Well we bought the dual activities pass and thinking that we can include the sea aquarium. Arriving at sentosa, we were told it's not longer available. Very disappointing

The price was discounted and the entries to the attraction were smooth. Highly recommend using GoCity experience.

We were easily able to access various attractions with the Express Pass. We witnessed amazing views and took some really awesome photographs. The pass also helped us save a lot of money! We even told our friends about the pass. It was such a great trip and we'd use GoCity again for our next foreign trip!

The pass was worthwhile as we saved money by using it. It was also good for providing an initial list of suggested activities. However, it was very time consuming having to email activity providers separately to try to book additional activities such as boat tours at The River Wonders or certain activities at The Night Safari, for example. Also, Universal Studios was problematic trying to get fast passes for our children. It would be better to have facilities on the Go City site to enable ‘add ons’ to be paid for more easily.

Everything about the Go City pass is easy. Purchasing online is so simple, and your ePass is right there to use. We chose the 7 experience pass in Singapore and saved S$207 on our sights. There was no hassle anywhere in getting tickets and the small amount of waiting time we experienced going through the priority lines was nothing compared to the lines of people waiting to purchase tickets. Well worth it.

So, at most attractions, you will have to head to the Ticketing Counter to show the pass and get the physical tickets - which is a hassle. Especially in Singapore, where the individual attractions have decent websites and all-the-year-round discounts/combos. If you dont prefer this, use Get Your Guide for individual attractions which put you in the skip-the-line queue, which is the whole point of this. The worst bit was for Night Safari. You are supposed to actually mail the GoCity people 24 hours before with all details (pass numbers, names, date, etc) to get the tickets. Never heard the like! This is simply mentioned as book your slot for the Creatures show on the main page, while the email bit is mentioned on a separate page when you click the link in the email Go City sends after you buy the pass. Ridiculous. Never going for this again in any other city.

We bought 4 Singapore Explorer passes for 7 attractions because we were interested in 7 things from the 35 attractions list. But, at the Universal studio ticket office the pass was rejected and we couldn"t get in, although the US is listed on the attractions list. We had to buy additional tickets. I wrote e-mail to Go City but there is no answer for 4 days.
