Great
Great trip! I enjoyed every bit of it. The conductor was friendly and funny. The boot was clean. My wife was excited about the trip and gave them a five review. We will do it aging.

had a fun time but tour started 45 mins late with no explanation or apology!!!!!

had a 1:30 pm rsvp i arrived 10 mins early (they told me on the phone to come about 45 mins early!) was the first one there the guy told me tour was pushed off to 2 pm due to lack of customers for the 130 tour but i was never notified about it !! so i came back half hour later to find a huuuuuge line waiting in the blistering 80f heat they let us wait for boarding till 2:10 which is late even for the 2pm tour UNACCEPTABLE! & they didnt even offer an apology once on the boat though i have to say the tour was nice & the guide was pretty good had a fun time after all but there should be more communication from the company don't know if i would use them again

Nice sunny day for being out on the water. Very crowded on upper deck. Fortunately we were at the front of the boat-best views. This tour was basically the celebrity tour just named biscayne bay tour

Not the best and too short

The boat was late leaving, it was supposed to start at 12:30, did not leave until 12:40 and came back at 1:45. Not a 90 min tour. Supposedly because so many people had tickets on their phone, instead of a paper ticket and the man to check in the phone tickets was missing for a while. Guide even said "this is why I hate my job". Did not get much info about the area. The guide should have stayed on the top deck and answered questions while not talking about the area, but he left the top deck while the boat went by the container ships. The free drink was nice. Not very informative. It was a beautiful day though. I might have liked it with a different guide and if it had lasted the actual 90 minutes that it advertised.

Come early or don’t see anything

Like most of the tourist stuff, they are overselling it. The boat has places to seat on sides but also in the middle of the boat. If you don t come early and pick a side seat, you won t be able to enjoy the trip so much. I had to stand the entire trip somewhere dowstairs and still a lot of people there too so it s kinda hard to get a clear view and enjoy the cruise... just feels like a bunch of tourists and that s all .i think they should go with half capacity. The ticket booth is also almost impossible to find so take your time looking for it.

Nice boat ride..but overcrowded no where to sit with my husband. Had to sit down near the bar serving area and wanted to be on the top deck for better view. Nice hosted and staff members.

Miami 90-Minute Boat Tour of Biscayne Bay Market

A trip was very nice. It looked crowded at first, because there were no space on the 2nd floor. But when tour started, we could go out and take a look from very good point.
I highly recommend this tour. It was very informative, our guide tour was extremely informative. Would definitely go again.

Terrible company (bayside marketplace boat tours) Bought tickets through TripAdvisor (Viator) for a specific time and day. Upon presenting the information and voucher to the kiosk at Bayside marketplace,we were told that this voyage is fully booked ( even though they also showed us and confirmed our booking).
Seems that they overbook their trips with walkins
“Just in case”.
They offered to book us for “next day”
Needless to say, disputing the charge
