It's too tight for us, especially with small kid, to go many tour sites with 2 days ticket. And for the duck tour, we made the reservation but unfortunately, on that date, we were late just 3 minutes. And duck tour desk said we had to rebuy the tickets with only 20% discounts since our Go City tickets are already used. I know the most problem is our fault to late but I would like to advise if someone is planning to tour with little kids and it's hard to perfectly control the tour time, think again to buy go city.
- baldeeps201500GO CITY is worth it !!It was a good decision to purchase a Go City All Inclusive pass on our first day in Singapore. We could visit and experience almost all major attractions in 5 day pass. Highly recommended !
- Suzie6400Go City a must!I purchased a Go City "All-Inclusive Pass" in early Feb for my late August trip. Well if I was sceptical - not to worry! Go City is fantastic I paid SGD 409 and did 21 out of the 30+ attractions over 7 days, totally SGD 809 if we had paid for individual attractions. I couldn't fault anything about Go City! We just told attendant that we were Go City and showed our QR Code and they processed tickets/entry quickly for us. Booking attractions was easy and quick to do .... mostly sending an email, which we got a response within the hour even on the weekend. I would've used more but restricted with travel distance and time. I wish there was a 10 day pass. Will definitely use Go City again! Thank you Go City!
- 364paragk00Terrible! avoid at all costsThe pass ended after two days (about 50-52 hours) even if 3 days (72 hours) pass was bought. Raised the complain on the site but no response for last 5 days.
- Go6792109987200Good Option - if you want to be active!Visited Singapore in March quite spontaniously and wanted to get some quidance (without having to do a lot of research into tourist spots myself). So the Go City Pass was a tempting solution. I went for a 4 day all-inclusive ticket. Contrary to other people's experiences, changing the pass into acutal tickets at the counters was easy and often less time consuming than buying a ticket on the spot. However, to really have the pass pay off, you must be VERY active and still plan a bit in advance. I visited several Go City attractions every day, running around till late in the evening. Some attractions require an registration in advance, opening times can also be critical. Also, you won't get admission into the "virtual room", if you are a single visitor (like me) - too bad. Making it harder still, you probably also want to see some things not included in the pass (like the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck or the beautiful National Orchid Garden) - so going only for Go City spots means missing out on some things. In retrospect: If I had just bought the individual tickets for the places I wanted to go via internet (at available discount prices), it could probably have gotten slightly cheaper than buying the pass. HOWEVER, due to the pass, I went to many more places and they were all awesome. To sum it up: if you are planning on cramming as many attractions as possible into your schedule and just try out everything offered, the pass is a good choice and will safe you money. If you like to relax a bit more, take your time and are pretty fixed on special attractions, you better go for the explorer pass or buy the tickets the good old way - individually via internet.
- Nomad2787083742400Add time to your itinerary for exchanging the tickets. Most of the places you had to go to exchange a ticket and it was not clear every location so we had to walk around. Also the wait to exchange always took a long time. Like universal studios we waited for over an hour in line and it only opens for like 7 hours. Also the big bus tour required you to go to their headquarters place to exchange it before you can use it so you can’t just jump on at one of the stops that you are at.
- Mrdbeau00Save Money with the GoCity Singapore Explorer Pass! The GoCity Singapore pass was excellent. We used the 5-item Explorer Pass for a group of 7 people and saved a significant amount of money. I want to give a special shoutout to Karl from GoCity. I gave him an incorrect date for our Night Safari pass and he took a lot of extra time and email exchanges back and forth with me to correct the date and get us there when we needed it. I will definitely be using GoCity passes in future travels.
- jeyarams202300Wonderful experienceDidn't face any problem what so ever. As mentioned some places the code worked directly and in other places had to redeem from the counter the queue for which was shorter than the regular ticket purchase queue.
- SungKyungK300Go City can go on and on.My favorite experience was Duck Tour which provided me with three kinds at a time. One: excitement, Two: learning briefly of Singpore's history and present status, Three: enjoying the view and landscape. The guide was well trained and professional.
