About the operator
- Jschoenholtz00Come for the conference. Stay for the City.Had a great tour of up town Charlotte . Learned a lot about the city and it’s history. Adrienne was knowledgeable, personable and an overall delight. A great way to get to know the City.
- AB39200The BEST way to know the queen city in a short time.We flew in & out of Charlotte for a nearby wedding. Knowing absolutely nothing about the city, we scheduled a city tour. Very happy with that decision. We learned a lot from Keith - much more than from the self-guided walking tour we found online. "See the historic 4th ward" doesn't mean much until a real live human explains the wards, where they are and when they came about. We learned about the art we drove by, the buildings, the museums, a few restaurants... and much of the history from the founding to the present day. Highly recommend this tour.
- mariatR4902AR00Good Tour of the CityThe tour was very nice. I do wish the van would stop more at some of the key locations to allow the guests to take better pictures - pictures from the van were fine until it started raining. Even after the rain stopped, the van windows had raindrops on them so not ideal for photos. The guide was an amazing guy though - showed that he really knew the city well and is proud of his hometown. We had a very nice time!
- 906rileyj00A new look at Charlotte.Danny was a very informative and entertaining guide. Although we have visited Charlotte several times, we enjoyed learning more about the Queen City!
- AirlineRetiree00Informative Charlotte IntroductionBrenda was a very friendly and informative guide. She arrived at our pick up point early and we had a chance to chat and get to know each other a bit. She was very patient and knowledgeable during our tour and was a safe vehicle operator. We had a lovely afternoon.

- Mobile651428981500A Wonderful TourOur tour guide, Danny, was knowledgeable and delightful. We enjoyed our 2 hour van tour immensely. We fell in love with the Queen City and can’t wait to explore it more. Thank you, Danny!
- DuaneT5200Queen City Fun!!Excellent way to see the Queen City!! Danny, our driver, was very knowledgeable about the city and the attractions on the tour, as well as the area in genera. Great time!
- ddjunic00Discovering CharlotteVery nice people, clean and comfortable small bus, very safe driving. Interesting comments and informations about Charlotte
- yolandarX7332ZM00Non ADA CompliantWebsite says not wheelchair accessible. So this company is totally disrgarding the 1990 American Disabilities act and if you are in a wheelchair or scooter you can not do a tour. Thats very discriminatory
- Sharlene197400Queen City ToursWe booked the queen city Ride yesterday and had Brian as our tour guide. Brian was Excellant, couldn't fault the service he provided. Brain was knowledge, kind went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! We really appreciated this 5 star tour and would recommend both Brian and Queen City rides to anyone visiting Charlotte.
- FiveTrips00The Best Way to Lean About CharlotteThis was a fun and educational tour. There was so much of interest I will do it again when I return to Charlotte. And, I will want to ride with Allie. She does a great job.
- Exploration56225900Charlotte shared ride reviewLeader was very enthusiastic and energetic, in addition to being very knowledgeable. 100 word min is bs so i will just fill the rest with nothing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our historical tour with “DJ”Danny. We walked up without a reservation and he was able to squeeze us in. We were lucky to get on and will make a reservation next time. DJ gave us lots of interesting tidbits about Charlotte. The tour is a great way to get your bearings in this fine city and determine what you want to investigate further. He also had some good recommendations for meals and museums. We definitely recommend this tour for when you arrive in town, or if you live in the area, it’s a great way to learn things you didn’t know about Charlotte.

We came to Charlotte with not too many expectations and Tony changed our mind completely. We took the tour on Wed March 3rd, 2021. We were a bit late and Tony was nice enough to wait for us. He introduced us to the history of the Uptown, the culture, the art and the different neighborhoods of the city. It was fun. He knows his material, a history buff and was ready to answer every question we had.
I whole heartedly recommend this tour.

The tour was awesome and really highlighted the amazing city of Charlotte! Our tour guide, Sandy, was very informative and a great ambassador for the Queen City. I would highly recommend this tour to all visitors to Charlotte!! One recommendation would be if you are taking the Lynx, the CTC Transportation Center is the closest train stop to meet up with the Golf Cart. The web sent us to 7th street stop, which was quite a long walk for anyone who has mobility issues.
Well worth the price and the Queen City Tour team are the best!!!

We were on a cart that only carried 4 other tourists (including ourselves), so it was like having a private tour. Brenda took us around and showed us key buildings in and around Uptown--government buildings, sports and event complexes, landmarks, and historic homes in the Fourth Ward, all within 1.5 hours. She was very knowledgeable and was able to cite recent events or celebrities that performed in the event arenas, as well as point out certain building details on the tour that many people may miss. The tour provided a good overview on the 'lay of the land' in central Charlotte and where key landmarks are located. Because our group was so small, we were able to ask as many questions as we wanted without causing any delay in the tour. Brenda's enthusiasm about the town showed through during the tour, making it very enjoyable as well as educational.

Our daughter and her 9 year old son recently moved to Charlotte so her dad and I surprised them with this historical city tour. It was great fun and extremely informative—we learned so much about Charlotte. Our guide, Anthony, was very knowledgeable and respectful. He answered our questions and patiently stopped along the way to allow us to take pictures. I highly recommend this tour. However, we were disappointed to learn that Fitzgerald’s had recently closed their doors (due to COVID), so no fried pickles and no parking validation.

Adrianne was a great tour guide, and we thoroughly enjoyed her rendition of the history and sights of Charlotte. Even more impressively, she just acclimated to the region just 18 months ago but had a deep knowledge of the city’s lineage and current status. We had an incredible experience during the tour, and the close setting of the golf cart allowed us to absorb the details up close and personal. Highly recommend this experience.

Brian was our tour guide. He was very informed: he clearly knows the city very well. He was not only knowledgable about the city's history but also about modern-day changes, developments and places - and we loved that he pointed out both where Michael Jordan has a home and where Peter from RHOA has a bar LOL for example. He was good-spirited, entertaining and funny in addition to smart. He was a font of great anecdotes and observations. And we appreciated that he would ask us if we wanted him to stop the trolley so we could get better pictures and also that he pointed out good restaurants and bars. We learned so much, big and small things. He was great.

Duration of tour on the information sheet states 1hr/30minutes. I can’t recall, but I’m sure that was our tour timeframe. Interesting and lots covered.
