Vicky G is the man, he should get an award. Safe travel in a chaotic environment.
Vicky G is the first word that should show up on this review. My experience was made possible by one man, and that’s Vicky. He safely picked me up in Agra away from the chaos, transported me to my hotel each day and to the tours each afternoon, amazing trip experience. I also had a great experience with the owner Amit who messaged with me and answered questions along the way. India can be a daunting place to travel solo and this tour experience is worth every penny and makes you feel like you’re a real VIP traveller. I could go into more detail about the incredible elephant ride, the beautiful Jaipur 5 star hotel or the last day in Delhi where we happened upon a Hindu temple and ceremony (breath taking). But mostly it was just Vicky who acted as a stellar guide and provided great conversation and recommendations. (People should know ahead of time your driver will suggest places for you to shop, if you don’t want to y buy anything, you don’t have to. And if you do choose to buy something, just remember to negotiate. But it’s no more serious than that. Don’t be offended and Don’t feel put on the spot because Indian culture values barter over fixed prices, it’s not a slight to you).

          Amazing people to work with
I unfortunately had to cancel my trip to India due to family reasons but Amit and the team were completely understanding and gave me a refund despite being past the cancellation date. When I do finally get to India I will definately re-book with them as their generosity deserves to be rewarded. Thankyou so much guys!

Well-organized trip with the best guides in all three cities along with an experienced driver.
First a huge hat off to Amit and the team for organizing this perfect trip. I really enjoyed the whole tour. I don't have any regrets. Everything was perfect from the pick-up to the end. The drivers Jarnail and Sohan, were great. I felt comfortable and safe with the drivers as a solo traveler. Jarnail took me to the best places for lunch. I enjoyed the lunch. Navin is the best guide! He was fully engaged and had a love for his passion as a tour guide. He explained and told the story precisely. He was a great companion to me for the whole day. Manish took the best photos along with a deep explanation of the history of the Mughals in Agra. He did a perfect job! Pratik is a really passionate guide and the best guide in Jaipur. He is wise and shared his great knowledge of Jaipur with me. Talked about Jaipur’s royals and astronomy and their rich history. I'm surely recommending it to my friends and family. Thank you!

An excellent cultural experience in great comfort
A well organised tour via a tour agent that is very courteous and helpful. The day started with a hotel pick-up. Our driver, Paramjeet, was very punctual, polite, and very accommodating to our needs, with a clean vehicle and very comfortable seating and aircon with plenty of water for the hot day ahead. His local knowledge was also very much appreciated. Our guide, Pradeep, is a gem of an individual! He is a great person, very kind, professional, funny and thoughtful, imparting lots of key knowledge, facts, and figures to enrich our experience and help us learn about the history and cultural significance of these amazing sights. My husband and I were delighted with this whole experience and the attentive and highly professional service provided by the agent, guide, and driver. Highly recommend.

          Amazing tour!!!
Really very well organized tour, allows you to see the best of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur in a safe and comfortable way. We chose the 5-day option (recommended in my opinion) so as to have more time to see everything calmly. On the tour, you can choose the option with hotels included, which are really clean and have a good breakfast buffet. The guy who takes care of the organization (Amit) is available for any help and does an excellent job. Every day in a new city we had a different guide, all the guides gave us a lot of information and were very nice. For the 5 days, the driver was the same guy (Rajender) and he was always kind, thoughtful, and punctual. We are very happy that we chose this tour and recommend the tour 100%! Thank you, we wish you the best! Francesca & Rubén

          Great Experience!! Totally worth it
This tour exceeded our expectations! All tour guides were completely prepared and kind (Neten; master of Indian history, good vibes and great storytelling, Eje; enthusiastic photographer and Navin; great knowledge, very kind and funny - sorry if names are misspelled). I strongly recommend this tour. All hotels (specifically the one in Agra - Jaypee Palace) are very good. In general my girlfriend and I are very happy to choose this tour.

          Great tour but scam alert
Great tour in general. Our driver Rajesh was amazing. Punctual, lovely and honest man. Guides were knowledgable and very good at photo taking. Honestly, some of the shots our guide Manish took at Taj Mahal were even better than our wedding photographer from Australia. Taj Mahal is breathtaking. India is rich in culture and definitely would recommend getting a tour guide to know their history and heritage better. The downside is , after main attractions, the tour guides will take you to a craft shop, who will try to sell you things with the price that is 3 ( or more) times the market price. Scam warning for that part. Just don’t buy anything from those shops. Request to stop at a bazaar later on. Jaipur has many places to buy souvenirs on the street, in the bazaar. If a shop offers you a drink as soon as you walk in, it’s most likely going to be very overpriced/scam. Rule of thumb, divide the price they offer by 3 and haggle.

