Alex our guide picked us up at our hotel lobby. We went to each venue with Alex getting us to the front of the line. Saw everything in a third of the time compared to being on our own.

Singapore is an outstanding country and city. Very hot and humid but a visit to the Gardens by the Bay is really worth the visit. Outstanding displays and exhibits. Gardens from all continents in climate controlled conditions. Quite exceptional. Linked to the Marina Bay Sands, both compliment each other and are both a must to see.

Booked ticket via the agency MAM Holidays Singapore, the notification email said eTicket would be sent 1 day before the visit. Waited until the morning of visit date but received nothing then I had to plan other activities for the kid and requested refund. Right after refund request, a guy from customer service called to offer the ticket. It was late already. Why didn’t they do their job on time? It’s not recommended to book service via this agency due to poor customer service.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY TICKETS! Tried to call the Local Tour Company But there Was NO answer and NO physical Address Either!

While both flower dome and cloud dome are beautiful and have some really beautiful and mesmerizing views, it's the supertree light show that stole the night. Brilliant and not something to be missed out on. The booking process was smooth and it's recommended to go on a weekday at least by 6.30pm so that you cover the domes and are still on time for the light show.

One of the best tours we have taken while on our trip to Singapore. Our guide was highly knowledged, and very interesting to listen to as he toured us around Singapore I would highly recommend.

The over all experience was good. You need to book tickets early if you want to visit from Thursday nights through to Sunday night as there was over 4000 visitors on the Wednesday night which is supposedly a quieter night. Some animals were hard to see in the dark and the pathways around the zoo although they are smooth they are not well lit. The line for the tram takes around an hour in the line up. The night safari show was excellent

I never fail to visit this place when in a Singapore. It’s probably best to visit late afternoon so you can stay to watch the light show. This place is massive, despite visiting a few times I am yet to see it all. I selected the different gardens I wanted to see. I dint buy tickets in advance, these can be bought on location. It’s probably wiser to buy one or two tickets at a time because there us no knowing how long you will spend on each. I visited the cloud forest, flower dome and super trees. I walked on the skyway and this had the best views. I didn’t do the super tree observatory because the views were just as good from the skyway. My favourite garden this time was the floral fantasy. This is a distance away near the Marina Bay Sands hotel but you can get the shuttle from behind the ticket counters. It us unfortunate that it is closing soon for maintenance. They also have a brief 4D show here that you can buy tickets for. After watching the show, I just walked over to the super trees. I stayed for the light show and this although brief was amazing. I watched from the floor, almost everyone lay on the ground facing up and it was such a fantastic experience. I got a taxi after using the grab app. It can be a bit busy mind but it is expected. This place is definitely worth a visit if you love flowers.

The actual night safari itself was fantastic. The zoo workers were incredibly helpful. The only problem we had was booking through trip advisor - we received our confirmation email but never ever received any tickets or access to any tickets- even after calling for help. I would suggest booking through someone else as it is an amazing thing to do and we certainly enjoyed thanks to the zoo staff who sorted it so we could enter.

We were picked up from our hotel by our tour guide, Loy. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient at the same time quite efficien. He made sure that we saw everything that was included in this tour. Our chauffeur, too, was very nice and efficient. I would highly recommend this tour.
