- Saralaura1990 contributionsImpressive! So glad we added this to our itineraryWe were so impressed by this attraction. They’ve recently moved to this new location and you can tell that a lot of thought went into the design. There are six or seven aviaries with birds from different geographic locations, plus a nice penguin exhibit (which is indoors/air conditioned). The Crimson Wetland is truly extraordinary with pink flamingos, macaws of every color, and other birds in a very large and beautiful habitat. We hadn’t originally planned to go because it’s a bit out of town, but we were so glad we did.Written 20 September 2024
- Venture003703539060 contributionsUntrustworthy and incompetentTerrible service. First, they misunderstood my initial booking. I had to go through a cancellation and refund plus a rebooking. After I rebooked and they issued me the tickets through their system, I waited for well over an hour to get picked up from my hotel. After no-show, I contacted the tour provider and found out that GlobalTix didn’t even put through my reservation!! As they don’t offer cancellation service, I’m left with processing all the cancellation requests myself. Worst of, my family of 4 are left angry and disappointed in a foreign land from a tour experience we have set our eyes for months. Not recommended to use their untrustworthy service.Written 9 September 2024

- patriciafF2101PW0 contributionsDid not provide the experience we had in envisaged unfortunately we had major issues with our ticket entry. We did not enjoy this experience because of several issues Firstly the final price was more than I expected because i was put thru a tour operator The booking was confirmed but no ticket issued. The venue people had to help get ticket to access the venue - very stressful! Advertising suggests event and travel covered under price of ticket which is not correct Venue was very crowded and could not hear commentary on train because not earphones hearing plugs provided This was meant to be highlight if out trip??? - PFamilyBY0 contributionsTotal rip off - better go to the rooftop bar!Freaking expensive for not having access to the actual park. 104 bucks (2 adults 1 child) for a dull platform without shade or rain shelter is scam. Especially since you advertise it as "SkyPark" and there is no access to the park. Also, the ticket booking website is damn annoying and cumbersome, almost impossible to book tickets. It also turned out that the same tickets are at least 25% cheaper on get your guide. Hi to the restaurant - there you have the same view for less money but you get drinks for the money (entrance is consumption voucher). What a scamWritten 20 August 2024

- contaakt330 contributionsMarina Bay Sands Observation Deck, Good View, Hefty PriceThe observation deck ticket only gets you access to the deck and the sky bar, not the famous infinity pool. The observation deck is easily accessible from the hotel. In our experience the access to the deck was very well organized. The price is a bit high, but if you’re looking for an unbeatable view, this is a worthwhile stop. I think a night-time visit would be much more attractive skyline view than daytime. Visitors can see many of the prominent visitor attractions in this central area. The view during daytime can be affected by the city smog though.Written 31 July 2024

A month ago today, Monday 24.10.22, we went to Jewel Changi Airport which is a new mall attached to Singapore’s airport with Jack, my sister Teresa, brother Peter and my two grandnieces, Grace and Faith 🥰 We didn’t know that they have the tallest indoor waterfall in the world. It was really lovely to watch it!
We also went to Jewel Changi food court and it’s so clean and well managed as all Singaporean food areas are and there’s even designated halal and non halal food tray trolley here. Lovely to see both Muslims and non Muslims able to dine comfortably in a shared space, this is harmony 💛
We did the forest trail walks as well as visited the Pokémon shop which is one and only in this region! Quite a lovely day of outing and it’s a huge mall with lots of restaurants so you can spend a whole day here! Easily getable by bus or train and highly recommended 💛

The rain vortex is definitely the highlight of my visit. Although it is connected to the airport terminals (it is a shopping mall and not inside an airport terminal), it is open to the public which means you can visit it if you live in the city, even if you do not have a flight. A brilliant idea ;) As many have said, there´s a plethora of shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. that there is no way you will run out of things to do. I have also visited it a few times during a short lay over and it was always worth it.

It’s mesmerising
Singapore certainly know how to give an amazing experience.
From how magnificent the water fall is to the flowers, lights, food, shopping and photo ops, you won’t be disappointed and your children will love the interactive areas and sights and sounds.
Along with all the amazing things you can do in Singapore this is a great addition.

No Stress at this airport. The Jewel is a gigantic circular waterfall feature falling from the sky to below it a spectacular tropical garden in the middle of Singapores magnificent airport not just a feature but a destination day out for shopping locals with every conceivable shop coffee house and restaurant you cold desire. I’ve said it before but the pride Singaporeans have in there country and surrounding is 100% justified. To marks to the governments programme and ability to maintain not just build and forget.

This is the best shopping mall I have ever seen attached to the airport. It is not only a shopping mall but also a leisure and entertainment destination for travellers and others. You can enjoy it while waiting for your flight or waiting for someone to pick up from the airport.
You can store your luggage ( with a fee of around 10 Singapore dollars) per bag, while you enjoy the surroundings in the mall

We went to Changi today to leave and the Jewel isn’t operating all day. Apparently only certain hours of the day which meant we couldn’t see it at all! For such an iconic moment the airport needs to ensure it’s operational all the time while flights are operation.

Singapore's Jewel Changi Airport is a dazzling masterpiece that seamlessly blends nature with modernity, offering travelers an unforgettable experience. Here's a simple review:
Jewel Changi Airport is an architectural marvel and a testament to Singapore's commitment to innovation and sustainability. Its centerpiece, the Rain Vortex, is the world's tallest indoor waterfall, standing at a breathtaking height of 40 meters. The waterfall creates a mesmerizing spectacle, especially when illuminated at night.
One of the highlights of Jewel is its lush indoor garden, the Shiseido Forest Valley, which features thousands of trees, plants, and winding walking trails. It provides a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the airport, allowing travelers to relax and rejuvenate before or after their flights.
The array of retail outlets and dining options is another standout feature of Jewel. From luxury boutiques to local eateries, there's something to suit every taste and budget. Visitors can indulge in a shopping spree or savor delicious cuisine from around the world, making their layovers a delightful experience.
For families with children, the Canopy Park offers a range of interactive attractions, including mazes, slides, and a bouncing net. It's a perfect spot for kids to burn off energy and have fun while waiting for their next flight.
Overall, Jewel Changi Airport is more than just a transit hub—it's a destination in itself. Whether you're a frequent traveler or a first-time visitor to Singapore, a visit to Jewel is a must-do experience that will leave you in awe of its beauty and functionality.

Janitors and cleaning staffs are extremely rude and foul mouth to customers using the washrooms and facilities! They have the audacity to chastise us for the slightest issue.
They talk loudly amongst themselves and sometimes shouting right across the shopping aisle to communicate with each other without the slightest regards for the shoppers, totally oblivion to our existence!
I definitely don’t recommend this place! There are much nicer malls but this is Not!
Made a complaint with management but is futile. Good Riddance.

Great venue including adventure/flower and plant park, awesome water/music show every evening on the 1/2 hour. Really unique food and stores. So easy to check in and drop off your bags on level one. Don’t miss it!

It is free to see the waterfall at the jewel and definitely worth visiting if you have an hour or so spare at the airport. After checking our bags in it was an easy walk from terminal 3 to 1. The waterfall is turned on from 11AM and it's worth checking it out from all the different levels.