The most wonderful tour of Delhi, Taj Mahal, and Jaipur!
I booked this tour with a colleague of mine as we had a few spare days in India after our business meeting ended and I never regretted for a second for Booking with Crystal Holidays! Everything was organized impeccably to satisfy our needs and meet any of our demands. starting from the driver Rajinder, who gave us the best ride possible, given the challenging traffic conditions, continuing with the well prepared tour guides the best of whom was ‘Lucky’, our guide in Delhi. We opted for the five star hotels and they were both great, including rich breakfasts and tasty dinners. We spent three magical days and went back home with wonderful memories! Overall highly recommended!!!

Amazing and veru organized tour! 10/10
Everything was as expected and even better, the guides were super kind and so patient with us, the driver was the best, we always felt safe and protected because it was so different to us, the hotel reservations full of luxury and very clean also, I would do it again if I had the chance! You can customize your tour if you want. You want a great, clean, safe place to eat - the drivers/guides know the best place. You want the best bathrooms - the drivers/guides will make sure you are comfortable. 10/10 would recommend this company. Don't hesitate. Book it!!!!

Convenient and comfortable, itinerary needs some work, and skip the lunch.
This was a good trip with the main value being the convenient logistics. The driver was timely and professional, and I appreciated skipping queues with the advanced passes. The Taj Mahal is a spectacle and you really get to enjoy it when you're not worried about the day's plans. The Baby Taj and Agra Fort were also interesting, but thoroughly underwhelming after coming from the Taj Mahal. I'd recommend saving the Taj for last. Especially if, like we did, you arrive too late to watch the sunrise at the Taj. There's every good reason to save the Taj for last. Some things were just okay. My guide wasn't the most enthusiastic narrator. I often had to ask for more information and clarification. But he was keen to keep us away from shifty people and he made sure we got all the hot photo ops. The guide also had excellent time management and kept us on schedule across the three sites in Agra, but he added an extra stop at a venue designed to encourage tourists to buy really nice but bulky and expensive marble artefacts. If you're not looking to remodel your kitchen with Indian marble, skip on this. Ask to go to an ordinary souvenir bazar instead. The lunch option was really not worth it. It was indeed at a 5 star, a Marriot, but it was a buffet lunch. The extra cost for the lunch option actually works out to good value for money, but the food wasn't actually anything nice. It was a disappointing buffet at a Marriot. I got violently ill off the lunch though my travel buddy was fine, I suspect it was the couscous and chicken salad which only I had. I'd like to think that I'd have had a more enjoyable fresh meal a la carte because it was a Marriot. Opt out of the lunch, spend a little more on a better eating experience.

When researching which tour operator to go with we based our decision on Trip advisor reviews, but were apprehensive, however we could not have picked better. Starting with the ease of booking and immediate contact with Amit, our tour liaison who remained in contact throughout our tour and was incredibly helpful in rearranging our accommodation when a presidential visit threatened to interrupt our plans. Our driver was polite, attentive and saw that every request we made was fulfilled. The local guides were knowledgable, friendly using there experience to enhance our enjoyment at each site visited. I would recommend Golden Triangle tours to anyone and have been encouraging our fellow guests at the hotel to get in touch. I cannot thank Amit and his team enough for an absolutely incredible tour and we will be using them again. Thank you.

I also booked this tour due to the fantastic reviews on this site and so pleased I did.
Manish took care of my booking and payment and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
We were meet at the airport by our driver Stya (relying on my daughter for correct names and spelling). Our driver was so good and kept us safe at all times. It takes real skill and patience to drive in India and our driver was amazing, always punctual and happy to see us.
A huge shout out to Ajmal our guide whilst in Agra. Ajmal knew everything about the Taj Mahal and looked after us so well and took the most amazing photographs which are priceless.
Manoj was our guide in Jaipur and another fantastic guide. I could not imagine visiting India without a guide and driver as India is full on in so many ways. This tour took the worry out of everything. Embrace India for what it has to offer, yes their is things that we are not use to in our cultural but if you visit open minded then you will enjoy the experience, we met some lovely people.
We chose to stay in five star hotels and so pleased we did, so worth the extra money as you need a good nights sleep after the driving and visiting different places. The Hilton in Jaipur was my our favourite.
Tipping is a way of life and expected so always have local currency on hand (biggest tip) I can offer, from the locals in the toilets (have tissues on hand), the driver and guides all deserve a nice tip as they work very hard and some away from families months at a time to earn a living.
Thankyou for the memories and making our trip an enjoyable one.

