Overview
Get an overview of Montenegro while leaving navigation to your guide on this tour from Dubrovnik. With a full day exploring the Montenegro coast—stopping at medieval islands, walled seaside towns, and Kotor—you visit some of the country’s most charming sites without feeling rushed. The tour includes time for an optional boat ride to Our Lady of the Rocks Island.
What to Expect
After pickup from your Dubrovnik hotel, settle into the minivan as you head south to Montenegro. Your guide shares history and culture as you drive past the Adriatic Sea and Dubrovnik Riviera.
Cross into Montenegro, circling the Bay of Kotor. Stop in the town of Perast and take an optional boat ride to Our Lady of the Rocks to see its baroque church.
The minivan heads to Kotor for a walking tour of its historic churches. Enjoy free time to explore the cobblestone streets.
Head down the coast to Sveti Stefan, a former medieval fishing village on an island-like inlet that is now a luxury hotel.
The next stop is Budva, a walled city on the sea where you have free time to explore or eat (own expense).
Take a ferry ride across the Bay of Kotor and ride along the Montenegro coast on your way back to Dubrovnik and your hotel.

Went with Tui on a coach from Dubrovnik. Long wait at customs on the border. Lovely town within the walls at Kotar. Busy as a very large cruise ship just arrived. Nice shops and plenty of restaurants.

We chose the coach tour but in hindsight we should have gone for the small group tour as the coach tour meant longer delays at the borders and a less engaging experience (tour was held in both English and Spanish). Our Lady on the Rocks...More

This is an excellent way to see some interesting parts of Montenegro and I would highly recommend. Our guide (I think her name was Tanja) was very knowledgeable, helpful and organised throughout the day, which made the trip even better.

Dear guest, we are sorry you didn't enjoy your tour. However, you booked a coach tour - which is a tour generally operated by bus. Bus is not small, it has room for 49 people. In the future, if you wish to book a tour...More

Would have to ask the guide when booking I suppose is the only answer , when we went we traveled by minibus but when it's busy bigger coaches go so wouldn't know if you'd need a child seat , or not by law , sorry
