- carlat98200Amazing Bike TourWas 4.5 hours of biking and stopping to learn about the history and culture of Singapore. Even though it lightly rained, they had panchos ready and became a huge highlight of our trip
- h_louiseChristchurch00Highly recommend this interesting and easy to do bike tour.A great way to explore the city, we covered a lot of ground but it still felt leisurely. Our guide Wadi was very knowledgeable on everything Singapore and was a happy and helpful person to be with. The bikes were well maintained and the admin side of things was well organized.
- vono50800Amazing thank you mr tangIt is vey fun because we have mr tang! We must visit this place again with my whole family next time!
- Martijnritzer00Beautiful tour with very nice gidsMark the gids go with us today, and it was really fun en a nice tour. The view is amazing!! Very beautiful light shows. 2 hours is perfect I think! Thank you Mark! :D
- uklenk00Friendly, informative, safe - highly recommendableWe had the free tour to Marina Bay. Our friendly guide Tang took 4 of us to the Marina Bay Area, a tour with scenic stops of about 12 km altogether. The tour was informative, Tang answers all questions, the group size was perfect. The bikes are in a very good condition. Altogether highly recommendable!
- Global2991610848800It was great and fun experienceIf its your first time in SG, do it the first day so that youll have an idea of places to visit and food to eat as reccomended by the tour guide
- Happiness5174665818400Great way to see SingaporeThis tour took me to some good sights that I hadn’t seen before, we cycled at an easy pace, plenty of stops for water/rest room, very friendly toor guide.
- Roam3302072067400Bicycle tourWe really enjoyed the tour, our guide wadi was very nice and told us a lot about the city! When you are in Singapore, this is a good way to explore the city.
- IGA00Singapore bike tourFantastic intro to Singapore! Guide Elfie was excellent with great lical knowledge. Riding on paths so no traffic (but a few pedestrians) so felt very safe. Highly recommended
- Floor S00Fun and comprehensive tour!Yong is an enthusiastic tour guide who could tell us all about Singapore and its history. Do this trip at the beginning of your journey, so you will know where to go! Highly recommend :)
- jagjit h00Singapore night cycling tourGlad my wife and I did this instead of the river boat experience. Tour guide were amazing and assisted us when taking pictures when needed
- 852hilmana00Recommended and good guideThe tour guide is very helpful, mr Tang. You must use this service for your first trip. Bring your bottle of water, and bring your camera to take your photo
- Compass0936229068600Night bicycle tripIt was just a perfect bicycle riding along the riverside of fantastic Singapore view. Especially, Mr.Tang's guide was excellent. I stronglly recommend this program to anyone who visits Singapore.
- Ngammy00Taste of Singapore on wheelsHighly recommend doing a bike tour to get the lay of the land, see some historic sites and learn a bit about the Singapore culture. The bike paths were very safe and easy to navigate with our guide. Our group was split in two for smaller group experience. We had 6 riders in our group and there were 7 in the other group. Our guide (I think his name is Alfie) was a huge resource of information and took pics of our group which he shared with us at the end of the tour. It was threatening a downpour and they provide ponchos if needed. Luckily it was just light rain. Also had a couple of stops including at a local "coffee bar" to sample some of the local cuisine. We were apprehensive about the hot and humid weather but riding the bikes around the city was a breeze. Highly recommend.
- 932charlenen00Bike tour in SignaporeWe had a great time! Wonderful exploration of many ares of the city. Very safe biking paths. Very organized. Simon was a great guide and very informative. Would highly recommend doing this tour. You don’t be disappointed.

Bike and Bites is a great idea. I find biking in a city with which you want to explore is a great way to see things in a much quicker and efficient way. Bike and Bites was no exception.
The Good: it’s a very efficient way to see the city, and great way to sample the amazing cuisine Singapore has to offer. The Malay, Chinatown, and Little India venues were a good mix that habe great ethnic foods to offer.
The bad: The selection of food by the tour guide (Simon) was, I felt, disingenuous. Selecting all vegetarian foods because he claimed all areas we visited were all vegan/vegetarian was what I felt perhaps a money saving ploy, or dishonest at worst. Also, the bikes were in fair to poor shape as the tires were bald and the brakes were badly adjusted, I had to adjust both my and my partners.
The ugly: The stop in Little India was about 10 mins with a snack (also vegetarian) that was consumed standing up (very poor execution). In an area that has phenomenal cuisine, it was a huge disappointment, especially in an area of Singapore that boasts some incredible places.
In all, Bike and Bites was a disappointment for me. While I can’t recommend it, I also wouldn’t shy others away from it, as it still is a unique way to see the city and sample the food. My recommendation: take a little more time, SIT DOWN at every place and sample more foods. Include meats AND vegetables, as both are phenomenal in all places. I sensed a “money saving ploy” on this tour; if the money charged doesn’t cover sampling more types of food, I’d suggest charging more and letting people sample more types of food.

