Overview
For many, arriving in an unfamiliar country can be disorienting, and organizing itineraries can be quite the challenge. Leave that to someone else with this afternoon trip to the Batu Caves from Kuala Lumpur. See the neighborhood of Little India on the drive, and delve into the history of the Batu Caves, a must-see Hindu attraction famed for its resplendent gold statue. Hotel pickup and drop-off are included.
What to Expect

This tour begins with hotel pickup in Kuala Lumpur. Embark on a journey through Little India, a multicultural neighborhood famed for its colorful buildings. If you’ve just arrived to the city, the scenic drive provides a good way to orient yourself.

You’ll arrive at the Batu Caves, limestone masses home to golden Hindu shrines and a plethora of grey macaques. Let your guide bring the Hindu history of the monument to life and ascend 272 steps to the statue of Lord Murugan.

Following a tour of the Cathedral Cave, you’ll climb back onto your coach and return to your Kuala Lumpur hotel.
