From booking, complimentary pickup service, full day spa and lunch, all were great. I felt totally pampered and relaxed after the spa. The hot stone massage was one of the best that we had experienced. My masseur Anita was great. My therapist, ReRe, for facial treatment and hair spa was great too! She’s very bubbly with lots of positive vibe. In fact, they are all very sincere to make sure we have the best experience there. The service staffs were very polite and helpful. I’m already thinking of my next visit :)

Amazing spa service with wonderful staff. Was a great experience. The head to toe massage, facial spa and hair spa was incredible and they also provided lunch according to the package you chose.

Treated like royalty here. The staffs were all so experienced and professional in their tasks and they were very friendly and easy to talk to. They ensured that the pressure of the massage was ok for us , even the temperature of the water. Food was too much for me but it was still delicious. I couldnt finish it.

Great experience since getting information and booking. They were so kind to answer all my questions regarding the treatments and were able to find a slot for me for a full spa day. They gave the recommendations for the ferry trip from Singapore to Batam and went to the ferry terminal to pick me up. When I arrived they received me with a cucumber beverage and had me choose the essential oil for my massage and the ingredients for the scrub . I chose jasmine for aromatherapy and coffee for the scrub. My therapist was beyond expectations, her name is Nelvi and she greeted me and washed my feet before we started. She asked me which areas would I like to focus and which to avoid in the massage and the level of intensity. I choose medium. I got a 90 min aromatherapy massage, 30 min back and head massage and 30 min body scrub , then I had a shower to rinse and relax followed lby a great traditional meal. After meal I had a 60 min foot reflexology then an express manicure and 90 min hair spa. All the personnel was so kind and they gave me ginger tea. After I finished the driver was already there ready to take me back to the ferry station. I would definitely recommend it and will surely come back.

First time visiting Spa Central, and I love it! The variety of services, affordable prices and convenient outlet locations were what attracted me at first. I did the 1hr traditional massage and was served by Ayah. She checked how I want the massage to be and which areas I need her to concentrate on before beginning the massage. During the process, she also checked in with me to ensure that it's bearable. At the end of the massage, I was wiped down by a warm towel to remove the oils and served a warm cup of ginger tea. Most of the soreness and tension in my body went away :) I will be back next time!

I did a 2 hrs traditional body massage. The therapist checked how I want the massage to be and which areas I need her to concentrate on, from the start. I love it as it relaxed me. Will visit again!

My 1st time having treatment at Spa Central Batam Centre. I had 4.5hr treatment, including 30 mins Back & Head Massage, 1hr Foot Reflexology, 1hr Classic Manicure and 1.5hr Spa Pedicure. I really enjoyed my time there. The place of the treatment is nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back for another me time soon😊

Love everything! We made the right choice to choose spa central batam ctr, away from the bustling nagoya. Space was cozy, clean & comfortable. Had them pick us up from nagoya mall with a comtortable car as well. The 1.5 hr aromatherapy massage session was so relaxing that me & husband fell asleep. We loved the fact they asked how we would like the massage strength, where to focus the massage on & if there’s any areas to avoid- never had those asked before from any other spas! This was the second time visiting the Sukajadi branch together with my partner, with my first time back in 2019. We managed to book a 2 hours slot on a Sunday and we were taken to our massages immediately. On top of this, there was a complimentary transfer between our hotel and the parlour for packages that are 2 hours and above. As usual, friendly staff ensuring we settled into the parlour well. Also, the masseuse did the massage well and making sure that we are comfortable during our treatment. Looking forward to be back again whenever there is an opportunity.
