    Untrustworthy and incompetent
Terrible service. First, they misunderstood my initial booking. I had to go through a cancellation and refund plus a rebooking. After I rebooked and they issued me the tickets through their system, I waited for well over an hour to get picked up from my hotel. After no-show, I contacted the tour provider and found out that GlobalTix didn’t even put through my reservation!! As they don’t offer cancellation service, I’m left with processing all the cancellation requests myself. Worst of, my family of 4 are left angry and disappointed in a foreign land from a tour experience we have set our eyes for months. Not recommended to use their untrustworthy service.

    Way Overpriced
Rooms full of butterfles and other assorted shapes projected onto walls, a rope ladder thing, a walkway through lights and mirror. Not even sure how much kids would get out of it.

Did not provide the experience we had in envisaged unfortunately we had major issues with our ticket entry.
We did not enjoy this experience because of several issues Firstly the final price was more than I expected because i was put thru a tour operator The booking was confirmed but no ticket issued. The venue people had to help get ticket to access the venue - very stressful! Advertising suggests event and travel covered under price of ticket which is not correct Venue was very crowded and could not hear commentary on train because not earphones hearing plugs provided This was meant to be highlight if out trip??? Definitely not

    Nice try to spend afternoon
It’s nice way to spend few hours there. When you was in many natural places on different part of the world it’s not so exiting but when you want to give something to do to your children it’s ok. A few interesting things about protecting of nature

Fantastic views and a fun ride.
Riding the Sentosa Cable Car Sky Pass was such a blast! The views of Singapore from above were amazing, and it was a really fun way to get a different perspective of Sentosa. Definitely a must-do if you’re visiting, and it’s a great way to kick off your day of exploring!

Family trip - somewhat overrated imo
We booked a ticket to include the buffet meal. The trip was ok…the buffet was rushed to fit all else in…tram ride to see the animals, back for the show and then free time to wander around. Personally, the tram ride was ok but a huge queue to get on it (partly due to China school hols in July) and I wouldn’t bother with the show and use the time to wander around the zoo in your own time - you see just as much that way. Glad we did it but overpriced for our trip which included transfers and buffet meal. You’re best eating before you go there / there’s street food stall but not cheap.

    World Class Bird Park
Singapore’s Bird Paradise is truly a world class bird park and one of its kind in the world. It was truly impressive and beyond our expectations. Typical of Singapore, the entire park is well planned and imaginative giving visitors a unique experience never seen anywhere else in this world. A must to visit for anyone intending to travel to Singapore for holidays.

    Fun-filled family outing
A fun half day experience with the family. The jaguars, manatees, giant river otters, red and giant pandas are all fascinating to look at and learn more about. Great collection of large and small freshwater fish - with good viewing possibilities. Amazon river quest is a short boat ride which is a fun experience. There is a fair amount of walking, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes & clothes!

    Clever and captivating
Clever and wonderful way to distract you from the normal airport hustle and bustle. As a travel professional, I have rarely found much at an airport to calm me but the Jewel Changi Airport was really captivating and interesting. A great attraction that was both soothing, artistic and a love more interesting than shopping in Duty Free. Definitely make the time to go check it out.

    Full Day
It has been over forty years since last visiting Singapore Zoo, and it is as amazing as ever. What is more evident now is the considerable emphasis placed upon animal welfare and conservation rather than exhibition. This means fewer animals, but what can be seen, in a well-considered habitat, enables visitors to view a number of well-kept animals as well as receiving excellent education about each. It still also amounts to a full day’s activity.

    Early Check-in & enjoy Jewel
Jewel adjoining Changi airport. We planned as follows: Hotel check out : 1100 hrs & Late evening flight So, after hotel check out, we did ECI for SQ; so check in bags were gone. For cabin bags, there is baggage counter. Charges were 11 USD fr 24hrs. Now, one is hands free to explore Jewel. Vortex indoor waterfall. Canopy Park ; paid entry js worth the price + time well spent.

    Amazing!
The special effects were amazing! For 20 minutes, we enjoyed every transition and how it put us in awe watching it. We especially loved the fireworks at the end of the show. Shouldn't miss it when you go to Sentosa.

The price to go up is reasonable compared to similar in other cities.

