- MikeFo00Excellent introduction to Malaysia and especially the Chinatown area ... go on an empty stomach!!!Our guide was Siddoz, the owner who gave us a great introduction to the city and it's cultural mix and history and of course the food. It's a gentle walk around Chinatown and little India sampling various cuisines with good explanations and you have the chance to really fill your stomach with loveliness. A fantastic way to pass a few hours with a lovely local.
- shoual25200History/culture through foodI enjoyed this tour alot. It was a great introduction to Malaysia through food. I highly recommend it.
- Pioneer29704400Excellent tour for food adventurers!Great walking tour of KL local food scene. Knowledgeable and friendly tour guide was on time and provided an overview of expectations and asked about food allergies and preferences. We experienced the varied Malaysian cuisine featuring Chinese, Malay, and Indian inspired dishes. We sampled many items and love trying new things I never had before. I felt the quality and the cleanliness was excellent. The restaurants and food stalls were very busy and it was exciting to experience part of KL with a friendly local who helped educate me on food, culture and life in Malaysia. Highly recommend!
- biggimue00Better than expectedPak Camp was a great guide for this amazing trip! All the stops along the way were fantastic! Ranging from Harmony town (where 4 worship houses stand right next to each other), the fortress (not really that nice, but in an area crouded by monkeys - ideal for the monkey selfie), the traditional Malay village (and special treat, the herb garden), the local restaurant (really not touristy and a flavor of local cuisine), leading up to the fireflies. I never expected to see that many! And all the while getting insights to the country by the proud Pak. Thanks again!
- 486jaxe00Amazing insightful tour with Tony from withlocalsTony was a charming and conscientious guide with great knowledge of KL past and present. We did the 7 hour walking tour with him and it was amazing from beginning to end. It wasn’t arduous and Tony met us at the hotel and was with us every step of the way sharing his knowledge. It is a tour well worth doing.
- shreyasgopal00Fantastic experience.Fantastic experience. This was exactly what I was looking for. Povan took me to 10 restaurants to try different types of food. It was just not food. It was history, science behind the food and the history of Malaysia. Absolutely worth the money! Thanks Povan!
- keashiad00Great way to try some authentic food - Malyasia has a melting pot of cuisinesNice experincce with a walking tour with Zack. We live in Australia where Asian food is part of our regular diet. It was nice to experience the real food rathet then the westernised flavours we receive at home. Would reccomend
- coreyl19700Great tourDefinitely do it at dinner time. Great experiences around town and a lot of great food. We would have never tried some of these places without our guide, who was super friendly and knowledgeable.
- Lisa J00Great guide and amazing local foodMy friend and I did this food tour yesterday evening with Ferris. It was just the 2 of us on the tour so we got some really great tips and info. The food was amazing and we did some shopping in Chinatown which was fun. I would highly recommend this tour to any visitors to KL.
- apanie00Fabulous experience!May is a friendly and approachable woman who gave us a fabulous experience. We had wandered through the same areas the day before but didn’t have the knowledge or confidence to sample the local food. However, with May, the experience was totally different. May’s expertise and enthusiasm were infectious. I would recommend a very light breakfast and then arrange to meet May around 11 am. She will guide you through the back lanes of Chinatown offering a variety of food which was all delicious. A tour not be missed.
- deb p00A must do!Great tour lots of unusual and yummy food to try. Ramesh was very friendly and informative making our experience an enjoyable one
- mrboojangles00A great way to sample local foods. This tour is a must do experience, not only were the food and drink tastings superb there was also a good variety of different tastings to try. Povan also had a wealth of local knowledge that cannot be learnt from a guide book. A highly enjoyable tour.
- dianemark201700Night food tourFun informative night walking around KL and trying different foods. Our tour guide was very helpful as two of us cannot eat gluten and he was an ex chef and he organised different options for us. We trued great local dishes, especially deserts we wouldn’t have known about.
- B4081YQchriss00Local street food tourRamesh was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local food and traditions, and went out of his way to point out the local stuff from the mass market "tourist" food I recommend this tour without reservation I really enjoyed it .... thanks Ramesh for a great evening
- Londonatlarge100Great food tourGreat introduction to food markets of kl Great guide in faris Really enjoyed it Right amount of time Lots of interesting information

It was a rainy day and the start of the tour wasn't great given the taxi dropped us off in the wrong place and we were a bit lost. Overall okay tour for our first day in KL - gave an overview of where things are in KL. I would have liked a bit more history on KL as well as pointing out neighborhoods and other places to explore after the tour. We did not see all the places we were suppose to see on the itinerary specifically the KL Forest Eco Park as it ended at 1430 and it was suppose to be a 4 hour tour. Given that, we've done many tours in the past and the guide would usually provide another place to "make up" for what we did not see however in this case it wasn't even mentioned.

