Ms. Kong, our guide, made sure we visited all the highlights of Melaka and Kuala Lumpur and adjusted the program to our wishes during the days. I would really recommend this company.

I am very impressed by the service provided by your staff Ms Chinny. I whatsapp my request for a quote at 1232pm on 4 Augest. Amazingly she replied me promptly at 1232pm with a template! It made it so easy to provide her the needful info. The following day she further provided me the necessary info clearly with photos of the exterior and the interior of the 13- and 16-seaters van. Even knowing that my friend has gone ahead to book from her contact, Ms Chinny continued to be very professional in her job. I have been very impressed of her politeness and kindness expressed through her choice words and expression. I congratualate her boss for havung such a wonderful staff.

We book the service last minute and Ms Pearl managed to arrange for us accordingly. She was responsive and friendly. The driver Mr Ah Kian, was very friendly and he had a good long chat with my Father In Law throughout the tour. He also brought us to a nice place for kids to enjoy. Overall a great experience.

We had two trips. Singapore to Melaka and Melaka to Taman Negara. Both trips were really good, punctual and safe driving. Good quality and clean cars. And excellent and fast communication. Can highly recommend at any time.

Driver Dino is a very impressive driver who has taken care of our family during our trip to Cameron very well. We are a typical 3 generation family with Older folks (> 70 yrs old ) and youngest of age 11. She has taken care of my mother in law(MIL) by helping her up and down the car due to inconvenience of my MIL’s leg. Special attention has been given to the curvy ride up hill due to my daughter’s motion sickness, of which, she will slow down her ride uphill. She is generous in bringing us to our desired destination without being calculative of what should be the itinerary or agreement. She is flexible with the time due to long traffic jams and hence, extended the estimated enf time. We are all very pleased with her service. She is an entrusted partner in your long distance journey from Singapore to far end of Malaysia and even Thailand, on a road trip. Her driving skills is superb (without any moments of feeling endangered during the journey) . This is a verdict from a 60 years experience driver, my FIL :). Please keep up the good professionalism and look forward to another good trip if we plan to have one :)

Her driving skills are incredibly proficient and steady, and she is also great at engaging in conversations and cracking jokes during the journey. Responsive and helpful with all questions asked. Managed to book a charter service fr Malacca to Cameron one day before. Driver also friendly and patience as we have elderly with us.