Being pushed/nagged to pay $50 for a photo I didn't want taken was annoying (still didn't pay for it).

It's a shame that such a small area is open to visitors. It would be great to be able to walk all the way around it.

Coming from the rail end, access is a nuisance.

For a few dollars you can gain access to the top of this beautiful structure, where you can purchase a drink or two and enjoy the fabulous views of Singapore. Half of the observation deck was out of use due to the decking being replaed when we were there. We didn't want/need access to the observation deck actually, all we wanted was a drink with a view.

You don't actually need to go to the observation deck (in my opinion) because you can see perfectly well from a bar stool, at your table (underneath a parasol) at the edge of the bar area. Drinks are not cheap but hey, it's Singapore and you are on top of a pretty impressive building with great views !

There was a guy with a fancy-looking camera on the observation deck taking pictures of visitors, and I guessed he was there to make money. Why people thought this was a good idea is beyond me, because most people take selfies.

This attraction is totally worth it, even from just the bar area. I understand that to gain access to the famous infinity pool you have to book a room for the night (which is not an unreasonable expectation). We were staying at another hotel, so we gave up the idea of swimming.

We were really looking forward to this experience, we purchased tickets and queued for the lift. It was only a short 10 minute wait and we were on the roof. The deck wasn’t overly crowded at the edges but the only place to buy drinks/ice cream was incredibly busy and extortionately priced. We decided to just take in the view but after about 8 minutes we noticed we had looked at everything there was to look at. It reminded me of going up the Eiffel Tower, once you’re up there you realise you’re actually on the most interesting thing in the skyline and there is not too much to see.

I’m sure we would have spent more time up there if there was any seating, unfortunately as there wasn’t it was quite difficult for my partner (who is permanently on crutches).

If you really want to do it then obviously do it, but don’t set your holiday around it, you’ll be there 1 hour max.

Just returned from 5 nights in Singapore and a cruise from there to Thailand and Malaysia. An awesome modern city with superb MTR underground system that we used to get around. Marina Bay by night has astounding light shows and incredible indoor gardens. You'll pay around 25 Singapore dollars to go up the 56 floors by lift to the observation deck. This includes 4 digital photos and 2 short videos.

This felt like a tourist trap. I wanted to go up the “the boat” and have a drink overlooking Singapore. Instead, I paid S$25 to line up for some time for a lift to the 56th floor of Tower 3. I took a couple of photos and could see the bar literally the other side of a glass panel which you can’t pass. I spoke to the barman and he put a table aside for 3 of us. We then went back down immediately to the ground, asked for a refund, but the bar and the “observation deck” are different companies, so no joy there. Instead we paid the “general admission of S$30 which is redeemed against food or drink and went immediately (no line) to the 57th floor and straight to a table for three overlooking Singapore (which was the experience we sought)!

Top Tip:
DON’T DO IT! If you want a drink in the bar, avoid the long lines and pay the “general admission” of S$30 and go straight to 57th floor. A 50cl lager was S$18 so if you linger and have two, entry to the bar cost you nothing, you had the experience you wanted and you didn’t waste time in the long line for the observation deck.

My visit to the observation deck did not disappoint.

It was a little cloudy that day but I could still see very far into the distance. The view was simply spectacular. And it was so great to see that you only pay once and can stay up there for as long as you want.

In my opinion, this observation deck is much better value than the Singapore Flyer, as the observation deck was both cheaper and lasted longer.

The free digital photos of yourself was also a nice touch.

Only unfortunate thing was that you couldn't really see the infinity pool or access the rooftop bar/restaurant.

The view is spectacular. We'd recommend to go just before sunset, that way you can appreciate the daylight view and also when it gets dark. The city lights look amazing. It shocked us how little you can visit for what you pay, however, I guess it makes sense for the guests who pay to stay there to have more privacy.

The SkyPark offers a great view of Singapore. Hold on to your hat as it can be windy. Note that you can only access about a quarter of the upper deck of the Marina Bay Sands, however you still have good views of the city and harbour.

Worthwhile trip to be on top of this unique building. Fantastic views. A long wait in the queue to get up on the lift a seating available while you wait nor up on the viewing platform. Light show is best seen from ground level.
