Excellent tour planned by Kashmir Port tour agency of Kashmir. We did our tour in March'22 and were able to see lot of snow in all places - Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonmarg. Special mention of our driver cum guide Mr. Zakir Wahid who made our drive and sightseeing enjoyable. Would highly recommend Zakir Wahid as tour driver / guide if you plan to visit Kashmir through Kashmir port travel agency. Regarding hotels provided, I would suggest booking the tour well in advance to get good hotels of your choice to avoid disappointment, since being a tourist place good hotels gets booked early and fast. At Pahalgam you need to take horse ride to visit top of Mountain which they call mini Switzerland. This horse ride is dangerous but thrilling, so take the ride if you want to experience the thrill otherwise you can skip it as well and move ahead to ABC ( Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, Chandanwari ) which is very beautiful and is accessible by car. The charges for horse ride depends on your bargaining skills. Horse owner will ask orbitant rates per person, like Rs 5000 + to reach mini switzerland which is the top, but we bargained / settled for Rs.3000 per person. Since we visited in March we were able to see white ( Snow covered ) Kashmir which was very enchanting. At all the tourist spots - Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonmarg you will need to bargain a lot to bring down the cost. Activities done at these spots are sledging, snow bike ride, skiing. Be prepared for waiting time 2-3 hrs in Q
to hop in Cable car / Gondola ride. In short do visit beautiful Kashmir and get enchanted by its beauty.

We did 6 nights tour with Kashmir Port and it was very well organised . Mohammad knows customer satisfaction and arranged lunch from his side at Lalit srinagar for us .
We really had a great time and was a memorable trip for us. Highly recommend for people looking for local agent in Kashmir do not hesitate and book with them.

A well planned , varied experience with excellent prior planning and local knowledge by Kashmir Port. Very interesting, different hotels. Inayat Hameed and Mohammad Sameem made us feel welcome and at home in their communities. Our Driver Mr. Billal was very friendly and helpful.

It was by pure chance that I stumbled upon Kashmir Port. I was planning a trip to Kashmir and had gone to other websites to enquire about the tour. The details that I got from them was somehow not liked by me as there were many terms and conditions attached to it. Most of the day, there was nothing to do at the various sites that they had planned.
When I googled for other sites to visit Kashmir, I came upon Kashmir Port. I saw that they were based in Srinagar, unlike other sites who were based elsewhere. Being based in Kashmir, I felt they would be better suitable to advise on what sites to visit at various places.
I called the number given on their website and spoke to Mr Inayat Hameed. I told him the venues that I wanted to visit and also the number of days I have planned for the trip. Within an hour’s time, I received a beautiful proposal with the sites that we would be seeing and also the hotels where we would be staying. The proposal also had the day-wise schedule and also the name and the photographs of the hotel where we would be staying. It also contained what all in included in the trip and what were not. He also added some complimentary stuff that were chargeable at other vendors. Mr Inayat called me and informed me that the proposal had been sent and I can go through them and inform him accordingly. Being a Covid season, I also asked him if the trip gets cancelled due to Covid. He assured me that the advance given by me will be valid for 1 year and I can do the trip in the next one year too. Within a day or two, I confirmed the trip and paid the advance.
The trip was super excellent. We got picked up from the airport and got dropped at the airport at the end of the tour. The vehicle and the driver were with us throughout the tour. The entire trip was done as per the itinerary shared by them. The hotels (3, including one houseboat) were luxurious and had all the necessary amenities. One hotel also upgraded our room to an executive suite as I asked them to give me in the 1st floor instead of the 3rd floor.
I have still not met Mr Inayat and have only talked to him on phone. He and one more person who interacted with me, were so nice and courteous on the phone that I would always recommend anyone going for a trip to Kashmir to go with Kashmir Port only. When I asked other people about Kashmir Port, I was told that they were No 1 in Kashmir in tours and travel. And the way we were treated throughout the trip in various hotels, substantiated the claim. And being a local travels company, will always be an added advantage.
I have also shared their details with my friends and relatives so that they can also use them for their travel requirements. I wish them all the best for the future.
I would give them rating as 7 stars as I feel 5 is a bit low😊.

Terrible experience from this travel agency. The driver is horrible. He was waiting in the car park near departure at airport and asked us to come there with our luggage. He send us the car number and we have to find the car.After many calls He came out from the car .He doesn't know the hotel names which are booked for us.The agency had No coordination with the driver.Shikkara rider asked Rs1000 from us for 1 hr .But actually it was included in the package.I tried calling several times to the agency and tour handler but no body attend the calls.So I should pay Rs1000 to shikkara.The driver was in a hurry and asked us to be ready at 7AM next day.But the hotel gave breakfast after 8 AM only which is included in the package. The driver was intrested to pick up us from one hotel and drop us in another hotel.He didn't know the sightseeing places as per the itinerary. Every day he was compelled us for doing shopping,so that I think he would get commission .At Pahalgam he told all the valley are banned .But I enquired at the hotel where we were staying, they told not banned. So I booked a taxi by my self and went for sightseeing. The driver skipped Avantipura ruin temple.When I asked he says there is no temple like that.When I show him in map,he said we could visit while returning. But he not went there while returning also.And at Srinagar for sight seeing he came to pickup us around 11.15 AM and was in a hurry to end at 5PM.So we couldn't visit many places as per the itinerary.
Many times I had called the tour operator but he never picked it. Last day he not forget to send me the reminder for balance payment.
The house boat was very bad,not the same as in their photos.
It was a very horrible experience with Kashmir port tour agent.

