- Subject to favorable weather conditions.Dubai Desert temperature may fall down around 09 degree + between December to April. Hence request all the guest to keep light woollen clothes and windbreakers.
- You are booked on sharing basis hence all the co participants must cooperate with each other. Priority must be given for senior citizens for the front seats. Parents with children who are less than 12 years are only allowed to sit in rear seat as per the UAE Law. Driver will be the master of the roaster in allocating the seats. Alternatively the co-passengers must sort out among themselves by shifting equal time on the preferred seats. No prior request for the seats will be entertained since everyone pay the same. Anyone who does not agree to the seating allocation may request for an exclusive jeep by paying the supplementary charges directly
- ATV RIDE will be offered for all children excluding infants; 15 yrs and above can enjoy the open desert ride, children between 7 to 14 can ride in a specified area for safety & children above 3 yrs can accompany parents in the open desert
- Quad bikes are insured in UAE for an limited liability. In an unlikely situation accident take place, police must be informed and must collect the accident report, The bike rider must ride the bike at own risk and strictly follow the instructions and the leader. No prior training or experience is required to ride the bike.
- Accidents or damages from the self-riding activity will be the sole responsibility of the rider & passenger. The participant must responsible for any injury he/she has inflicted on him/herself or on others from the usage of ATVs. An orderly behavior must be maintained and shall not disturb other participants knowingly or unknowing .
- All participants must sign an indemnity form before the tour, ABC Tourism LLC shall not be responsible for any kind of loss, accident, sickness, or injury. It is advisable that the traveller should avail a travel health insurance as there can be chances of potential risks and hazards
- Fruit juice, red bull, gingerale, Ice tea, Tuonic water, club soda & cold coffee are not a part of the free drinks package
- We want to give the best experience for the guest knowing that Dubai is a large city one point to the other sometimes take hours therefore the pickup and drop off must be the same place. A change in the hotel pick up location less than 24 hrs, missing location less than 24 hours to the start of the tour the guest must report a common pick up point which we shall be advised on case to case basis.

The driver Rasheed was amazing. He picked us up on time, explained sights on the way to the desert camp and was more than accommodating when taking pictures. We also had a great time on the safari with him. Quad biking and the fire show were the highlight of the trip! Would highly recommend the experience and would suggest opting into the VIP package for an extra 50 dirhams each to have table service, good seat positioning and fans (which are very much needed during the dinner outside!).

The tour has been ok. Do not expect anything too exotic, adventurous or romantic because it is a tour, like the many other similar ones, which caters the hoards of tourists staying in Dubai and willing to have a flavour of the desert.
We were picked-up on time by Rasheed that resulted to be a nice and knowledgeable guide. Before reaching the camp (it takes around one hour) Rasheed made us enjoy a fun 4x4 dune bashing drive. Planning at the camp for the different activities was well organized. We liked the 30 minutes ATV experience and the short camel ride for pictures.
Dinner was acceptable (large quantity and fair quality) but we had to pay a difference (15$/person) to be "up-graded" to a table and chair and to be served at the table (else you have to sit on the floor with cushion and help yourself at the buffet). I think that the show during dinner was totally worth it with all three performers (male rotating dancer, belly dancer and fire eater) being absolutely good and professional.
We were then brought back to the hotel by Rasheed. Thanks !

Having done this in Doha we thought we would try Dubai’s when visiting. The guide was on time for pick up at the hotel and very friendly. Nice air condition 4x4 and friendly driver. Had the radio playing some good tunes along the long drive out to the dunes. We turned up to a desert to lower the tyre pressure for the dunes and drove out to the campsite. Was greeted by the ladies in the shop. Again friendly. Asked for a bottle of water and was given a very hot small sealed cup of water. We were then hanging around for about 30mins in the heat before being guided up to the camels and ATVs. You then had to do the camels first before they would start any ATV rides. This again you will find you are stood out in the hot sun for agessssss for everyone to do the camels. Once all done with camels you finally get onto the ATVs. This was enjoyable and not to scary and never felt unsafe. This you do in group lead and followed by staff so no off road driving so to speak. Once done you then find yourself able to either sand surf or sit in a warm tent with cool refreshments. We then had the 4x4 jeep bashing. This was a little disappointing. In Doha the driver was zig zagging, lots of steep drops etc etc here nothing scary like that. We did feel sooty for our driver though as we blew a tyre leaving us stuck in the sand trying to dig the keep out. We upgraded on this trip of $15 pp which allows you to sit on proper garden furniture, staff to serve u drinks and upgraded food. Well the food was excessive. So much of it and lots left over. The soft drinks were warm and flat no fizz. We had a great view of the 3shows. Belly dancing, fire dancer and what I can only call as a rug thrower that was lit up ha ha. We also got a free small henna. I would recommend this trip especially if you want something a little less active with the jeep bashing. We missed the sunset due to the blown tyre issue

I attended and had a very poor experience. The activities were low quality, I didn’t feel safe on certain activities such as sandboarding - they didn’t clip me into the board correctly or provide basic PPE such as helmet. They made the whole thing way longer than needed to try justify price for the tour but in reality activities were extremely short and we were waiting around for ages. My partner who also attended felt the same, we felt pressurised into writing positive reviews during the journey back by the driver. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone - to also be clear, I have not asked for a refund I just want to ensure I share my genuine experience and opinion with other travellers.

