Overview
Known as a world-famous hub for architecture, art, and politics, the lakeside city of Chicago has a wealth of must-see sights. Know exactly where to go in the Windy City on this hop-on, hop-off bus tour, complete with 14 stops covering everything from the famous Thorne Miniature Rooms in the Art Institute to the steel bean in Millennium Park. Plus, this custom tour means you can take charge of your own sightseeing itinerary.
What to Expect

Hop on the double-decker bus at any of the 14 designated stops to begin your tour. Pop on the earphones provided to listen to live commentary on the history of the Windy City, from its iconic architecture to the life and times of famous Chicago residents like Al Capone.

The full circuit takes 2 hours, but you can hop on and off at any stop you choose. You’ll have your pick of sights such as Willis Tower, with panoramic views of four different states, the Field Museum, home of world-class history exhibits, or Navy Pier, where you can grab some cotton candy and take a ride on a classic Ferris wheel. And make sure to enjoy the bus ride. You’ll cross the Chicago River and get a front-row view of the Magnificent Mile, with its historic waterfront and luxury retail stores.

Don’t forget to save time for the Impressionist masterworks at the Art Institute of Chicago. An insider's tip: duck into the lower-level to see the astonishing detail in the Thorne Miniature Rooms.

Night tour include 75 minutes of Chicago's dazzling skyscrapers lit up for the night.  Note, this is not hop-on, hop-off.

I'm nor familiar with the Classic ticket. I used the Chicago Explorer Pass that allows you to visit multiple venues with one ticket. I believe if you buy the tickets from Big Bus, the tickets are only for the bus tour.
