Overview
With admission to Out of Africa Wildlife Park in Camp Verde, enjoy a day of spotting African animals in spacious, natural-style habitats. This entry ticket includes access to the African Bush Safari, as well as all shows taking place the day of your visit. Through these activities, along with tours, walks, and observations, the wildlife park strives to both entertain and educate the public about animals, some of whom border on extinction.
What to Expect
No passport needed! You may be in Arizona, but you’ll feel like you’re in Africa when hitching a ride on the African Bush Safari, which is included with your general admission to Out of Africa Wildlife Park.

Enjoy an animal encounter that introduces you to some of the most beloved animals, ranging from furry to feathered to scaled. Learn fun facts about the amazing behaviors of a wide range of creatures while gaining an appreciation for the wonder of these animals. (11:30am at Critter Court)

Witness one or more Bengal or Siberian tigers interact in a predator-and-play relationship, romping and splashing in a large pool as they interact with their caretakers and various toys. Tiger Splash™ is known for its unique approach to interacting with wild-by-nature tigers in an aquatic playland. (1:15pm at Tiger Splash Arena)

Go behind the myths and discover the reality of the giant snake. Mysterious and misunderstood, the snake has a long and fascinating history. At Out of Africa Wildlife Park, you’ll discover the incredible world of the giant snake, one that disposes the Hollywood hype — a world where fear and anxiety are replaced with a newfound understanding and appreciation of these remarkable and graceful creatures. (2:15pm at Critter Court)

It’s one thing to read about the ferocity of predator animals when they assail, possess, and devour their food. It’s quite another to see it for yourself and hear the sounds that come through those teeth. Don’t miss your chance to witness the power of lions, tigers, hyenas, and more at the Predator Feed, one of Out of Africa’s most popular events. (3pm at Shuttle Stop 2; Sun, Wed, Fri)

The Wonders of Wildlife Show is a rare opportunity to see a variety of exotic animals from a different perspective — playing. As the park's caretakers interact with these animals, you’ll see them being themselves in their element. (3pm; announced on day of show at the Tiger Splash show; Mon, Tues, Thurs, Sat)

Really good and wonderful time viewing animals and feeding giraffes.

Try the zip line. You will love it. Zip from one line to another and view the animals below. See the tiger Splash. Ride the tram and the open vehicle thru the park where various animals run free. Lots of fun.

My kids and I have been to quite a few zoos by now, so the thrill of seeing an animal in an enclosure in and of itself isn't really that big of a deal. Been there, done that, quite literally got the t-shirt. But Out...More

I'm sure there is a no pet policy. Most wildlife parks don't allow pets, some don't even allow service animals. Always check directly with the park.