My husband and I signed up for the dune safari with the 30 minutes quad biking. This included camel riding and sand boarding as well as an evening meal incl. entertainment.
It took roughly an hour from the pick up point into the desert, where we were met by our driver (Rasheed). He gave us a great experience on the dune bashing, thrashing about in the sand. The quad biking was also excellent (recommend the 30 mins) - it was timed during sunset which made it really picturesque - also it was not on an enclosed circuit, rather it was in the open desert which was a plus.
The sand boarding and camel riding were also fun.
The staff were friendly and helpful and stopped for plenty of photo opportunities. I would recommend doing the afternoon / evening option for these activities as the sunset makes for a lovely backdrop.
The activities were finished off by a lovely, plentiful meal and entertainment.
All in all a fab, good value for money afternoon of activities.

Our driver Asif was friendly and very experienced. Most tours only followed the pre-made tracks during dune bashing, this tour did not. The dune bashing was as good as it gets,
If you are into quad biking I would recommend the 20min trip to get proper photos and the experience.
Carmel riding was short and sweet.
The only comment I would have is the time allowed for the activitys is a bit short, I did not get a chance to try sand boarding. Additionally a falcon show is not avaliable on this tour.
The food was fine and the show was excellent.
Sadly due it being Ramadan at the time the belly dancer was not avaliable, I will be back with my partner at some point to experience the desert again.
Value for money was excellent, I would reccomended this tour.

Rasheed & Naserulla were great tour guides. One of the few tours which had a bit of everything - we got to experience lots of different things which were great fun. Wish the quad biking was 60 mins as advertised - we only got 30 mins (told we needed to pay more for 60 mins)

An excellent trip . The highlight of our stay in Dubai. This trip was interesting, fun , very well organised and very good value.
Our guide was Asif who is an amazing guide and person. So genuine and truly cares for giving the guests an enriching experience.
Pick up no problem, clear communication. About 75 min drive to desert location with commentary on key sights and life across the wider Emirates. Had a brief stop at a camel farm then to base camp for ATV quad biking, camel rides and dune surfing. Then followed hy amazinf dune bashing experience. Asif is the most experienced and a great driver. All the activities were great fun experiences.
Plenty of water and soft drinks provided to keep the desert heat at bay. Dinner was in our group of 6. We paid a bit extra, 50 aed pp to sit on benches and table rather than on the floor. The food was decent and filled the hunger bought up. Grilled meats after breads and dips starters. The platter of accompanimentsts was too much for one person, coleslaw, boiled vegetables, roasted potatoes, rice and others. Could have been shared between two so quite a bit of wastage. Drinks extra and some small Arabian deserts.
The shows were interesting and engaging and the night ended with a blackout to see the true nighttime desert sky.
Cannot recommend this trip if you do a desert trip which in ny view is a must do to getvaway from the beach and glam of Dubai.

This was probably the best activity that we did while in Dubai. The ATV in the desert was lots of fun 🤩 riding the camel was hilarious 😂 . The food was plentiful and delicious , the help is more than kind. 🥰🥰 Sand boarding was a little tough because the sand was deep but the dune bashing was also great 👍 The show was good during dinner 🥘 we upgraded for $15 to get better food & our own private chairs & table .. We also upgraded for $35 to include the alcohol 🍷🥃 package for one hour .. it was definitely worth it 🎉 My only complaint is they cut us short 10 min on the ATV ride but overall it was a great experience 👍👍👍

Excellent value for money , Rasheed collected us from the hotel and took care of us throughout our experience, he was a great guide and very informative.
The ATV quad bike were great fun in the sand and the 4x4 dune bashing was “hold on to hat” stuff
Watching the sun disappear over the horizon was pretty special.
The food was plentiful and the entertainment reasonable.
A good day had by all the family.

Watching the sun disappear over the horizon was pretty special.
The food was plentiful and the entertainment reasonable.
A good day had by all the family.

If I booked the 20 minute quad bike ride for 2 people, I’m not interested in the quad bike ride so would my partner be able to do 40 minutes ride instead?

They charge different fee for different bike, 2 seater bike and single seater have different charges and if u agree to pay the difference they wil surely give the same.ur friend can do 2 rides for 20 mints each.

1. My son is 11 years old and 1.35metres in height. Will he be able to sit with me on the quad/ATV bikes?
2. We will be in an apartment not a hotel. The building is called Time Place Tower. Will we be picked up from there?

I can help with #1. My son was much younger and smaller and was able to sit with me on the ATV/Quad Bike when we visited last month (May 2022).
