He was informative, patient and had a fantastic demeanour with my young son. With the assistance of captain Bobby we had the chance to experience on how to fly a 737. It felt so real taking off and landing in the many airports of several countries. Was shown an introduction video prior to entering the real simulator. Mr. Hamdan was very patient and professional in explaining all the controls of this simulator. 30mins is certainly not enough, i would certainly come back for the longer experience. Shannon, my copilot and Sam were both very helpful and kind. They treated me like an adult and shared the package prices when I asked. It was a fabulous and an eye-opening experience to try my hands on the flight simulator. Salute to all pilots as manoeuvring an aeroplane is really difficult and require multi-tasking. I highly recommend to try at least once as it is not something you get to try frequently or anywhere. The pilot and staff are very friendly and professional in handling system glitches. Great job!
My sister and I really enjoyed our sessions and we are allowed to take pictures and videos as much as we like.

Coming from home sim(xplane11), I always wanted a more physical experience(real switches,control column,paranomic view instead of single monitor).
So i booked a 45min session at this place to have a go at the 738, and it was awesome as expected. Cockpit flying was very immersive, controls feels very solid like you piloting for real, looking out the cockpit window is the best.
Alwin who was my first officer(FO) planned for me 2 tricky approaches for this session,
Kai Tak rwy 13 approach and Paro Intl rwy 33, and he will provide guidance throughout the session be it procedures or flying tips. I also used this chance to bombard him with loads of questions Ive always wanted to ask pilots:P
Overall great experience, staff here are incredibly friendly and are excellent conversationalists, you'll feel like you're in the presence of passionate aviators.

Our co-pilot is Ardel and he is very professional. He is really good in explaining all the different functions of the buttons and all, very friendly and approachable and also sharing his knowledge and guiding through the whole experience.
Bought this experience for my boyfriend who had always wanted to be a pilot but not able to fulfill his dream due to being colour blind. He enjoyed his time and had a great experience fly the plane, that’s the closest he can get.
The stimulator is very real and as a passenger on the plane, I am far from being bored. Totally enjoy observing and was really happy with the whole experience.
You can also have the option to share the package by paying an extra $25 for the extra person, but I prefer to let the birthday boy enjoy the whole of 60mins, which he did.
Received a certificate at the end as souvenir which was great!
Thank you flight experience and Ardel for making this day special and memorable!

We went there not knowing what to expect and felt rather nervous about the whole experience.
Stepping into the cockpit, we were shocked by the amount of buttons and switches. Thankfully, we need not touch most of them. Theodon was a patient instructor, and taught us well (we didn’t crash our planes 😅) He mentored us along the way when we forgot to move our gears.
It was a very realistic experience with the simulator, the scenery was quite accurate and we managed to do take-off and landing to different airports.
Definitely one of a kind experience that everyone should try it!

My son and I took the opportunity to fly the simulated Boeing 737 and it was a cracking experience and well worth the money. Each of us had two take-offs and landings. We were both novices and had to get to grips with the range of controls but were expertly coached in their application and use. The plane was very responsive and every flight made it up and down safely. We learned so much and had real fun. It was such an engaging and learning experience.
What made it was Bobby. You see, Bobby is a real pilot but he does people really well. He understands his craft and connects sublimely with his students. Bobby is an amazing teacher and guide. He made us all feel welcome, including my wife and daughter spectating. He challenged and supported us and ensured we realised our objectives. Bobby is a cracking teacher and we would like to thank him warmly as it would not have been the same without him.
What made it was Bobby. You see, Bobby is a real pilot but he does people really well. He understands his craft and connects sublimely with his students. Bobby is an amazing teacher and guide. I took my kids there for experiencing flight. The trainers were real pilots. It really felt we were flying a real commercial airline. All controls and even the auto pilot system was as per how it would be in a real plane.. Even the communications from the trainers were to the detail of what an exact pilot to co-pilot would be. It was fun to see my daughter have a near crash landing, and my son brave one of the 7 most dangerous airport landings. When looking out the windows, the visual is very real. Buildings, mountains, lightings, all very real.
I definitely recommend this fun activity for the family or if you just want to try being a pilot alone.

My 14 year old daughter and my wife and myself (around 50) came over and booked a 1 hour flight experience at Singapore in Oct 2022.
I highly recommend it.
Each of us did a take-off and a landing from a different airport around the world. I was surprised to feel my brain playing mind tricks as I felt
my stomach churning as we banked the plane even though we knew full well the cockpit was stationary.
We want to give a big thank you to Bobby, the experienced captain in charge
and to the pleasant Aussie lady at the reception desk.
Bobby patiently explained the main airline controls and gave us words of encouragement at our amateur attempts at controlling the 30 ton plane.
Landing the plane is not as easy as it looks as we skidded all over the runway using only the left and right foot pedals which controlled the rudders. But it was great fun anyway. The realistic whirring noises added to the effect.
I appreciate the fact that Bobby ensured that all of us had a chance to fly the plane.
So we all were left with an experience we won't forget.
Thank you Bobby (and the Aussie lady) for your knowledge, for your patience and being thoroughly helpful and positive throughout.
No wonder Bobby still looks a youthful 30 although he's quite
a bit older.

It was an amazing and surreal experience being able to be in the cockpit alone and having the opportunity to learn about the different parts of the cockpit and to pilot a plane. Everything was very well maintained and the physical experience was very well detailed after such as the switches, controls, and the different sceneries to match each port of airport.
My co-pilot was Alwin and I would like to thank him for making my first flight experience such a smooth and inspiring one! He is a trained pilot, and was very patient in sharing his knowledge with me and guiding me with operating the aircraft. More importantly, he was very professional and almost made me feel like I was the actual captain onboard! We started off with the take-off, where he ran through the process with me a few times and constantly gave me guidance all the way until we had to touch down.
I did the Hong Kong Macau route and i thoroughly enjoyed the fireworks scene, as it goes to show how Flight Experience is very meticulous in their planning such as to match the holiday seasons with the use of the fireworks and it therefore felt really realistic!
Overall, this experience is very inspiring as it gave me the opportunity that most of us will not be able to have in our daily lives and infact, it has made me even more keen to become a pilot, something I had never really considered before! Truly and eye-opening and once in a lifetime experience and I will definitely be back with my family and friends. I would like to once again thank Alwin and Flight Experience and i definitely recommend anyone to try it out for themselves!

This was awesome! I received a gift voucher from students who knew I had a love of flying. It was a little difficult at first but my instructor Rayson was an absolute gent and very good teacher. I could see improvements in my landings after 4-5 different runways and it was cool how he could increase the difficulty each time. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

In addition to be given the rare chance of experiencing how to fly a commercial aircraft, the instructor (Mite) helped to make the experience even much more enjoyable and memorable. Instructor Mite was extremely patient and helpful; not to mention polite :). His instructions and feedback were very clear and my handling of the aircraft improved quickly under his guidance. Most importantly he was very encouraging. I enjoyed the experience tremendously and will definitely recommend my friends to try the Flight Experience.