It's one of the worst tour operators . We visted from 4 th June 22 to 10th June . We were made to change hotels almost daily except first two days and we had to pay the hotel as they said payment from them is not cot through .one day we were to check in hotel in pahalgam ,we waited outside and wete told there was no booking for us and later shifted to another hotel for one night and another night in another hotel.
The vehicle provided was extremely bad after many requests got it changed on 4 th day . They stopped taking our calls. For houseboat we stood with our luggage for 2 hrs to get to the house boat . No one from them was there to help us , the driver of the traveller just dumped us on road . The guy from the company came on 5 th day so as to enquire and when we told him he said things will b good now . But he only came to collect his money and nothing else .imagine our plight we were group of 8 senior citizens. The hotels selected for stay had no lift except one and we were lodged in 2 nd floor . Hotels gave only 500 ml of water per person. . The traveller guy was always in a hurry to finish the day discouraging us not to visit places in the list .
All in all a vvv bad experience of the most beautiful place . Plz never ever use it . If there is a negative rating i will go for it

Our trip was planned well in advance, 2 months ago and we had kids and senior citizens with us. Sales person stopped answering calls while its just 3-4 days to our trip.
Worst travel agency ever eperienced. No cab was arranged until 2 hours of our arrival in Srinagar airport.
We have been trying multiple calls from previous day of our trip, which was not answered by the sales representative. No support even though they promise 24*7 on call support as per itinerary.
We picked up a random cab on our own and then that driver managed to speak to the agency and assigned himself as our tour driver.
Even after so much trouble, no follow ups or checks from Kashmirport on how we are managing.
Worst hospitality from this travel agency. No room numbers were provided, only hotel names. Since driver was from outside, he had no clue on the hotels.
Everything had to be managed from our end, including confirmation from the hotels.
Recieved call only for the payment on the last day of our trip with multiple threat calls to pay in full before we leave Srinagar. Otherwise no clearance and what not.
Will never recommend anyone to this agency. We met multiple people who shared similar and much worser experience from this agency in Kashmir.
Please donot book your trip from KashmirPort.

Kashmir port agency is at worst in organising. They promised me for more than 12 places where I visited only 5 places in my 6 day trip . And the hotel I asked is four star category but they never booked except one hotel. And when I finally asked for atleast a discount when I don't visit these many places why do I need to pay for whole the reply was no you need to pay full price without discount. There were me who keep on calls them for daily schedule and keep on asks to check with hotel for clean hospitality. Worst rooms they provide whereas I booked for premium rooms in four Star . They totally spoiled my wedding anniversary nite. By changing hotels at late at night.

My 6 nights 7 days tour from 14 th April 2022 to 20 th April 2022 organized by Kashmir port was awesome. I was provided with good hotels, houseboat and car. The owner of this agency Mr Sameem Gadoo is very helpful and assisted us a lot. The best part of our tour was our driver Mr Danish. He is the best driver I have met so far and he made our trip very memorable. He even took us to his home and offered great hospitality. He showed us many extra places and helped us in bargaining while taking horses, buying shawls. We are very thankful to Mr Danish for making our trip comfortable and offering us a smooth journey.

After a span of 42 Years from my last visit, I finally took a call to take the Family to Kashmir.
At random my wife came across Kashmir Port and we gave them a call and spoke to Mr Inayat who after so many changes that we made we zeroed in on a 7N/8D package that covered Sirnagar, Sonamarg, Gulmarg and Pahalgam. We were so skeptical as to how our trip would be and whether it would be upto the mark. Even till a few hours before departure we were unsure of how things would end up...
We were met with a Driver by the name of Hayat who regularly kept in Touch with me till we arrived.
From then started a Journey of a lifetime right from Shikara rides in Dal Lake, Orchid Gardens, Mughal Gardens in Srinagar to Gulmarg, Doodhpathri, Sonamarg, and Pahalgam we felt right at home from local guides to stays at small but excellent location hotels that were so clean and neat not to mention such lovely food that one could only expect at home!
I was so pleasantly surprised that Mr. Inayat kept in regular touch with me all the way giving us the feeling of Royals or VVIP's. He was amazing with his service and constant follow up that one would never expect from ANY Tour Operator...!!
But the star of the show other than Inayat was Hayat. Me and my family have no words to express our Gratitude
