The Balinese Cooking Class that we offer are completely hands on and conducted in English, students will be provided their own cooking station and utensils to prepare and cook all of dishes by themselves. The class is limited to a maximum of ten participants per class to ensure individual attention for everyone.
The teacher and his assistant with an extensive knowledge of Balinese ingredients and cooking methods will demonstrate How to cook all of dishes and let the students taste what they had prepared for lunch or dinner and also take away pack if you cannot finish it.

We had a really great cooking class with good food, a perfect service of the team and also a great entertainment of Ketut. The class started with a pick up from the hotel and a quick tour through the local market where we learned about the veggies and spices that we’ll use. The food was delicious and I definitely will try to make it at home.

I couldn’t recommend it enough, Katut and his family are great hosts, he has a great carisma and make the cooking experience even much better, takes his time to explain each recipe and ingredients, my partner and I had a really good time at his home, delicious and traditional recipes by the way.

I did the morning class, I was picked up from my accommodation, brought to the Ubud fresh market together with the other members of the class, Ketut explained what is what (fruits, veggies, meat/fish), had us try some of the fruits, then we were brought to the awesome open air kitchen where we were greeted with bottled water and ice tea. Ketut is really funny and his family working with him are really nice and friendly 😊 We made 5 different things all from scratch and from fresh ingredients, you are constantly given instructions so even if you're not an experienced cook you'll feel comfortable. Then we got to eat everything we made - it was so delicious! Whatever we couldn't eat they packed up for us to go. Then we were given the recipes of the things we made and dropped back off to our accommodation. It's one of the best things I did staying in Ubud, highly recommended! Thank you Ketut and Family! 😊🙏🏻

Great adventure at Ketut's Bali Cooking Class. Super easy to book. Hotel pickup and return were perfect. Super informative tour of the morning market. Got to taste a new fruit...snake fruit (the skin looks and feels like a snake). Went to the cooking class site after the morning market tour. Excellent time with Ketut and his people. Cooked the non-vegetarian dishes. Recipes were simple to follow. Instructions were great. Ketut's team kept things moving at an easy pace. Got to eat some amazing food at the end (everything we cooked!). Definitely recommend this class.

Couldn’t recommend this enough, we had the best morning on this cooking class! Ketut and his whole family were so so lovely and made the whole experience so memorable. Definitely do this if you’re ever in Bali!!

Is this activity allowed to take kids? If so, I need to add on my application as child fee?
They are 9, 7, 4 years old. 9years should be ok to participate, but not sure young ones are able to cook or not.
