The bus driver literally left us at the stop when he clearly asked where we were headed (Everglades). Bus driver seemed to have no idea what was happening. We never made the trip after waiting 1 hour for transportation...

A disaster they have not returned my call. They switched my time 2x
I spent $178.00 and never got picked up. They finally called while I was in the water layer that afternoon. When I returned the call never called me back. There is no name to this place to locate them in Florida to speak to someone.

The boat shown in their ad is NOT the boat used for tours. Yes it was tied to the dock but they have a four or five air boats that hold approximately 40-50 people which are actually used for tours. The ride was no where near as exciting as implied in the ad photo. I feel as I was deceived. I chose THIS tour specifically for the boat ride shown. Simple Bait and Switch.

Description far from actual experience. Bus ride, not a van ride as expected. Was on an old leaky bus that made two hours of stops before even leaving Miami area. This was a fourth rate tour there and at the destination. Would never take it again and surprised TripAdvisor would even promote it.

Plus, after making numerous stops and being on the bus for two hours we were given a Liability agreement with egregious wording to sign which even included an indemnification clause that made us responsible for legal cost even if they were negligent. I called American Express at that point to see if I could get a refund. When I told the bus driver I wouldn't sign he told me I could take an Uber back to the hotel. So were now in the Everglades. I had to cross that out and modify agreement before signing.

Overall very good - but go with the flow!

It was a good experience & safe. Some frustrations with pick-up location & time (time was changed to earlier & I don't check email everyday on vacation). It was also confusing what you are paying for but our ride & "show" were included. Other misnomers - we didn't ride in the type of airboat shown (ours was bigger & covered due to a larger group). Plus we went to "Everglades Holiday Park", not the National Park entry I was assuming to go to. Overall, the agent at the contact number was helpful and the airboat ride was great! Airboats had twin V8 engines - they packed some power (& speed!). Got to see wildlife & a few gators too. Amazing creatures. Be prepared to tip your airboat driver & the alligator handler at the show.

WORST BUS RIDE EVER

The airboat and gator show was great...DONT PAY FOR RIDE THERE!!!! we were picked up first, sat on bus for 1 1/2 hrs picking up other people before even heading to the Everglades. I thought atleast they would drop us off first on the way back (so every one would spend an equal amount of time on bus) but no they took the route in reverse...we had to exit the bus and uber back to hotel ( took 15 mins instead of over an hour)

Do not book: it’s a scam: they charge you and don’t show up nor can you call and speak with someone.

Do not book with this company. I had a 9:30 slot picked and no one called nor showed up to pick us up from our hotel. I tried calling and emailing the company to get no answer nor response by email. My wife and I waited over 30 minutes at the meet point and there was 0 communication from this company. No one picked us up and we got a call around 10:15 from the company saying that they had cancellations and didn’t have enough ppl to go on the trip. I still have not got my refund!

We tried booking a tour and found this company completely unreachable by phone to change our date. We needed to file an incident report with our credit card company. So silly to ruin your business with poor customer service :(

Saw many gators during the ride that came right up to the boat! The tour guide was great. The boat was fun. The gators were amazing. The show was really funny and really cool. Took a picture holding a gator right after! Amazing experience 10/10 would recommend.

This experience was great! The drive down was really cool to see the Everglades, and then the tour was so much fun. Toby was a great tour guide and kept us entertained. It’s a combination of speeding on the airboat, and learning about the Everglades in the alligators. My 2 boys - 16 and 14 loved the first part and I loved the second. I would do this tour again.