Brendan created a unique customized tour of Kuala Lumpur for 7 hours during our layover. We enjoyed the sights both day and night and experienced 7to 10 different foods & drinks that were delicious. We walked 15,000 steps but agreed that we were walkers and wanted to see everything. We even drove out to the Baku caves at the beginning of our tour, Brendan s told us humorous stories about the history of Malaysia and the different provinces and how each of the 9 sultans rotates being king for five years. Loved seeing the city at night and went to the sky bar to enjoy mocktails and take photos of the night skyline. He took us to secret gardens with street art and knew all of the shortcuts. We saw the river of life and the symphony of lights water fountain show at 8:30. Such a fun day and learned a lot. I highly recommend him as your tour guide. He has a great sense of humor and his English is excellent.

Brendon was super organized and showed us all the highlights of Kuala Lumpur within one day and had a broad knowledge of the history of the city. He knows the best photo and food spots. We had a lot of fun as he is a very funny guy.

Siddoz was on time to pick us up in airport and then straight to Batu caves. He has immense knowledge about the Malaysia and not hesitant at all to share it with his passengers. He was super accomodative to my places of interest and planned the trip for my family for half day. Definitely will recommend tour with Siddoz for his knowledge and caring attitude.

Kuala Lumpur is a big city, so having a local guide who knows the history and hidden treasures made all the difference. My mom and I had searched for some of the sites tucked into back alleyways with no luck the day before our tour. Manjeet knew exactly where to go and took our past explorations into account when designing our path for the day. She helped us locate the places we missed and so much more. She shared extensive knowledge of the city, was a wonderful storyteller to help us understand many religious sites, treated us to delicious local cakes, and invited us to lunch somewhere we never would have visited otherwise. Her kindness, humor, and careful research all combined to make a wonderful experience for us. She came prepared with photos to further explain the sites and recommended books for us to learn more. I was very impressed!

Brendon’s tour was absolutely perfect for my 18yr old daughter and myself. He picked us up right on time and made us feel comfortable as soon as we met. The tour was surprise after surprise and Brendon always had some story or fact to share which was so entertaining. He worked out our interests and changed things to make sure we got to see the best of KL for us. Highly recommend Brendon as a guide for KL.

My family and I spent a fantastic four hours with Brendon seeing all sorts of things we would never have found by ourselves, from excellent views of the Petronas Towers to an amazing bookshop. Brendon was so easy to talk to, great sense of humour and engaged with all of us and made our 12 year old laugh with some great photo opportunities. The personal touch of a private tour was evident throughout and he took a genuine interest in us as well as wanting to tell us all about what we were seeing. I would highly recommend Brendon.

Really enjoyed this walking tour. Povan, my tour guide, had a great knowledge of Malaysia and I learnt so much about Kuala Lumpar. I gained historical knowledge and interesting facts that I would have never known unless I’d taken this tour. It was also a lot of fun! I would highly recommend!

I cannot highly recommend this tour with Brenda enough, most especially for anyone who is strapped for time.
I am not sure I could have seen as much of KL as I did if it wasn’t for for Brendan and his local knowledge of everything. From where to eat, what to see, how to get there quickest, how to beat the crowds, Brendan was amazing.
Brendan was quick to get to know the type of things I wanted to do and see so that my tour was tailored to my liking. Brendan had a great sense of humour and didn’t tire of all of my questions throughout the day.
Highly recommend this tour with Brendan if you want to see the best of KL.

Have a look in the “what you can expect” tab. It looks like a choice although they recommend Nasi Lemak. If you want more detail then perhaps contact the company?
Is it possible that you pick us up at the port, as we arrive with a cruise?

We have 3 grown-ups and a 7 year old child, should we choose 3 travelers or 4 travelers when we book this trip ? This trip includes a taxi transportation, do you think one taxi can hold 3 grown-ups and a child, plus a tourist guide ? Thank you.

Hi there, the taxi had space for 4 people so you should be ok. Probably best to contact the company to be sure.
