We had an absolute blast with Simon as our tour guide. He really hit the best parts of the city, gave great information, and didn’t cut the tour short when we had to stop while a storm blew through for about 20 minutes. He made sure that we were safe, comfortable, and really took his time ensuring that we were getting everything we wanted out of the experience. At the end of the tour, Simon took the time to make recommendations of where to go to get delicious food, shopping, and nightlife. We really cannot recommend this tour more - it is so amazing to do early in your trip to Singapore so that you can plan the rest of your trip around the recommendations.

I can only recommend this tour to those with only a few hours to spend for a whistle stop tour of Singapore because you only get to stop for a few minutes at each site, and ONLY if you are a confident cyclist.
Their website states that their small group is limited to 15 to a guide but when we did the tour there were 18, and the guide even told us smugly he usually led groups of 20. When another couple questioned the group size, he told them to talk to management, but he was the only person in the shop so there was no one to raise the matter with. And of course the booking fee is not refundable.
The tour description mentions sampling local snacks but only coffee and tea were offered when we stopped for 5 minutes for a drinks break, another false promise.
My biggest concern about this tour is for safety. Most of the time we had to cycle single file because of cycling on narrow pavements with many pedestrians, through crowds at the busy Chinatown market, and crossing road junctions controlled by lights, so the group often got very strung out. Because we were at the back of the group we couldn't always stay with the group or see the guide, so several times we were left behind and wondered which way to go. At one point in my haste to keep up I hit a bollard and fell off the bike, ending up with bleeding and bruised knees. The guide didn't even have a first aid kit to help me.
At 80 SGD per guest it is not a cheap tour so the least the company should do with such a large group is to provide a second guide at the rear.

Hello Cheng,
We checked and yes the tour you attended on 13 March did exceed by 3 pax from our usual group number of 15. It was a scheduling mistake on our part and we were unable to find another guide for the extra guests last minute. We would like to apologise for your bad experience and we have thus made some logistic arrangements to improve the facilitation for bigger groups in future.
You pointed out some valid points. Yes, our bicycle tour is a stop-and-go sightseeing concept, where we go past iconic attractions and stop at some for a closer look. It is like a quick guide of the city highlights, concised into 4hours, which gives travellers a better idea of what they want to explore further during the rest of the trip.
And yes, Singapore city’s streets are not the easiest to cycle. The pavements can be narrow and it will be shared with pedestrians. Spacious areas to cycle in Singapore would be public parks such as East Coast Park, but there are no tourist icons to be seen there.
Lastly, a first aid kit is always part of our guide’s gear and they are all trained in basic first aid. In fact, the guide for your tour is first aid trained by the civil defence and packs the most intensive first aid kit for every tour. There are perhaps some misunderstandings during the tour that led you to think otherwise.
We are really sorry that you did not enjoy the tour and that you ended with bruised knees. A city bicycle tour may not be suitable for everyone, and we will work on communicating that on our website.

Our tour guide Simon was knowledgeable about the places we visited, route was well planned with most parts being on wider sidewalks. Bikes provided were also well maintained and comfortable, with helmets provided. Cycling provides a close up tour of the streets, with opportunities to take pictures at landmarks and vistas.
Being a bike tour, would recommend being confident in riding a bicycle before attempting.

I did the tour 2 days ago with Simon as our guide. It was an awful morning since we had non-stop heavy rain for all the 4 hours of the tour, but it was still a really pleasant one. The company offers ponchos to withstand these harsh weather conditions and there are always some shelters to get the information from our guide. Simon was very energetic and open to any questions we had, answering them right away.
As an advice I would recommend taking this tour on your first day in Singapore, it is great to know the historic area and then decide where to dedicate more time in your visits.
Next time I am in Singapore I will check for more tours from this company. Totally recommended! Thank you Simon!

My family of four (2 parents, 2 kids ages 11 and 8) enjoyed this fun and active way of seeing Singapore. The ride was generally flat, and 90% of it was on paved pathways and sidewalks. Simon Chin was a great tour guide for us. He had a fun personality and gave us good tidbits about the landmarks around Singapore without rambling on too long. He was always happy to take photos for us at various stops, and he was so kind to help our kids with a trusty first aid kit when our kids got a little scratched up from missing their pedal. I really recommend this as a fun way to tour Singapore, especially with kids, so that they don’t have to sit in cars or buses to tour the city. Simon even gave us a great street food lunch recommendation nearby. Our family is still exchanging stories about the best parts of this tour a day later and that’s a big win in my book!

Wow!! I’m not a big cyclist but I loved this tour. Colin took us on a 4 hr guided tour of every nook and cranny in Singapore. He gave us so much interesting information, the bikes were good quality and he even gave us some local food to sample. I would highly recommend this as a first thing to do to understand the city areas and gain information for the other attractions. Just super !!

Highly recommend doing a bike tour to get the lay of the land, see some historic sites and learn a bit about the Singapore culture. The bike paths were very safe and easy to navigate with our guide. Our group was split in two for smaller group experience. We had 6 riders in our group and there were 7 in the other group. Our guide (I think his name is Alfie) was a huge resource of information and took pics of our group which he shared with us at the end of the tour. It was threatening a downpour and they provide ponchos if needed. Luckily it was just light rain. Also had a couple of stops including at a local "coffee bar" to sample some of the local cuisine.
We were apprehensive about the hot and humid weather but riding the bikes around the city was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Early, on a monday morning in the rain we received a warm welcome of our bike-guide Garnish at his bike-store. First question: do you mind the rain, oh you come from Holland, no you don't mind a bit of rain. He showed our group (12 persons) around through down-town Singapore, the marina bay area, china town and many more topics of the city. His explications were not only about the venue's we saw but also their culture, the habbits and the food of the varuious groups. Really excellent.

An extensive tour around the city with plenty of interesting things to see and hear from our tour guide Alfie who was very helpful. Riding is primarily on pavements or bike routes and small roads so feels relaxed and safe. A great way to see this wonderful city.

It depends on how heavy the rain is. We had rain on our tour and when it was really heavy we stopped, when it became lighter we continued. Email them, they reply fast.

We were able to specify we wanted the morning tour when booking the tour online. The morning tour is fantastic, everywhere is much quieter so it's easier to pedal around. It's so much fun too!
