Bonnie arranged private trip to Suzhou from Shanghai for our group. We visited the Humble Administrator's Garden, Grand Canal Boat Cruise, Panmen Scenic Area, Hanshan Temple, Silk factory. Everything was nice and beautiful but the best highlight was the boat ride on Grand Canal. It was so beautiful, lights were along the banks , many restaurants with live music , nightlife. Our tour guide was funny and knowledgeable. She also took us to special Suzhou noodle place for dinner before heading back to train station . The meals were great. Good way to end the day! I recommend this tour to everyone cuz I know you will enjoy as much as we did. If we had known Suzhou was so much fun and beautiful, we would stay one more day

Bonnie arranged a private full day trip to Suzhou from Shanghai. Explored the ancient garden, silk factory, pan gate and 2 of Suzhou famous street. The best highlight was the boat ride on Grand Canal in the evening, lighting around the city, shops, restaurants on the side of the canal. We stopped and walked around the area, nightlife, live music in many restaurants. This was so much fun and we wish we could stay longer. Our tour guide was very funny and knowledgeable.. she always said ‘ Are you happy? Are you beautiful? Are you handsome? ‘ whenever we took group pictures . She also took us to a special Suzchou noodle for dinner before heading back to train station. The meals were excellent. Bonnie, thank you so much for arranging this private tour for our group. It was the best trip ever and we love every minute of it. I highly recommend this Suzhou trip with Your Way Holiday to everyone. You will love it . Honestly, if we knew it was so much fun in the evening, we would stay one more day to enjoy the nightlife there.

Our tour guide Chris picked us up at our hotel in Shanghai and we took 1.5 hours ride to Suzhou. Explored the ancient garden, silk factory, pan gate and 2 of Suzhou famous street. For someone who has never been to Suzhou, the day tour was a very fruitful one with Chris explained to us the story behind the garden and the beautiful Suzhou city. Took a lot of nice pictures as the weather was bright and sunny. Hope to come and explore other parts of China but not summer time 😅

Have some issues in deciding on our itinerary for the trip initially. But we decided to book our tour with China Private Tours although their price was slightly higher than another tour agent as they have very patiently & professionally attended to all our enquiries. And they did not disappoint. There was just a slight hiccup with the first driver, Mr Cheng, who picked us up from Shanghai to Hangzhou as he most probably had missed the turn to the side lane to drive in to the parking area of the hotel. The second driver, Mr Lu, who drove us around on the tour in Suzhou is extremely patient, thoughtful & helpful. Along the way when we urgently require a local mobile SIM card, he very nicely attended to our request to drive us to the shop. When we had some problem finding our accommodation for the night due to the restricted area, despite the late hours & rain, he patiently assisted us by communicating with the owner of the lodge & drove us to another location where we didn't need to walk to far. Anita, our tour guide in Suzhou, was wonderful. She was patient, caring, funny and helpful throughout the tour. She was very informative & could provide answers to many of our questions. As it was raining during the tour and we didn't have enough umbrella, she constantly ensure that we are shielded by sharing hers. This is definitely highly recommended tour agent to book your tour with!

We had a really friendly and smart Tourguide named Becky who spoke fluent English and knew everything about Suzhou history as well as the silk production and the Tongli Watertown. It was the perfect way to discover the area on one day, to have a guide who explains everything to you but also with enough free time to discover things on your own! In the end Becky even helped us with our traintickets. Suzhou is really worth a visit as well as Tongli Watertown and the tour combines it perfectly!

We thoroughly enjoyed seeing Tongli and learning about the history and culture of life along the canals there. Anita was a great guide, providing a lot of background and context. She was thoroughly knowledgeable about the local area, as well as the customs, culture, and history that formed the context for what we saw. The only thing I would suggest is that a boat ride be part of the tour package. It was an inexpensive addition, but it's something everyone would want to do.

A boat ride in Tong Li Water Town, and the Garden, visited also Lingering Garden, Master of Nets Garden, Humble Administrator's Garden, Panmen Gate, Shantang Old Street, Suzhou No. 1 Silk Mill. Was able to cover most of the scenic sights as I had a friendly and experienced tour guide, May, who knows the sights, as well as the history and culture of Suzhou. Amazing experience! The entire day was wonderful. My tour guide Anita was delightful. She was equal parts informative, patient, funny and helpful throughout the entire day. The tour itself took me through the various historic gardens of Suzhou and each one was breathtaking. The silk factory was very informative, and I was not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. The best part, however, was the water village at the end. A full tour around the old town, with stops at various spots, all of which were gorgeous, and peaceful. Had a wonderful time, would do it again in a heartbeat.

Charming Suzhou Venice of the East. Visited Zhouzhuang Water Town and Jinji Lake Area with lovely and friendly tour guide Anita, who is interesting and experienced.