Want to see Taj Mahal and afraid because alone, decided to take this tour who offer several services likely pick up at the airport and private driver taking care of driving in India which is not easy for europeans, traffic is crazy and is very dangerous.
As I said I was alone and I had for four days a different tour guide in every city visited, driver was the one pick me up at Delhi airport and drive me back to Delhi airport at the end of four days tours.
Everything was organized by the this company and find out that it was as expected, wonderful resorts 5 stars for overnights, visited everything I want to see, tour guide where extremely friendly and very accommodating, driver is a very good driver taking care of my security at all times...... I believe they can arrange private tours for number majors than one, trust them they’re serious and maintaining what is written in the tour’s description.
Love it and everything will remaining in my memories one of the most positive experience ever had in my life.
Thank you and God bless you. Wishing you a big success you deserved.
        Ciao Daniele

Having experienced travelling around other countries independently we considered planning our own trip. However, after some research we decided to book the 4 day tour so we could get the most of each city. This was the best decision we could have made. India can be quite a chaotic place and having such incredible guides and driver made the trip enjoyable and stressless. Amit was in contact through email and Whatsapp before the tour started and gave extremely helpful information before and during the tour including costs, tipping and a detailed breakdown of the trip (which we could alter if we wanted too). We were picked up by our driver My Jarnail on the first day in Delhi at 8am and visited the first few attractions with our guide Nitin who was informative and genuinely had a passion for his city. In Agra we had Ashok who was an amazing guide. He prioritised getting incredible photos for us in front of the Taj Mahal and gave an easy to understand history of all the main sites. We were so thankful to have had such an awesome guide and had the best time in Agra. In Jaipur, Sanjay showed us around and gave us lots of information on the history of Jaipur and answered all our questions promptly. He was understanding and really helped us grasp a lot of the finer details around culture, religion and general history. Mr Jarnail, our driver was always ready to pick us up with cold drinks and made us feel so welcome. We are so thankful to have had such an amazing tour and would definitely use the same company again.

There is certainly room for improvement on this tour and although I did enjoy the experience I don’t think it was worth the price for a solo traveler. It would’ve been helpful to know the following before booking the tour: 1) there would be a different guide for each city, 2) there would be a good number of costs for all of the site entrance fees - I was never told to bring X amount of cash with me, 3) some of the hotel locations wouldn’t be ideal for you to explore the city because it was outside the city center and/or unsafe, and 4) the travel time between each of the cities - as most of the trip is spent driving.

It was certainly helpful to have friendly, local guides accompanying you to the main attractions but it wasn’t worth the price. You had to tip all 3 guides and the driver, pay for entrance fees and some lunch / dinners. Therefore, this price was pretty steep for a solo traveler. I appreciated getting to see some of the handmade crafts in the city but also found these shops to peer pressure you into a making a purchase and this really put a damper on these aspects of the tour.

We are glad to know that you enjoyed the experience and found guides friendly. I would like to clear the points you have mentioned, 1) There will be local guides in each city, we don't hire one single guide for whole tour, because local guides provide more information and they could explain more about their local culture and their city, In India Every city has it's own unique culture. 2) It's mentioned in Exclusions that Entrance tickets will cost Approximately USD 60 per person in total for all monuments. 3) We use these hotels, Agra City: Hotel Jaypee Palace, Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton or Courtyard by Marriott. Jaipur City: Hilton or Radisson Jaipur City center or Holiday Inn City center, these hotes are located in cities and very safe, as security at these hotels is as per 5 star hotel standards. 4) Yes, there is travel time between these cities, Delhi to Agra it's Expressway, Agra to Jaipur it's Highway, Jaipur to Delhi it's newly built Expressway. As mentioned in Exclusion details, Gratuities (Optional), So Tipping drivers and guides are not necessary, it's options, if you like services of them then you may give them Tip otherwise not, they are well paid. Also, as we mentioned in travel tips, you may skip or add any monument, shopping place, local bazaar in the itinerary, you may let us know in advance or you may inform your guide about the same, we do it as per our customer's advise, there is no pressure to visit any places. We hope to welcome you again in the future. Best regards, Team Golden Triangle Delhi Agra Jaipur Tour / Crystal India Holidays.

The driver for the 4 day tour was skillful and he needed to be given the vibrant traffic in the areas. The local guides were perfect in each of the locations. I will take other family members on this tour, it was great value and a great time.

We were two American women wanting to tour the golden triangle and simply googled tours and found this one due to the good reviews. Amit opened a communication line very quickly after I booked our 4 day tour. He was available anytime for questions or concerns. He let us add a half day tour on our last day graciously. Our driver was absolutely incredible. Very kind, accommodating and thoughtful. Thank you for all of your stellar driving Krishan! I don’t know how you navigated all of that craziness!

Our guides in each location were phenomenal as well. They were knowledgeable, respectful and always went above and beyond in ways like opening car doors, walking on the side with cars and ensuring all of our needs were met. Our Agra guide knew all the best spots for pictures and the sunrise was 100% the only way to go crowd wise. They all spoke 3+ languages, very impressive. We stopped at authentic but clearly tourist locations for lunch. The Indian food was able to be tailored spice wise which we appreciated. All was delicious.

