Not worth the money, no animals seen
We did a dolphin tour on your boat today and were very disappointed. Neither we have seen any dolphin, nor we had the impression that a dolphin sighting was the primary concern of the trip. There were almost no explanations about the dolphins. At the end of the trip, no regrets were even expressed that no dolphins were seen. Instead, the captain hoped we had a nice trip. How can a ride be nice if you don't see a single animal? Really very disappointing! We hoped for much more from the description on the website. Above all, that the provider knows the animals better and know where they are. The money could have been better spent.

      Just an experience
Friendly staff. Unfortunately Dolphins had gone for a break. Probably it could be better if it was sunny, but I can not blame the tour guys for it.

      Spring dolphin sighting
Lovely morning where we saw a large Pod of dolphins. Informative and friendly staff who took their time to talk to us and ensure we all got to see the Pod.

      An awesome experience
Huge shoutout to Sophie, Matt and Richard for a amazing cruise on the bay. We cruised to amazing areas of the bay and experienced close observation of a pod of dolphins. commentary was clear and informative while allowing time for us to quietly just fully experience the beauty of the bay and ask questions if we wished. A truly fantastic morning. Highly recommend - 5 stars plus !

      Amazing 👏
Amazing! The guide was funny and friendly, we saw so many dolphins came right up to the boat, didn't drag on and wasn't boring so kids will love it. Had a great time would do it over and over again

      Relaxing!
We spent a very relaxing 2 hours on the Hidden Secrets Cruise. Bonus for us was being up close to dolphins, especially seeing a mother and her calf. The cruise took us past Callala Beach and Bay, Hare Bay, Long Beach, Honeymoon Bay, Silica Beach. At each place we were given interesting facts on the area. We also were able to get a good viewing of Point Perpendicular, as on the day the sea was calm. Being curious passengers, we would have liked to have more information especially connected to the Indigenous history of the area. Some of this was mentioned but feel there could have been more. All in all a most relaxing enjoyable time was had in Jervis Bay.

      Amazing!
The Scenic Cruise was a wonderful trip! The crew were great, so friendly and helpful. They looked after everyone, made sure the small people got a good view and told us all fun facts and helped us spot the dolphins!

Amazing experience with an operator who gives you everything you've paid for
An excellent experience. On our first trip out, unfortunately we didn't find any dolphins but everyone on board was given a free cruise to use within the next 12 months, which was a pleasant surprise. We out again the next day, and were lucky enough to find a pod of dolphins almost straight away. We were able to spend close to an hour just watching the dolphins, and the boat did several trips back and forwards while the dolphins surfed off the bow of the boat. It was incredible to watch these beautiful creatures from just a couple of metres away as they played, including a couple of babies with their mothers. We deliberately chose this company because they DON'T offer boom netting on these cruises. Another operator that does offer that literally spent half the time with the dolphins before they cruised to another sheltered part of the bay to do the boom netting. If I was a customer who hadn't opted to do that, I'd have been fuming at only getting half the experience I'd paid for. Thoroughly recommend this company for your Jervis Bay cruise.

      THE BEST CRUISE IN AUSTRALIA
Never have I experienced such professional people in my life, I will NEVER cruise with any company except this! We had the best time of our lives, we booked a private family only cruise! One in a million experience that we will never forget, we didn't want to get off the boat! The water is stunning, the staff members are top notch! Book and see for yourself! See picture below of the crew who made our experience the best!

      Love Jervis Bay!
Great dolphin watching cruise with a marvellous crew. Excellent commentary - saw at least 3 pods of dolphins. All guests were thanked personally for helping to keep the crew employed. It's important for us to keep these businesses afloat (pardon the pun!) Highly recommended.

A an experience not to be missed
Huge drop in visitor numbers due to Covid so frequency of whale and dolphin cruises much less frequent. The boat crew were great, very knowledgeable and pleasant. The sightings of the sea birds and sea animals can be fleeting so stay on high alert and have your camera ready at all times. We would highly recommend this experience when in the area during migration season.

      Twenty-five years later on.
Twenty-five years ago, we came with my daughter from Sydney to Jervis Bay on a whale watch tour. The weather was very unfriendly, cold, and windy, and not a single whale or dolphin or any sea mammals at all. It was a very disappointing trip. In the end, we got free tickets to a whale watch tour. I should have to bring them with me, just for fun. Now it was a much successful excursion. The sun was shining, and soon after we departed, a group of dolphins appeared, and they swam the honor circle around the ship. On the way back, they were there again, at the right time in the right place. Obviously, they knew their duty, and I guess the tour operators also knew if they want to ensure further undisturbed performance, they too must pay of their gratitude in the form of some fish. After all, the coffin of Christ was not guarded free of charge either.

      A must for all ages
Our group of ten enjoyed cruising with Dolphin Watch Cruises.  A big tick to the staff on board who were conscious of our safety throughout our whale-watching cruise, and ensured they provided a great on-board experience for us all.  They were Covid-friendly, and we were able to use our 'NSW Dine & Discover' vouchers - which was an added bonus.  They also cleaned the on-board bathroom every time someone used it in order to remain Covid-safe. We were able to view whales swimming along the surface, blowing from their blowholes.  Although the whales were focussed more on heading north than on us, the staff worked extra hard to enhance our cruise experience by detouring to a pod of playful dolphins - which was definitely a winner for everyone on board! While we were spotting whales out through the heads and up the coast, we also got to take in the most amazing giant sandstone cliffs starting from Point Perpendicular and heading north.  Back inside the bay, the rock formations and turquoise water around the Point were really impressive (see photo).  The staff cared about the marine life and the pristine surrounds of Jervis Bay.  Our cruiser didn't use propellers  - which ensured the marine life wasn't in danger of getting injured.  Nice one!  Also, the staff were able to answer all our questions.  Their knowledge of Jervis Bay was very good.  They walked around the boat pointing out this and that to us, so they were very engaging and friendly with everyone.   Great work guys!  I'd be happy to cruise with Dolphin Watch Cruises next time I'm holidaying at JB, and would highly recommend them to other visitors.  A must for all ages!
