Great place to visit and certainly a different experience. Great variety of animals to see that are not in cages but in large enclosures which seem really close to you. Enjoyed walking the paths at own pace - you see a lot more than on the bus.

Great tour, highlighting the historical and modern facts about Singapore. The tour was given from the comfort of an airconditioned Mercedes. The guide was a bit monotonous and repeated the same story multiple times.

Alex did a wonderful job driving us around, accommodating our needs. He explained thoroughly and was extremely friendly.

The worst Viator experience I have had having used them for years and been very happy with the service. This particular subcontractor did not bother to turn up! Contacted me on what’s app whilst I was in the air on my flight into Singapore at 2pm for 6pm tour ( I was doing in my layover transfer ) and when I got off at 16.30 and responded and rang 23 times he did not pick up and rang me at 20.30 to tell me he has work life balance and left the office when you did not hear from me whilst I was on the plane ….the arrogance, I am flying out back into the UK at 6am tomorrow so can’t rebook and this ruined the little time I had to do something whilst passing in Singapore … hugely disappointed and in addition he is disputing a refund, hoping Viator will honour given the circumstances …

Great way to experience Singapore from the perspective of someone local, including trying cafes and food we otherwise wouldn’t have tried. Recommended!

Fabulous guide& driver!!!Worth every dollar? We saw so much in a short time as we went ahead of lines, guided best vantage points with thorough explanations by expert guide & incredible driver who was always right there to take us promptly to next stop.

We were in Singapore for only 2 days, Our flight arrived very early in the morning and planned this evening tour as a wonderful way to introduce ourselves to this magical city / state / nation. Yes, the tour is a bit expensive. But a private tour for my wife and I was absolutely the right choice. Our tour guide – Michael – was a real blessing. He and his excellent driver navigated around the highlights of the city like a masters. Singapore is always full of tourists and the knowledge of best routes and pick up points was remarkable and precise. I had read quite a bit about Singapore, its history and its government structure. Michael was fantastic in bringing perspective to my readings. He is very proud of his country. We were met at our hotel lobby right on time. The teamwork between Micheal and his driver were the model of efficiency. Our experience was excellent. The guide takes you around to all the great places you want to see. We (quickly) got to see lots of amazing places and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Much of today’s Singapore is on reclaimed land. It is an ongoing process. The Singapore you see today will be different in a decade. Michael seamlessly took us through this remarkable process. Michael knows everyone wants to document their experiences with photographs. He used his own i-phone to thoroughly document the night tour and after the end he uploaded them all through the What’s App system. I highly recommend the tour and especially our guide Michael Tan. If you have limited time and like to ask questions Michael is the guy to request - BY NAME.

Nighttime Sightseeing with River Cruise is a spectacular experience! Enjoy stunning city views lit up at night while cruising the river in comfort. The guide was informative, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect way to see the sights in a relaxed, intimate setting.

Alright, this place is nuts, y’all. Picture Vegas but a whole lot classier, and with a view that’ll knock yer socks off. The rooftop pool is like somethin' outta a movie – infinity-edge lookin’ straight out at the skyline. Sunsets here? Freakin’ incredible. You gotta pay to get up there if you’re not stayin’ at the hotel, but man, it’s worth it. Just bring cash for them fancy drinks, ‘cause they sure ain't cheap!

Talk about a sensory overload but in a good way! I felt like a child just gawking at the beauty of the Gardens by the Bay before and after the light show. I had a challenge articulating how impressed I was with the Cloud Forest and especially the indoor waterfall. I won’t mention the orchids because I will not be able to stop! Simply breathtaking! I could have stayed for hours. Our guide Alex was excellent! He was able to get us into the Cloud Forest seamlessly without having to join the long line and made several recommendations to assist us in enjoying the area. We were awestruck by the beauty of the Flower Dome and the various flower gardens. I love succulents, so that was a nice highlight for me. Alex suggested timelines for each area but not in an intrusive manner; more to ensure that we saw everything and not get bogged down in one spot. He took us to the best viewing spot for the night show at Gardens by the Bay. Now that is a light show that everyone should experience! The Night Tour was lovely and should be included in every itinerary. I was impressed with the wealth of information that Alex was able to share with us on every subject that we threw at him, including Singaporean culture and his calm, patient demeanor. Definitely a 5-star tour guide.

Bhavik Vas was our wonderful driver. He texted us updates and we knew exactly when to be prepared for his arrival. He got us from our hotel (and all of our luggate) to our cruise ship in his very clean van! He was so much fun to visit with on our journey. Yes, we would recommend this transfer.

Hubby and I spent several hours with Loy Long, our tour guide and Thomas, our driver visiting several iconic locations in Singapore. We visited the Orchid Gardens, toured the city and noted landmark buildings like Raffles, drove up to Mount Faber Hill, with its stunning views, and had a river cruise to name a few of the things we did. Loy was exceptionally knowledgeable about Singaporean history and culture which he shared with us in an easy style that left you happy that this was your guide. Thomas was no slouch either and the two worked well together. They were engaging, friendly and thoughtful. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend this tour for someone who wants to see some of the highlights in just a few hours. The tour provides a driver as well as a guide making the experience extremely efficient and organized which was beneficial for me especially as these tasks would have taken much longer for me to arrange and organize on my own.

Plenty of food though some of the advertised dishes were not available. We especially wanted to try carrot cake but the vendor was closed. We would have preferred less amount of each dish and more variety. Raymond, our guide was pleasant and informative. Since it advertised a pick up at our hotel, we assumed car transport but it was actually a lot of walking and subway.

Rose exhibition on this month. more beautiful, roses in a peaceful, spectacular Glass dome. Promoting turkey using Turkish teapots and urns. Some seating around the exhibition plenty of time and room to enjoy the roses