We stayed at the Jaypee Palace in Agra and Hilton Jaipur. Jaypee is a little meh, it has construction (October 2022 they’re upgrading rooms) and it is very loud due due to weddings they hold. Our room was literally shaking with the base and the happy guests attending the weddings are quite loud, but I don’t blame them. It’s a wedding! Not anything related to the tour company though, so if you are wanting to get a good rest, maybe request a different hotel. Breakfast was the best part!

Hilton in Jaipur was very nice. Breakfast is not as good as Jaypee but still gets the job done!

We stopped at the Inlaid tile/marble place in Agra where they had a great educational piece and we didn’t feel pushed to purchase anything. They were sweet people.

We also stopped at the gemstone place (Jaipur Exports Jewelry) in Jaipur and they push HARD for sales if you show any slight interest. The guy we had could have led a class on high pressure sales tactics. I was able to negotiate to about 50% of listed price. They let us skip the carpet place, no problem!

Overall, we felt extremely safe and accommodated. I would use this company again and recommend to family and friends. Amit, our driver Krishan and all the guides were lovely people, and I am very thankful for their customer service regarding this trip!

The Golden Triangle tour was a splendid experience in every respect.
Everything was as promised and better. The driver, Pyarelal showed up on time and provided calm through the entire trip on busy Indian roads. The local guides in Delhi, Agra, Fatehpur Sikri and Jaipur were all very knowledgeable and very helpful in answering questions and taking photos. I had very good exchanges with Crystal India Tours Manager, Amit Narang on what to expect and his follow-up on how our trip was going.i would definitely use them again at next opportunity. By the way the vehical was nice and we'll kept and had WiFi to boot

I cannot recommend those tour enough!!! Amit and his team handled every detail seamlessly as we traveled from city to city...all we had to do it sit back, relax and take in the incredible sights!

We were so fortunate to have kind, knowledgeable and professional guides in every city.

Naveen showed us the perfect day in Delhi- weaving history into what we were seeing current-day as he expertly navigated is around. Warm and kind, he embodied the magic spirit of the city!

Rasheed wove is thru the crowds and endless amazing corridors of the Agra fort and the Taj Mahal, all while making sure we got the perfect pictures.

Our last day in Jaipur with Basant was incredible- from knowing special vantage points throughout town, to greeting nearly everyone in the city (we jokingly named him Jaipur’s ambassador of cultural affairs), one of my favorite memories of that day was enjoying a wonderful lunch together and talking about different cultures and life more generally.

Other notes: Car was safe and reliable. Mr. Rajkumar was excellent at navigating traffic (and the occasional cow!) we looked forward to his smiling face each morning! Hotels were very nice, with restaurants and other amenities onsite.

Will remember this trip for the rest of my life! Thanks again for an amazing experience!

If you are on a clock but would still like to enjoy the wonders of the Golden Triangle, this is your tour. I’m typing this on our drive back from Jaipur, going through all the photos we made.

With our skillful driver Subhash weaving smoothly through the insanity of Indian traffic, bringing us from stop to stop, we feel we have seen as much as can be enjoyed on our four day tour. From beginning to end the tour has felt professional while still personal, leaving space for our own choices (elephant ride or not? Shopping stops or not? Deeper into the fort or not?) all while providing tons of info on the marvels of India’s history and culture. Our guides have been nothing but kind while showing us around, buying us tickets, and keeping us safe. Vishwaraj Singh was our guide in Delhi- he was kind, able to level with us, and knowledgeable. Ronit was our guide in Agra; he was professional, punctual and clearly showed his years of experience as a guide. Finally Mukesh, our guide in Jaipur, was very knowledgeable, funny and adaptive. Subash waited patiently, told us whatever he knew about our surroundings when going from city to city and kept his vehicle spotless clean.

For us, starting the tour on a Monday affected the itinerary somewhat as many things in Delhi are closed that day. However we got offered a great alternative to the White Lotus temple (a Sikh temple) and were still very happy. Also perhaps good to know when planning your trip; we understood that the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays, but I am confident that the operator would have solid way to resolve this in your itinerary.

We opted for the five star hotel option and were overall not disappointed. Not at all on the tour operator but the only thing we noted was that the Jaypee Palace in Agra seemed to have a bit of a sewage smell throughout the place though that was not at all too bad, and we loved the flower chain we got there upon entry. Our stay at the Hilton in Jaipur was great. Do note that experiences of five star hotels in Western countries may not fully reflect here, but value for money is the same if not better.

I do urge anyone to go through the materials provided & tour info since it contains important upfront information that’ll ensure a good experience (f.e. how much cash to bring, where you yourself need to be wary of pushy photographers etc.)
