Elrick met me at the metro and took me shopping at the wet market. He was knowledgeable and a great talker. Jay was my chef and instructor when we got to the apartment. He is the son of a chef (so knows more than his unassuming personality lets on). Jay was fun and professional.

Both our guides were really chatty, friendly and funny. We had great fun making a mix of dumplings which tasted great! Very relaxed atmosphere and lots of useful info from the wet market visit as well!
