We were in Singapore for only 4 days and decided to get a tour and this one was a little more expensive than others. We know that you get what you pay for, we also checked the reviews and other tour people’s reviews. We were collected perfectly on time and really enjoyed ourselves. Our experience was excellent. But this is a whistle stop tour, as we expected from reading reviews. The host takes you around to all the great places you might want to see, tells you loads of great information and is really very good. We (quickly) got to see lots of amazing places and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There is so much to do there and if you have only a certain amount of time, or need to see things before you want to go back, we highly recommend. We did: an amazing flower show, the boat hotel thing, had an amazing walk by the sea barrier, the light show in the park (sorry, I did this review much later and forget names of places) and we ended up on a lovely boat tour. He was great and took us to places we would not have otherwise seen. I hope this review gives anyone reading it some idea of what you will get and I would recommend if you want to see lots. Beautiful luxury vehicle with super comfortable seats. Loy was a very good guide, knowledgeable and friendly. The highlight is a visit to the orchid garden, which is a must do if you believe that nature provides the best attractions. We thoroughly recommend this tour if you want a quality half day option.

The driver felt in sleep whilst driving, my sister and me avoided a crash with another car. The guide in Malacca was unacceptable dominant, forced us to eat in a „Halal“ restaurant without any information, his English was poor, he denied to change the driver regardless a quasi crash. But all in all : Malacca is a beautiful destination and worth every efforts.

the driver did not show up to pick up I sent a message to him many times but no reply. I talked to 3 Tripadvisor but no one could help finally I had to cancel this reservation per request from TripAdvisor due to time to go to the airport

This private tour was fantastic. Our guide Alex, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took us to some places we never would have found on our own and one place that wasn't on the advert for the tour but was going up the Marina bay sands to see the view from the top. Would HIGHLY recommend this private tour especially with Alex- well worth the money!

We did not get the attached tickets through your email. We had to call from the ticket booth at the Gardens by the bay. Eventually, the employee of the Gardens by the bay helped us communicated with TripAdvisor staff to verify that we paid for the tickets. Since we wasted lots time in the tickets issue , We did not have adequate time to tour the gardens. It was a very bad experience.

Omg what a night. We ended up booking private local to show us some sites thanks trip advisor for this one and thank you to Alex made the evening a Fantastic one we will never forget.

We were picked up from our hotel by Stanley and our driver in a private taxi and given a tour of the key areas of the city. We then went on a river cruise as priority guests, followed by gaining a good vantage point and view of the "living trees" nightly light show. Finally, we were taken up to the observation deck of the Marina Sands Bay hotel for a fantastic view of the city by night. Our guide was very knowledgeable and amusing, and this was a great way to take in a lot of the best sights in quite a short amount of time.

The tour was organized well and Alex Er was very knowledgeable, however we felt very rushed. We would have like to spend more time at many of the stops, including the ethnic neighborhoods and the Orchid Garden. Considering it was supposed to be an 8 hour tour nd we were dropped off at our hotel in 6 hours, there should have been time to linger at each stop a little. We were offered a chance to ride the Mt Fabre cable car, which we wanted to do. However, he told us we would have to pay him cash to ride, and then actually charged us more than the published price for the ride.

We were picked up at our hotel on time. We had been advised the trishaw ride was not available- which actually suited us. They substituted with a visit to the top of Marina Bay Sands hotel. Our guide ensured quick access up to the top. The views were amazing and there was a great atmosphere.we had our photo taken. We then were driven to gardens by the bay. Again what an amazing place- all indoors in a huge dome. Not all the paths were easy to access - particularly to find routes down. The trees and plants were wonderful over a number of floors. Back outside the artificial trees are lit to give a lovely atmosphere. We were then driven to partake in a cruise around the city which again gave wonderful views from the water with all the big buildings and hotels lit up. This part lasted about 30 mins. Our driver Alex was very friendly, telling us details about local life in Singapore. He dropped us back at our Indigo Kantong hotel. The sights we saw were unexpected in a good way and would recommend this tour to all. We were back at hotel by about 21.30.
