The view was amazing. Driver was very imformative! Anybody use this service, make sure have dinner before your tour otherwise your dinner will be be late!

Excellent trip. Really something different and very enjoyable. Good to see animals in a different environment and outwith normal daylight hours . No hesitation in recommending this trip.

We were very disappointed with the night safari as there weren’t many animals on show and the ones that were you could barely see!!! The tram ride was very short and the PA system was not loud enough to hear any information. When the highlights of the tour are an ice cream and the driver of our car then it’s considered a failure for the amount of money it cost!!!

What isnt clear is that you can visit the gardens and see the metal tree structures for free - you can just wander around with no need for a ticket at all. The gardens are very beautiful and definitely worth a visit. You have to pay to go in the cloud forest dome and the flower dome and also to go up the tallest metal tree structure or go on a walkway between the tree structures. We had tickets to go in the cloud forest dome and to go up one of the two other options. The cloud forest dome is undoubtedly impressive and worth a visit but be prepared for it all to be very busy and touristy. We opted to go up to the observatory in the tallest tree rather than the skywalk and that was fun with great views but we queued for ages to go up in the lift and even longer to come down. We really wanted to use the stairs but we were not allowed to. The queue for the skywalk was even longer. We didn’t go in the flower dome as it would have been an extra $100 Singapore which seemed awfully expensive. I really don’t think there is any advantage in buying tickets beforehand as it’s easy to buy them there at the same price and you may decide just to enjoy the free stuff and look at the impressive buildings or make a choice about what you really want to see when you get there and assess it for yourself.

We initially thought this was expensive but you did gain access to 3 things- flower dome and Monet exhibition and the cloud forest so it was pretty goos. We spend a solid morning here looking at these. Flowers and cloud were spectacular.

Our chauffeur was extremely informative and gave us a first class tour of several key spots we would not have found for ourselves. He was very clear with instructions regarding directions at several points and was always prompt in picking us up at prearranged points. Dave was a very friendly driver and we felt comfortable and relaxed in his company. We would recommend him to anyone else using this tour.

Good view. Too many people. Good latterns during the spring festival. Many other symbols from traditional Chinese new year too. Very local and native experience

Our transfer experience was excellent all the way from the booking to the actual pickup at Changi to the dropoff at our hotel. Our driver (Fadio) was on time and very informative about Singapore and things to do and freely shared his thoughts during our travel time.. Highly recommend.

There is the waterfall and then there is the waterfall. The whole narrative in jewel is a huge marketing and PR exercise. Great if you haven't seen a waterfall but if you have, then don't spend too much time there. The rest of the canopy walk and accompanying paraphernalia is great for kids. Top marks to the media company tasked with selling the concept. They have done an extremely good job.

We had an overnight in-between cruises in Singapore and needed to see as much as possible in one day. The weather did not want to cooperate as it had been raining for 3 days straight and was projected to continue. So we selected this option and we are glad we did. 1st of all our driver, Jawant, was wonderful! Not only was he pleasant, he was very knowledgeable he was patient and totally flexible to our needs. He made "spot on" recommendations and made our trip great. The tour company was responsive and helpful as well. They were even able to book admission tickets to additional venues as needed. I highly recommend these folks and will certainly use them the next time we are in Singapore!

Enjoyed this experience, really unique. Ticket pays for zoo entry. We then went straight to the tram ride, there were no queues at all but might have been lucky! Would advise sitting to left side for best photos. After that free to wander around zoo at own pace with well marked trails. Most of the enclosures aren’t caged and I thought most of the animals looked relaxed (although elephant enclose a little small). Felt nighttime good time to explore and walk around (but would advise mosquito spray). Think price reasonable. Main low point was food court which didn’t have many veggie options and very overpriced

Trip Advisor sent our tickets to a text address in Montreal, not to my text number in Atlanta that I gave them. It took 2 hours to correct.
