Fantastic city overview B4 check in on rainy day
Fantastic airport pick up and overview tour of Singapore before our 3;00 pm check in time at our hotel. Helped us to plan our stay and a great way to see everything in several hours. It was a rainy day so also a great way to see the city without getting totally soaked. Jon had interesting stories & perspectives to give us knowledge about Singapore’s history & architecture and neighborhoods. He had lots of great suggestions on eating, shopping, activities and even places to stay, as we were open to moving hotels for second half of week to see a new area.

Seven Hour Epic Tour of Singapore
Feb 2023
A brilliant day full of contrast and culture with the excellent Greyson as our guide. We saw the old and new sides of the city, and explored the deluxe and and traditional areas, as well as some not usually seen by tourists. Greyson gave us just the right balance of his outstanding knowledge to make it fascinating but not overwhelming. We thoroughly recommend Greyson to guide you through amazing Singapore.

Highly recommend this at the beginning of your visit to Singapore

We took a full day tour with Richard on the first day of our visit and it was the best decision- I would definitely recommend this and him to anyone visiting Singapore! He gave us a fantastic history of the country and sites as we went along. As a native he brought a wealth of information as well as guidance on local culture and customs that was extremely helpful to us for the rest of our week long stay. Following our day with him we felt totally comfortable using the wonderfully efficient high speed rail system, as well as comfortable knowing best practices on how to use it. A very small example of this is when I went to take a drink of water while sitting on the train and he helpfully warned me- no eating or drinking on the train! (oh!!!) I also loved that our private tour with him gave us flexibility to stay longer in places we were more interested in, or move forward when we were done. If you're pondering a tour of the city- this is the way to start your trip. After our day with him we circled back to the places of interest for us, and he was also able to provide helpful recommendations for other activities. Can't say enough good things about Richard and this tour!

Excellent Singapore city tour
We had an 8 hr layover in Singapore and chose Jon to take us around the city. Jon met us at the airport, took us around to several sites and made our layover fly by! Our daughter wanted dumplings while in Singapore and Jon took us to an excellent restaurant which made her day. It was great having a private tour guide just waiting to take you wherever you wanted. At the end of the tour, he even gave us souvenirs to remember our trip. We highly recommend Jon and Withlocals tour company for anyone wanting to see Singapore with limited time!

“With Locals” Tour in Singapore with Kwan...
I have used With Locals in Italy, so when we were going to be in Singapore for just two days, I decided the best way to see it was, With Locals...

Kwan met us promptly at 9.30am and our fantastic day started !!
We were taken on a walking, train, bus and car tour around Singapore & Kwan's knowledge was amazing !!
We saw so much, the river & bridges, the old and new buildings, the beautiful park which has the most amazing trees, the old warehouses on the river, we had lunch in Chinatown, a quick look at the shops there and so much more...we had
so many photos taken and Kwan's sense of humour shone through the whole day.
Later in the afternoon Kwan drove us to Sentosa which was sensational. He kept telling us about having coffee and toast, we didn't quite understand, so at the end of the day he took us and we tasted the delicious toast of Singapore.
Fantastic day which we thoroughly enjoyed and I have no hesitation recommending Kwan and With Locals.

A Wonderful and Educational Day in Singapore with HJ
HJ is terrific, a real pro! We spent a full day (9:30 am to 5 pm) on a walking tour of all the wonderful neighborhoods of Singapore, from
Chinatown to Little India to Kampong Glam. HJ is very knowledgeable and personable and offers up a wealth of useful and fun facts about
his city. He took us to the top of several neighborhood buildings where we got a Birds-eye view of both the immediate vicinity and the
whole city (one from the rooftop garden of a 50 story apartment building near Chinatown). We saw things in a single day which would have otherwise taken us a week to explore. It was a week before Chinese New Year and he took us to several markets in two different parts of the city where the local citizens were buying up all their many gifts for the holiday. We ended the day tired (covered 6+ miles walking plus a bus ride and a subway ride) but thrilled by how much we did. You cannot go wrong hiring HJ as your tour guide. You will be happy you did!

Great Singapore tour with Jeremy Chow

Experienced a great day-long tour with guide Jeremy Chow. We met him close to our hotel (Fullerton), and he then took us around the city by foot and by MRT for food, drink, historical, social, and cultural commentary about Singapore.
One aspect we liked about the tour was its flexibility: if you wish to stop for a snack or a drink, then it's fine to do so.
Throughout the tour, Jeremy provided excellent, friendly guidance and commentary on Singapore. We felt like we got a taste of the place.
Difficult to pick a favourite element out of so many. Having lunch and a beer in an establishment frequented by the locals, i.e., old, retired guys, was great. So too, the tours of the various ethnic enclaves.
Thanks Jeremy, for all the fun and insight!

Excellent Experience

We had a great time with Jon on our tour of Singapore yesterday. He is so helpful and friendly and boy does he know his stuff about this city.

We communicated regularly during the planning phase of the trip and he was so accommodating to all of my requests.

On the day of the tour he arrived early and was waiting for us at the hotel. His vehicle is large, super comfortable and immaculate. Before we headed off he confirmed all the places I wanted to go then we took off. He covered all my requests plus so much more. We visited special places that we never heard about that we that we loved and he taught us so much about all the places we visited in a fun and entertaining style.

We highly recommend spending some time with Jon while you are in Singapore.

Top Notch Tour Guide- Extremely Knowledgeable

HJ is amazing at showing you around his city/country & speaks perfect
English. He is very knowledgeable & passionate for the whole island.
He works with you to make the perfect agenda & on the fly willing to
change it based on your interest. We did some tourist locations such
as Chinatown, etc. but overall within all of those he showed me local
hidden gem spots plus gave so much knowledge about the culture,
history, government, food, people, systems & just overall Singapore.
He knows all the best local food spots plus recommend to your food
pallet. Spending the full day with him in Singapore is an experience
that won't be forgotten. He truly provided such an exceptional
experience and more pulse is so patient & organized. You can't go
wrong booking with HJ at all!

Meng Teck showed me around all parts of Singapore and had historical
pictures with him to better explain how Singapore changed. It was
impressive. Meng was simply amazing and extremely knowledgeable of
every corner of this magnificent City/State. I highly recommend Meng
Teck on your next trip to Singapore.