Hello Sam,
We are really sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our Bike & Bites Tour. It is hard to arrange sit-down food sessions for all 3 ethnic quarters that we visit on this 3 hour bicycle tour. There is a time constraint because we want to avoid the lunch and dinner peak hour crowd, if not we would be jostling with many people. This bicycle tour is meant to showcase the highlights of the various cultures and the food part is more of a sampling of local dishes. However, we always have at least 2 sit-down food session, which in your tour we managed to have it in Chinatown and Kampong Gelam.
Regarding the food choice, we did not deliberately choose vegetarian options. In Singapore, many of our local snacks are heavy on carbs and not meat. On your tour, you had fried carrot cake, popiah, chwee kueh, tahu goreng, lontong and Indian samosa. These are all local traditional favourites using ingredients that are common in Singapore, albeit them being meat-free. It is not a ‘money-saving ploy’ as you call it.
That being said, we will take into consideration your feedback and see how we can incorporate more variety of dishes. Thank you for your feedback!

I booked to do the tour with my daughter and we had a wonderful afternoon! We got to explore some of the main highlights of Singapore with a brilliant, friendly and extremely knowledgeable tour guide Alfie :)
The bikes were great, comfortable and the food fabulous as we were able to try the three different types eaten here, our guide ordered the food for us and explained all the ingredients.
I would highly recommend this to everyone, we kept cool on our bikes and covered so much ground you wouldn’t normally be able to do on foot.
Excellent and well worth the money

Had the most fun on our recent Bike and Bites tour; Robin was a brilliantly engaging, knowledgeable and fun tour guide and we got to experience some hidden gems we'd simply not have found on our own. A really great starting point to any trip.. and delicious too.. GO HUNGRY!

First experience with Lets go tour was with their helpdesk. Customer service by Regina was also fast and effective on questions and assistance I needed before the trip.
Our guide, Simon led us on a wonderful short tour of discovery themed around food from south East Asia countries mainly Vietnam, Myanmar and Thailand. He was patient and articulate and made the tour fun.
Although the key stops were to taste the lesser known cuisine of these countries, Simon punctuated the journey with many "pit stops" to share interesting snippets along the way at key sites. eg Peranakan Museum, first botanical garden area, SMU, etc...
The ride was education and easy to cope with and did not seem tiring or long; thankfully it was not a hot day and we were issued water for hydration. If you are semi adventurous, can ride a bicycle and like food and discovery, try this out by supporting our local setups.

Alfie was very personable and spoke English well. Alfie took us to many different parts of the city, including China town and little India. The food selection was very good and diverse. Foods we would have not chosen on our own. He also gave us information on the city that was not related to food which was very interesting. We had a great time.

Our guide Jeff was knowledgeable and friendly, and we learned and experienced many new things in our own backyard. Though we (our group) live in Singapore, we discovered hidden shops and alleys, and tasted handmade authentic Peranakan snacks and Singaporean street foods. It was a delight fir the senses!

We joined the tour with our two kids (10 and 12 ) so 8 people in total with another couple. It’s a great way to see the city and our guide Alfie was fantastic - he gave us lots of information on the culture, buildings and people along the way.
We stopped at Chinatown, Little India and Kampong Glam on the Bikes and Bites tour eating at each stop. The food was a bit spicy (maybe can ask for less spice) and we’re able to cater for a vegetarian. Our group found there was plenty of food to go around.
We were in the afternoon group which I can imagine would get pretty hot but we were lucky with a cloudy day.
All bikes have a carry pouch at the front which is handy for phones and drinks.
There isn’t time to stop and look around much so we went back to Chinatown the next day for a bit of a shop.
We biked on Good Friday and some areas were pretty busy with people so there was a bit of navigating to be done as you bike on the sidewalks a lot.
Our kids were fine and really enjoyed it but I would say you have to be a reasonably confident biker as you are on the bikes for about an hour 45 mins off the 3 hours and you do negotiate people and narrow sections.
Great experience and would highly recommend it.

May 2023 • Couples
An easy and interesting way of seeing the central city and tasting a small selection of food from the 3 main regions, with a brief history about parts of the city we visited or cycled past. There were 3 people on the tour which made the tour more personal. The negatives were: I thought it was expensive for what it was, but found most things in Singapore to be expensive, and two of the three stalls we were expected to visit were closed, so Alfie had to find last minute alternatives. Alfie was a lovely tour guide; fun, interesting and informative. The positives outweighed the negatives, and we were pleased we'd done the tour.

Alfie was a knowledgeable, fun and organized guide for this perfect 3 hour tour -- saw a lot of Singapore, sampled some food I would have never thought of trying, and just generally felt safe while riding in unfamiliar territory. I've done a lot of bike tours, and this was exactly what it billed itself as, and I felt well cared for. Fun and worth it! Thanks!

My 8.5 year old did this a month ago in our family group of 10. Alfie and team were awesome getting him set up with the bike and the ride was super easy. Very flat and the distance was just right, especially with all the stops to eat. He biked in Paris and London at age 6 and this was by far the easiest and most fun of the three tours.
