tickets which was very good.

The tour guide was absolutely terrible. All he basically told us is that sometimes the Otangutans don’t come out. That once it happened 3 times in one week and we should complain if they didn’t show. In his exact words “it’s stupid.” He had a long drive to the zoo but that is all the info he gave - no history, no animal info, nothing. I’ve traveled all over and this was undoubtedly the worst tour guide I ever had. On the return trip he was chatting up a single lady from Australia the entire way back and from her responses you could tell she was being polite but wanted to be left alone but he couldn’t take a hint. Breakfast at the zoo was terrible. I expected it to be bad, but it was worse even than my low expectations. There are a few photo ops with small animals during the breakfast, then they try to get you to pay S$65 for 2 photos. There is also not enough time with this excursion to see much of the zoo. After breakfast we had time to see the Sea Lion show and that was about it. My recommendation based on this experience, just enjoy breakfast at your hotel, take aGrab to the zoo and enjoy it at your own speed.

Sentosa on its own is a great place and definitely a must do in Singapore. However I wouldn’t recommend booking this activity. You could just buy tickets for whatever you want to do in sentosa on your own (either online or at the ticket offices). There is a considerable lack of communication. Book this tour if you want DIY and you don’t want to bother getting on your own the tickets for the attractions it covers.

Be careful when booking anything with this company!!! Terrible customer service and company. When I rang to confirm pick up the day before all was revealed that they did not sell that tour and did not have my booking. All was false. They are still selling a morning at Singapore Zoo with breakfast on this site and many others. Even on a Sunday. But they did not honour my booking that was booked through an agency. They apparently had no booking for me even though that agency had confirmed the tour with them twice. I will not recommend this company at all.

This trip was probably worth doing as we would only have gone to a restaurant that evening and then gone back to our hotel. However, we personally found the trip didn't live up to our expectations. Having said that we did see elephants, rhinos, lions, buffalo, ant eaters, and many other animals. It was just that the experience was rather muted. Don't let this review put you off though. If you really like zoos or if you have young children, you will probably find this trip most enjoyable.

This trip is a must do as far as we are concerned. The two domes (cloud forest and flower) are air conditioned and just fabulous. The first thing you see in the cloud forest dome is a huge waterfall. It is so impressive and sets the tone for everything that follows. The flower dome is just as impressive, well laid out and provding an immersive experience. We spent over an hour and a half in each dome. You could do them faster if you wanted to, but it would be a shame to rush them when there is so much to enjoy. Transport is provided to take you to the domes but not to return you to your hotel. This was good for us as it gave us time to purchase skyway tickets that give a great view from a bridge that links some of the super trees. We did a couple of other things in the Gardens by the Bay and returned to our hotel on the efficient, cheap and air conditioned MRT metro rail system. Gardens by the Bay is not to be missed.

A really lovely zoo to visit, we had breakfast at the zoo which was lovely and a good choice of food for everyone. We were lucky enough to have a great guide all to ourselves and he was very friendly and helpful to point out the animals and to see them so close was great.

The trip was cancelled at last minute... very bad service as I was at a loose end and cud not plan either activities. We should be informed a day in advance or an alternate tour should be provided for...

We opted for the hotel pick up as we thought this would be an easier way to get to the venue - bur our pick up didn't happen. We had a great experience with this company before - but this time we simply didn't get picked up - and no communication about this. We ended up getting a private vehicle through the app Grab which was very efficient. Universal studios itself was good fun and wheelchair friendly. My daughter had hurt her ankle and we hired a wheelchair for S$15. The staff were very helpful and ensured we were looked after.

Driver was excellent, however we were unable to see the floral fantasy which we paid for as it was closed on that day. we requested a refund but this was refused. Very disappointing
