What to expect
Make your way to the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral, a short drive from Orlando, then spend the day exploring this history and future of the United States’ space program. Get your bearings on the grounds on a guided bus tour of the Kennedy Space Center, including restricted parts of the working spaceflight facility. One highlight of the Kennedy Space Center is an exhibit of the Space Shuttle 'Atlantis,' with interactive experiences that introduce the people behind this important NASA program, the Hubble Space Telescope, and the International Space Station. Take a turn at the helm, feel what it’s like to float in space, explore a replica of the International Space Station, and more. Every day at the Kennedy Space Center, a real astronaut joins visitors to discuss missions and the personal experience of space travel, and two IMAX theaters help bring space travel to vivid life. Continue to a Shuttle Launch Experience for a simulation of the space shuttle’s ascent, with a pre-launch briefing by a space commander veteran, then walk the length of the Saturn V rocket that launched some of America’s brave astronauts and honor NASA’s fallen heroes at the 'Heroes and Legends' exhibit featuring the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame®.

Family Friendly, Worth the Cost
The price of the general admission (approx. $60) is well worth the money. It includes all of the facilities, IMAX, astronaut training experience, and bus tour to Apollo/Saturn V Center. The entire family enjoyed the day and all that KSC had to offer. My four children ages 13-19 are sometimes hard to please. This experience was not the case. Each child had their own favorite experience and no complaints. I expected food prices to be on the higher end like most theme parks. We ate at the Orbit Cafe and fed all six of us for less than $80, which is typically what we would have spent for anything beyond fast food. The food was also delicious, which was not expected either. I am not sure if it was because we went on a Tuesday or non-launch day, but we didn’t have to wait in any line beyond 15 minutes. If we get a chance to visit (Daytona Beach) Florida, KSC will be on our must see list. Plan to spend 4-6 hours of your day to thoroughly enjoy what KSC has to offer.

Hi Jody. Thank you for your review. Sadly, the bus ride is still affected by the fact that the facility is not yet fully operational.

Good purchase
Apr 2021 • Family
My experience with purchasing through this particular company: I did not receive the email tickets 24 hours in advance. I should have checked before we got there, but I forgot. They answered the phone quickly and immediately emailed the tickets to me. No problem getting in. KSC was nice. I advise going straight to the Atlantis building first at the very back. You enter by getting in line to watch two movies about the Atlantis, then they let you in the exhibit. The tour was very informative. After waiting 30 mins in line for the simulator and not even being halfway through the line, we left. After Atlantis, check on the IMAX times. Catch a tour of the rocket garden in front of the IMAX and then go to the Heroes exhibit, which we didn't have time for since we arrived at 12.

First of all you should offer at least the services we paid for.
and after that we could talk about improvement.
For now ,you should return half of the money I paid, back into my credit card.

Did not getting my money's worth
Apr 2021 • Couples
One gift shop open 1 simulator open and one Cafe open. I would highly suggest that you pack in your own food. Another option would be to take your RV there and park for the day and do it for the day. If you want to go to the gigantic Vehicle Assembly Building you better be in the park as soon as it opens because it's a first-come-first-serve basis and for $60 I didn't get my money's worth. Also had to pay another $10 for parking when I got there so be prepared for that. You cannot reserve the bus to drive out to the Vehicle Assembly Building I told you I'm actually in the park.

Buy your tickets at the gate when you arrive. We stood in line at the Will call window as instructed. We waited almost an hour. There was no line purchasing your ticket there and people walked right in. Lost an hour getting these tickets. The Kennedy Space Center itself is amazing

Excellent staff support!
Sep 2020
I originally booked the Kennedy Space Center tour with the entrance and transportation included from my hotel, but due to the health situation derived from COVID-19, the group's transportation quota was not covered and they informed me in advance about this inconvenience; City Sightseeing Orlando staff supported me in getting transportation to the KSC (thanks Kristin!). Ticket collection at the Will Call booth was very fast and hassle-free.

Amazing attraction!
Mar 2020
Would recommend this tour for everyone. Place was clean with plenty of hands on exhibits. There were no extra charges once we got on the grounds. Legends hall, Shuttle Simulation, Bus Tour to Launch Pads, all included with our tickets. Mobile tickets allowed us to go right in after scanning at the gate. No waiting in any lines. The story behind both the Apollo and Shuttle Programs were fascinating and educational. The exhibits were all hands on and interactive. Well worth the price!