- S5969HBrachelj00Excellent value and easy to useWe found the pass to be excellent value and did activities that we would have never done if we didn't have them available on the pass. Easy to load (do it before getting to Singapore so you can work out a plan for activities). Most activities you need to present the QR code on the app to the ticket desks to then get your tickets. There were a couple of activities advertised on the website that weren't included on the app which was a bit annoying. Overall, it was fantastic value and so easy to have to go to activities. For anyone interested, our 3 days were as follows. Day 1: Duck tour, Raffles long Bar cocktail, Floral fantasy, Flower dome and cloud dome, Asian museum, 7pm River Cruise. Day 2: Sentosa. Helix, bus tour, 4D adventures, Cable car, Madame Tussauds, Universal Studios, 7.30pm Wings of Time show Day 3: Hop on/off bus (activate on first bus trip), Tea Chapter (2 free entry cultural temples at same stop on Red line as Tea Chapter), National Gallery, Battlebox tour. I emailed to book the activities that required it, but all except the Duck tour and Tea Chapter told us to just rock up (did seem pretty quiet while we were over there). A few we couldn't fit in due to rain, but we saw so much and were very happy with what we did.
- pulikot00Go city cards are bad and of no useThey basically took my money and ran away .. booked 5 passes , spending 1100$ . They were all good in before buying the card ..sending prompt replies for the queries ..but once I bought the card …not a single reply from them .. I missed out on night safari only because of that .. they are good at selling lemons —my honest advice is not to buy anything from this mob… All Indian personals replied to me before and after I bought the card —-not a single one bothered me to answer my mail …. Ruined my holidays 💯 So pls my advise is to book from other operators but not this mob Pls pls pls pls
- nithyad201700Good value but check times and locationsI had a really good experience with this purchase! I used the all inclusive pass over three days for: Day 1) bird park, river wonders, night safari. Pass was accepted without major issues (needed to be redeemed at main zoo membership services which I didn't clearly understand from GoCity's instructions) and we only went home once exhausted. Be aware river wonders location on the go city app is shown as being by Jurong bird park which is incorrect (but bird park moving in Jan which will be easier). I emailed for next day/24 hour notice night safari booking and they emailed the ticket to me on time which I was happy with. Day 2) cable car ride, sky helix, scentopia tour in the morning. Gardens by the bay in the afternoon (flower dome, floral fantasy, cloud mountain all included). Again needed to show the pass at main ticketing desks to redeem tickets then queue again for entry- I can see why it needs to be done this way and you can work around it as long as you're aware of the process/budget time for it Day 3) SEA aquarium and universal studios. Again tickets redeemed without issue at counters. Overall really pleased. I bought the pass during Black Friday 10% off plus further 5% off for signing up for emails so was very good value for money. I saved on doing the things I definitely wanted to do like animal parks and gardens and universal studios. It felt good being able to try things like the cable car and sky ride because I fancied it and it was covered. I didn't come across any exclusion days other than public holidays or have difficulty booking or scheduling. In the end we were limited purely by our stamina and felt like we maxed out our enjoyment of the time we had here!
- Nagappan S00Value for moneyPass was 100% value for money if you plan it properly. Request is for them to include art science museum, changi also as part of pass
- Subodh J00Would highly NOT recommend itThe pass itself is very good and useful but the after sale service of Gocity is beyond pathetic. The location of few of the activities on their app is incorrect so I ended up wasting a lot of time and money. Also, some vendors didn't know how to redeem the gocity pass which again lead to a lot of wastage of time. One of the activities needed a reservation and the email address for reservation was for the gocity team, I emailed them for reservation but didn't hear back in 5 days. They claim to have 24x7 chat support but they were replying to me for about 20 min in 2 days when I was trying to discuss my issues. No one answers the calls at the number mentioned on their website. After being tired of waiting I went to their office in Singapore Wework and there was no one in the office. I left my contact details and no one even called back. So 2 days and my issue is not solved and I just have one day more left in the city and their support team is no where to be found. Will highly NOT recommend it, coz there are a lot of issues with the vendors and other things and you won't get any help from Gocity. They don't understand that someone on a holiday in a foreign country doesn't have too much time to keep chasing them again and again for a resolution. Will update the review if they provide a resolution in time.

So, at most attractions, you will have to head to the Ticketing Counter to show the pass and get the physical tickets - which is a hassle. Especially in Singapore, where the individual attractions have decent websites and all-the-year-round discounts/combos.
If you dont prefer this, use Get Your Guide for individual attractions which put you in the skip-the-line queue, which is the whole point of this.
The worst bit was for Night Safari. You are supposed to actually mail the GoCity people 24 hours before with all details (pass numbers, names, date, etc) to get the tickets. Never heard the like! This is simply mentioned as book your slot for the Creatures show on the main page, while the email bit is mentioned on a separate page when you click the link in the email Go City sends after you buy the pass. Ridiculous. Never going for this again in any other city.
