The road bikes were in great condition and easy to control. Enjoyed the ride very well from MBS to ECP. Weather was cloudy and not too hot!

I was traveling through Singapore and saw this bike store while passing by. Actually, I just wanted to know if you can rent a bike as a solo traveler and get to the beach with it. And then? I got a map, the guys on site have drawn me exactly where I have to ride along and explained everything to me in detail. In the end, I used neither the map nor my phone, because I was well prepared. Rarely have I experienced that someone has taken care of tourists in that form (often people think unfortunately that people can’t earn enough money from solo travelers and just ignore them). I brought back my bike about 2,5h hours late. I was chilling on the beach and a little rainstorm was there as well. When I brought back my bike, there was a lady I never saw and she was lovely as well. There wasn’t any problem or questioning why I was that late AND I got only charged for the difference between my planned 3h-bike-rental to a whole-day-bike-rental. This was the perfect ending for my last day in Singapore and you guys there made this day so much better by being so friendly and giving the best service I could imagine! This is the way to see the water side areas of the city. The entire harbour area features in the early part of the Movie ' Crazy Rich Asians " and once you have done the 16k loop you will identify all of the land marks. Takes about 90 minutes allowing for photo OPs. Good sturdy bikes with gears ( the only hill is a foot bridge ). Very reasonable in price. Take a water bottle which they sell at the shop for $1.

Highly recommended! We rented bicycles to be more flexible than on foot or by car or MRT. Turned out to be a perfect freedom ticket! They provided us with a map with tours to take us to may of the sightseeing highlights of Singapore. Supplied helmets, lights, locks, phone holder for map reading. Well maintained bikes adjustable enough to fit a 6 ft rider. Thoroughly enjoyed several days of freedom to go anywhere (within reason 😉).

Bikes adjustable enough to suit even a 6 ft rider. They provided us with a map with top routes to enjoy. Took us to at least twelve must-see locations and the city between to boot. We got to see so much more than by any other means of transport. We had great fun!

This rating is based on my overall experience out of 3 rentals within a week. While visiting I rented the first time for myself. Staff 5* bike 4*. The 2nd time I rented two bikes: one for me, one for my wife. Again staff 5* bike 4*. So I decided to convince my friends and came back to rent a 3rd time, this time 4 bikes. Service 3* bike 2* With that we spend 175 SGD within a week but received the worst bikes during our 3rd rent. The first one she gave me had blocked breaks (break handle didn't release after letting it go, she gave me another one where the bottle holder was broken (just bought water with her but she didn't see it) so I got a 3rd one with a broken gear box a torn saddle and when cycling jumping gears) My friend's wife got a bike which only had two gears working ... so instead of getting a preferential service when bringing business the service went actually down. When mentioning that I rented multiple times and even had direct WhatsApp contact with Aaron, she kind of smiled it off. I wanted to rate it high as I was really happy after my 1st rent but the maintenance of the bikes is really not up to standard and its a lucky draw which one you get. So I decided to rent the next day elsewhere.

The service is very good. They provide you with extra information about possibilities. The bicycles are adjusted for you and you receive locks with you. The cycle tour we did was (again) a very good experience. The price of renting is very reasonable for time and quality bicycles. I really recommend!

It was fantastic. The bikes were comfortable and in great shape! The nice gentleman that rented us our bikes (I think his name was Tommy) took the time to give us a map that he marked different bike routes to see the sites. Great business. Highly recommend!!!

All easy and smooth. Rental for 3 hours, got some small map for Singapore Bay. Bicycles were clean and the 6 speed shift gearing went very well. No deposit needed. They have a few shops in Singapore, we got ours at Esplanade Theaters on the Bay. The boys were friendly and helpful. Can recommend.

Great place to hire bikes for cycling around Singapore. Easy, efficient and good service. Bikes were in good condition and reasonably priced for 3 hours. Took a route around the marina and the bay. Then headed out to East Coast park to see the beach …. Had plenty of time to do more but it was so hot by the afternoon. Thoroughly recommend.

Go early! Our tour started at 10am and after 2.5 hours we were sooooo hot. Kwang was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun. We learned a lot about the history of Singapore and how the modern city is run and managed. Might be a bit long for young kids but older teens would enjoy it... Ours did. Highly recommended. City Scoot also provided lots of water bottles which was greatly appreciated.

Very friendly staff with good willies to help and advise posible routes to explore Singapore. The bike I hired was in excellent conditions. Sunscreen and other things were made available which was amazing.

We found bicycling to be an EXCELLENT way to experience the best of Singapore (while avoiding all of that walking…) City Scoot has a wide selection of bikes, two locations, and superb customer service. ** Pricing was very reasonable, especially the multi-day rates from their “High Street” location near Clarke Quay.

I like the bike, and the guys out there are so nice and very kind to us and tried to explain everything to us, thank you for being so professional and serviable, I highly recommend it and I’ll come back to you whenever I’m in singapore. Imane
