Has a very good day dolphin watching, the crew were so nice and pushed there best to find the dolphins. It was professionally executed. It's heaps of fun for the kids searching around aswell. Its one of those trips where you forget about the cost for a little and enjoy a great

Unfortunately it was extremely windy all weekend in the bay and we only saw two dolphins very briefly surface. Appreciate wild animals are unpredictable, but thankfully I've been lucky to see dolphins elsewhere. Boat facilities were good though.

Thanks so much for taking the time to give us a review, it's a bit of a shame that the boats were good, you saw dolphins, but the windy day you chose to travel dropped our rating from 5 to 3! We work really hard to keep our ratings up high so please be generous with the ratings of small businesses, especially try not to downgrade them for things out of their control! Hopefully you can choose a nicer day next time and we can give you a more fun experience!

We chanced across this trip, were not particularly looking for a boat trip when we overheard a Grandmother saying to her grandchildren that the trip was worth every penny. So we booked two tickets for the next trip. A total of ten people were on the boat when it left the jetty,

We are driving the way from Canberra. Unfortunately, we saw nothing, no dolphins, no whales. They refused to refund the money or offer another free trip. Bad service!

Hi Ziha0a, we're very sorry you didn't enjoy your trip here with us, but what you've written simply isn't true! It is a wildlife cruise so there is always a chance we don't see one of the 100 wild dolphins here in Jervis Bay, and because of this we offer FREE return cruises to everyone on the rare times we can't locate the dolphins. If you cruised on a day with high winds it sometimes limits the areas we can go in the bay safely, so feel free to get your free return cruise and choose a more calm day.

In a country where we have found tours and experiences to be enthusiastically, professionally and efficiently organised, this stood out as being amateur, disinterested and mediocre. The “tour” involved the captain speaking for the first time on the tannoy a few minutes out at

Hi Alex, we're so sorry that you didn't have a positive experience here with us in Jervis Bay. Usually our staff are even more excited than the passengers to see the dolphins, and all of our skippers are experts on the wildlife of Jervis Bay and love to tell people about this awesome area. We're not sure why the usual information and enthusiasm was lacking that day and we will talk to the staff to ensure that doesn't happen again as we pride ourselves on being the biggest fans of Jervis Bay ever!
