My cousin Pierre and I did the free walking tour with Tania in a time when they weren't many tourists in Minsk. Tania is a real ambassador of her country. She knows so much about it and her city and gave us an entirely new perspective on Minsk. We covered Minsk and Belarus history, visited several Soviet buildings, a typical cafe from Soviet times, but also October street, a trendy neighbourhood where old factory buildings are being revamped by beautiful murals, bars and restaurants. We loved it!

I had a lovely tour with Aleandra, it was exactly what I wanted. The tour gave me a great overview of the history of Minsk and Belarus during Soviet times and I learnt a lot about current Belarus. Walking Independence Avenue with a guide to point out the gems I might have missed, the post office interior being one, was a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Alexandra was a font of knowledge but never dry and understood that though I was coming from a place of ignorance of most of the details I was interested. Highly recommend.

Bahdan is an excellent and knowledgeable guide that will explain things you won't find in any guidebooks. His english is perfect and there will be no problems in communicating with him. Bahdan also took his time to email me recommendations for sights in Minsk, something he did during his iwn spare time. Perfect!

A small group of four took up the challenge of snow and cold wind - to embark on an enchanting and absolutely great tour of Sovjet architecture and influence on society as a whole.
Kudos to guide Bahdan who made the whole trip an absolutely splendid experience. Educative, fun and personal all at the same time.

I did three tours in two days in Minsk: the Free Tour, the Alternative Tour (also free) and the Soviet Tour.
The guides were very well informed and imparted information in a very interesting and professional way. The tours were extensive and covered a lot of ground, so I was left with the feeling that I saw a large part of the city.
Highly recommended tours.

We arrived on Friday night and booked this tour for the Saturday morning and it was the right decision to do this first.

It gave a great perspective of where things are in Minsk.

The Guide was wonderful, knowledgeable and interesting. There were conversations not just a droll of a this is x and that is x.

Although it's 'free' we gave a 'donation' of 10 euros each because it was worth it.

Went to the Soviet tour hosted by Bahdan and the city tour hosted by Dasha at the end of May (26-27th). They were both very informative and great tours. Both Bahdan and Dasha are knowledgeable, friendly and caring! Thank you both.
