The day begins with pickup at your Las Vegas hotel. Head to the Clark County Museum in Henderson to explore the Exhibit Hall of Las Vegas History and Heritage Street. Here, learn more about Nevada’s past, from the Pueblo Indians to the city’s mining history, and how gaming and entertainment transformed the town.
Next up: the Mob Museum. Learn about how the country’s most notorious gangsters used casinos to fund their illegal ventures and see memorabilia from the infamous Saint Valentine's Day Massacre, including a wall complete with bullet holes. You’ll also learn how modern-day criminals try to cheat the system.
Finally, visit the Neon Boneyard, where many of Sin City’s most popular neon signs go to retire. The outdoor museum houses more than 120 signs from old casinos and other Vegas businesses, and provides a fun and colorful photo opportunity. If neon signs aren’t your thing, opt for the Museum of Natural History tour option instead. On exhibit is everything from a woolly mammoth to King Tut’s throne.
Lunch at Fremont Street, bottled water, and a local guide are all included.
